I can’t begin to describe how magical our stay was. I was a bit worried about the weather as I have previously been in a tornado, and there was severe weather heading our way however, once I got to the property, I saw that it was not the type of area that a tornado would typically hit and they had a location on the property that we could go to for safety just in case. Our host was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions to ease my mind, and in the end, listening to the rain on the rooftop was one of the most relaxing and peaceful sounds I have ever heard . The treehouse was beautifully decorated with the sweetest touches at every turn. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. ! We can’t wait to bring our family back!

My husband, dog, and I enjoyed Pam's place so much! it was a blessing to have a place that is so pet friendly. it was also very clean and homey! it's 15-20 minutes from any food/shops, but once you're out you're in downtown Chattanooga and have so many things to do. great place. definitely would recommend for pet families!

Beautifully restored and decorated home, very cute and comfortable. The house is very beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. My only concern are regarding safety, the house is located on a main road and it is not next to other houses in the area so there are no neighbors or houses on either side of the house. Just businesses and an empty lot. The front door is glass and anyone off the street can pretty much look inside so I did not feel safe, most of the windows do not have blinds so people can pretty much look inside. Maybe I am paranoid, but as a single woman without a weapon, I would not feel safe staying here again unless the house had blinds and more curtains, a door that is not completely glass, better lighting outside and security cameras or alarms for the back door or windows. I hate writing all of this but I do think the house is beautiful and has lots of potential, just needs more safety/security measures.

This house was a fantastic getaway spot for our Chattanooga trip. Very clean, physically and energetically. Location provides fantastic top-of-the-mountain views. It's right on the highway, so you will hear the occasional car going by. Also, the pictures make it appear to be an isolated house, but there are two neighboring houses (neighbors are quiet for the most part) and some across the street so it's not quite as remote as I had hoped for but the views and amenities more than made up for that. If you enjoy sitting on the porch and listening like I do, this is the spot for you. Mostly it's silence and wind, but there is ample birdsong around the twilight hours. The occasional train chugging along in the nearby cities was a real treat. The beds range from decent to very comfortable. The water gets hotttt! The living room is a cozy spot to enjoy a movie with the family. This house is a den of relaxation, tucked far away from the stresses of everyday life. A much needed retreat!

The home was beautifully equipped, very private, peaceful and close to everything we wanted to do. Jenny was an excellent host !!!!!!

The place was great and Janet was very friendly and responsive when we had questions! The place will comfortably sleep 8 people and the patio was amazing to have!

We really enjoyed the house and it fit all our needs! We visited family and enjoyed time together at the house. The play area across the street was a highlight for our grandchildren. We enjoyed having a campfire out in the back yard. We would definitely stay here again!

I needed a place to stay for 3 months after my home in another city sold until my new place in Cleveland was finished. Rhonda’s place worked out perfectly. I was able to continue working from home. Internet worked perfectly. It was neat and clean and furnished so well. Rhonda and her husband were great and answered my questions promptly. So friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Gorgeous space with lovely little details throughout. The location is a perfect homebase for exploring Southside and Downtown. After a day out and about, we found ourselves just as excited to get back and enjoy the apartment with it’s rooftop mountain views, twinkly spa shower, and the most comfortable beds. We also enjoyed learning the history of the building. The size was perfect for three adults but has plenty of room for a family or couples traveling together. We’d love to return to this cozy, clean, and stylish spot!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in downtown Chattanooga! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The space was just the right size for two people, very cozy, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and charming spot in Chattanooga!

This stay was great! There is lots to do in walking distance, and it is a short drive from other Chattanooga must-sees, like the walking bridge and art district. The space was nicely decorated, and the balcony is nice! There is a fire station nearby like many others said, but Lauren provided earplugs for convenience if it were to bother you. She also provided fans for white noise or for those who may want their room to be cooler, which was very nice! The rooms are on the smaller side, but the beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and blankets are provided! She also provided necessities such as plenty of towels, soap, and more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and convenient to the city, yet far enough away to be restful after a busy day. Adrienne was proactive in giving us lots of information about the area and making sure we had what we needed. Overall, a great place to stay near Chattanooga.

We loved our stay at David and Joanna's place! The apartment is truly spacious and the natural lighting is amazing which is a huge plus for us. The apartment was very clean when we arrived with no issues during the stay and the internet is super speedy which is great because we both work from home and had no issues. David and Joanna are also very thoughtful hosts and even shoveled the sidewalks when it snowed during our visit. The one small con is that the sound travels very easily between the apartment and the main house above. This wasn't an issue for us since we had similar waking/sleeping hours but if you're sensitive to sound, it's something to consider. Overall a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend!

Of my many numerous Airbnb stays, this one with Bonnie rates among my highest. Bonnie was an absolute delight as a host and a person. She thoughtfully anticipated our needs and was highly accommodating for check in and check out. The living space exuded a magical and welcoming vibe. It was conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga via a short drive. Thank you for an amazing and rejuvenating getaway!

Perfect for our family of 4. My son attends UTC and shares a house with a roommate so when we visit we usually get a hotel. Decided to go the airBNB route this time and very glad we did! We will definitely rent in the future! We walked over to Oddstory Brewery and enjoyed a beer while playing a game of Uno. lol!! Food City is very close for any grocery needs and it is such a nice store! Has a little bar up front, a Starbucks, fresh hot popcorn and a hot food bar. Insomnia cookies right next door too! Airbnb was modern, clean, and comfortable! Thank you, Talitha.

Great place, walking distance to local restaurants and bars.

The place was near and clean. Loved the big portrait of Frida Kahlo ( very artistic) Every time we would come back to the condo, it would smell GREAT. I don’t know what air freshener was there but it was wonderful. The neighbors were a bit loud during after hours but otherwise everything was great. Very happy with my stay.

Loved our stay at Jennifer’s place! It was absolutely adorable and very comfortable. We had a little trouble with casting on the Fire stick, but restarted it and it worked fine. The neighborhood was quiet but a short drive to many main attractions. Jennifer also left snacks and drinks to make us feel even more at home! Would definitely recommend staying here.
