Beautifully presented, large home with spacious open plan area upstairs for being together as a family. There are also lots of other areas - inside and outside - if family members wanted some space. Well equipped kitchen. Scenic views. Quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable beds. Two weeks out from our stay, we discovered that our son's high school had told us incorrect exam dates, and the actual exam dates clashed with our booking (i.e., they started immediately following our booking). Although we understand it isn't idea to change bookings, we were disappointed that they would not change our booking when there was lots of availability the following weekends. Overall, an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Home with all the luxuries for a perfect weekend away for 4 couples. Lisa was quick to reply and very accommodating. Golf course and cycle track all close by in a peaceful and tranquil area of Kinloch. Thankyou again Lisa for our fabulous stay

Great overnight stay thank you. Very peaceful and everything was exactly as in photos so perfect. Handy to the beautiful lake where I had a really lovely evening swim and walk. Kuratau is a lovely, special spot.

This property was a great find in Kinloch. Great for our needs. A peaceful spot with great views out to the Lake. The outside fire was a bonus and well used. Thanks to our hosts for providing such a fantastic property

Our stay at Lynne's place was absolutely wonderful! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was perfect, right by the river, and we loved being able to kayak and explore the area. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

This house is very spaceous and comfortable and was a lovely stay for us. The kitchen was stocked and very easy to use and cook in and the bathrooms were nice to use. Just be aware that they do require that you take your trash away with you and also that there are two outdoor sofas in one of the bedrooms that will need to be taken out and put back in if you need extra space for suitcases. That being said, it was a wonderful stay for 5 of us and only aout an hour away from Ruapehu, and 30mins fron Taupo central.
