De loin un des plus beaux airbnb dans lequel j’ai pu séjourner ! De nombreuses petites attentions étaient présentes. Je recommande le lieux à 100%, c’est un endroit paisible et accueillant avec un standing de haute qualité

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Angela is a great host and Nelson is a great city. I won’t hesitate to stay again if the opportunity arises.

I would highly recommend staying with Joanne and David. Lovely people who greeted me when I arrived. Very modern well appointed apartment with plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal. I look forward to staying with them again.

Outstanding experience at the aptly named The Tides, as the beautiful views from the ABB of the beach had dramatic tidal changes each day (really nice sunrises, and no smell at low tide). The place is clean and comfortable, and is centrally located to everything you need in Marahau - the beach, the park and its excellent coastal trail, the kayak/water taxi companies, and restaurants. Hosts David and Heather are engaging and very nice, and their dog Jessie is the sweetest.

If you want to spend a few days in paradise, this is the place to do it at. Scott also brought our little daughter a big box of toys to play with, making it a very homely experience for us. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places all around the world, but this place outshines all of them. The views are absolutely beautiful. The host has thought of every single possible thing you could ever need. I wish there was a stronger word to use than well equipped. Maybe perfectly equipped? I wish we could’ve stayed longer and if I was ever in the area again, I would definitely stay there. I would say don’t bother looking for any place else. Just book this beautiful home. You can occasionally hear people walking on the floor above you, but it was barely noticeable and rarely happened. It is extremely spacious. I mean extremely spacious. It’s huge. The host left snacks, fresh fruit, champagne was chilling on arrival. Outside space was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable furnishings on the deck. I could go on and on.

Really cute, well-appointed, and airy space. We loved the decor and the overall vibe of the place -- it felt great walking in with all of the windows open on a beautiful day. Good location with easy proximity to central Nelson while still feeling tucked away and residential.

This is my second 1 month stay at Arlene’s property. It’s truly one of the top Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. It is a full one bedroom apartment with everything you need including a washer. The location is perfect as it’s only a brief walk into town and multiple great restaurants and bars. If you’re a craft beer fan like me you’ll have several great options all within a 15 minute walk. Also if, like me, you travel with a bike you can easily access the great taste trail for hours of nice cycling. Arlene and Greg are wonderful hosts and go out of their way to insure a great stay. If you travel to Nelson, and highly recommend a visit, this should be the place you stay.

Beautiful home! The house was clean, private, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and flatware, etc. Loved the windows/doors that opened right out to the large deck with view of the water. Just a 5 minute walk down the hill to a great bar/restaurant. The beach is really great too, and just a short walk from the property. Clear instructions from the owner, and easy entry to the property. Quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time here - wish we could’ve stayed so much longer than we did! Would absolutely return if we are ever back in New Zealand!

Super Haus, alles sehr sauber. Wir haben es sehr genossen, hier zu sein. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöner Ausblick! Ca. 20 bis zum Kaiteriteri Strand. Einige Vögel sind mit ihren Küken direkt vor der Terrasse gelaufen. Unser Sohn war begeistert!

What a gorgeous place this is! It’s got such a lot of welcoming charm that makes you feel at home straight away. Helen had also put up a Christmas tree and put lovely decorations around the house. Thank you for going the extra mile and making it all so special! Ooh and great oven to cook Christmas dinner in!!

Our stay at Huw’s house over the holidays was great. The house is spacious and clean with great views and sunset. Huw was very responsive and even came to switch out the TV to a new one so could get better streaming. Also left us a bottle of bubbly to celebrate with!

This place had everything as listed - place was even more spacious and inviting than the photos show! Super friendly and responsive host, spotless place with plenty of room for a group booking. Went down with my family for a wedding and would stay again in a heart beat!! The morning views with your coffee in hand were a highlight!

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Spacious and clean with floor to ceiling windows and great views. Only concern was the lack of air conditioning. We were there during a period of beautiful weather in the high 70s and the house was uncomfortably hot in the late afternoon and evening. Fans are provided in the bedrooms which helped at night. Otherwise the house and location were perfect for our family of three adults.

Best provisioned house we’ve ever stayed at . absolutely beautiful location. Only regret is that we hadn’t brought our grandchild with us. But it was a lovely spot for two people to enjoy the views and the weather and the peacefulness and lovely walks into Mapua and access to Abel Tasman Park. Emma was very responsive to every question we had. Would love to come back and spend more time someday. So sad to leave.
