Very nice apartment - modern, comfortable, and renovated with taste. Close to the beach, a small supermarket and a bus stop. The sound insulation is quite poor (no closing doors, impact noise from upstairs neighbours) and the hot water is enough just for two consecutive showers and washing up. Otherwise, we had no problem and we would happily come back! Great communication from the host.

Cozy and clean place to rest between Christmas and New year time! Spacious apartment fits 2 adults and 2 children no problem! Nice lake view through big windows. Large balcony! Superb host and place it self! Definitely recommended!

This was my fourth time staying here, and I will keep coming back whenever I will be visiting Liepāja. I first stayed here in 2023 for a month, and it’s the same quality as back then. It is a stunning place, and always feels homely. Diana is so welcoming, and helpful, always responsive. Highly recommend this spot! Thank you so much Diana for being such a wonderful host.

Serdecznie polecam. Doskonała lokalizacja, kilka minut spacerem do morza, obok sklep, restauracja,mała galeria handlowa. W okolicy dużo zieleni i miejsc do spacerowania.mieszkanie przestronne zaopatrzone we wszystko co niezbędne do miłego pobytu.

We had a good experience staying in this place! There’s a lidl right next to the apartment which is very convenient, the city centre isn’t an easy walkable distance, but it’s very easy to travel with the public transport! The best part was that the beach is only 15 min away on foot :) the apartment is well equipped and cozy ;)

It’s a really lovely apartment, close to city centre, but quiet. Beautifully designed, feels very light and cozy. Everything was very convenient, all required amenities provided. I loved it that there was a dishwasher. Tap water tasted so fresh, like filtered water. Would be very happy to return.

Viešnagė perėjo labai sklandžiai, buitis puikiai aprūpinta, yra visko, ko gali prireikti patogiai kasdienybei. Nors šalia yra pora namų, mums pasisekė, ir kaimynystėje nieko nebuvo - tad viešnagė buvo labai rami ir tyli. Nuostabu, jog antrame aukšte, atsidarius langą, galima girdėti jūros ošimą. Kalbant apie jūrą, ją pasiekti pėsčiomis galima per 10-12 min. Tiesa, šiuo metų laiku, keliukas su didelėmis balomis, tačiau tai problemų nesudarė. Komunikacija su Jurgiu puiki. Ačiū už viešnagę 🤍

Ļoti skaista vieta un ļoti jauki un atsaucīgi saimnieki. Spa Zona bija izcila un māja bija ļoti tīra un glauni iekārtota. Noteikti iesaku ikvienam, kas vēlas izbaudīt laiku pie dabas ar visām nepieciešajām ērtībām.

The place and host really stood out of all the other, recommended!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles, was man im Alltag braucht, war vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit Indrė war super.

1. The place is amazing, we stayed for 2 weeks with our dog. The photos fully match reality, the apartment is comfortable, and clean, with all the needed stuff to stay for a long and short time. The place is private, silent and extremely peaceful, even thought it is surrounded by other apartments (you cannot really see or even hear the neighbors). 2. The sea is 15-20 minutes walk - ideal if you like to walk and/or have a dog to walk. There is also pool in the general area + sauna in 5 mins walking range. 3. Host is awesome - answered quicky, provided all the instructions, made it clear. Very friendly and nice person! Thanks a ton for hosting us!

We had a good time at Martyna’s place. It’s big, comfortable, beautiful and brand new house with a covered veranda and a spacious garden, which was especially appreciated by our children. Close to the beach. Inside the house there is everything for a comfortable and quiet holiday, including blackout curtains! We had a force major during our stay and we really appreciated Martyna’s réaction towards our situation. Thank you very much and we highly recommend this new elegant house for holiday to everyone !

Eglė mus pasitiko lyg būtume seniai laukti pažįstami, taip pat rūpinosi ir visos viešnagės metu! Butukas nors ir labai mažas, bet miegamų vietų daug, lova patogi. Pilnai įrengta virtuvė, su visais reikalingais prieskoniais, kava, aliejum, skalbimo mašina, orkaite, indaplove ir visais reikiamais indais ir įrankiais. yra kiemelis ir privatus įėjimas, saugus kiemas. Jūra vos perėjus plentą ir nedidelę gražaus miškelio dalį. Miesto centrą lengva pasiekti dviračias, važiuojant dviračiu taku. Internetas apylinkėja silpnas, tačiau nuo to tik smagiau atostogauti :)

Amazing place to stay. Apartment is easy to find, have all necessary things and very clean. Also, near the sea. Owner is very communicative, helpful, very friendly. We really felt like at home.

Monta was great! She met us at the property and showed us around and also gave local recommendations. The apartment itself served every need and was very clean and warm (we visited in -10 Celsius). 10/10 recommend.

The place corresponded to the description, location was perfect for us - close to the concert hall. It is in an old building and we found it charming. Old wooden floors were wonderful, just one note - there is a hole in the living room floor (diameter of a 2 euro coin or maybe a bit bigger), we would suggest covering it up because small items (toys, etc) can fall into it. The entrance door does not have any soundproofing so you can hear clearly what is happening outside and when the neighbours are coming/going/talking. The appartment in AirBnB is hosted by Māra Elvīra but there were 2 other people mentioned in the communication. This is not a bad thing but a bit confusing. Nevertheless, the communication was very nice, fast and efficient. Except, we were not warned that the street has construction happening and it is not possible to access the place by car without breaking traffic rules. Overall the appartment is great, it has a character and it is definitely worth staying there!

Ļoti silts un mājīgs dzīvoklis izcilā vietā ar lielu balkonu un fantastisku skatu uz priežu mežu minūtes attālumā no jūras. Komunicēt ar saimnieci bija viegli, viss tika izskaidrots, kā arī atļāva iebraukt ātrāk, par ko atsevišķs paldies!
