Wow. An amazing place. It’s quiet, peaceful, and truly a unique find. The house itself is no frills and nothing overly special, but it was perfectly adequate. However, you book this place for the location. We spent hours on our private dock relaxing. A few things to note, the inlet you are in is semi private. There are 4 houses, but one of the houses it’s right next door. Like just a few meters. You even share driveway part of the staircase down to the sea. Another family was staying there and they were friendly, quiet, and respectful. But you will interact briefly if it’s also booked as it’s so close. But it’s so wonderfully peaceful. I would 100% stay here again. I was truly in awe staring at the sea everyday. I’ve stayed in many many many airbnbs over the years, but this one was magical.

Zlatko war immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns im Zentrum von vela Luka getroffen und sind gemeinsam zur Unterkunft gefahren. Für uns wurden ein Obstkorb , Wasser,O-Saft und Milch bereitgestellt, das war sehr hilfreich, da wir am Sonntag Abend angereist sind

La maison de pêcheur est magique face à la mer, cela permet une vraie déconnexion. Nous serions restés encore quelques jours… Attention accès difficile en chemin caillouteux sur 2km et voisin sur la gauche, rien se dérangeant mais non précisé dans l’annonce

A lovely Airbnb stay on a beautiful island ! Host was very helpful and responsive with any queries had. Location was ideal as could walk to the beaches within 2 mins and boat to hvar was only 10 mins.

A lovely apparentment over two floors, close to everything and super quiet. Jesse was a great host with excellent knowledge of Komiza, plus he met us off the bus from Vis which was very helpful.. especially if you have experienced Croatian street planning! We really enjoyed our stay, and sitting out on the little balcony... plus, in Komiza we had some of the best wood-fired pizza and ice-cream we've had in Croatia!

Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub! Das Haus war perfekt! Die Klimaanlage ein Traum! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, perfekt! Wir genossen die reifen Feigen aus dem Garten! Der Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Es war toll, dass das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt war, denn wir hatten unseren Hund dabei! Die Kommunikation mit Vlasta und ihrem Sohn lief hervorragend, sie hat immer sehr schnell reagiert! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

The house was comfortably set up and had quite a bit of space with two levels and a huge yard. It was very clean. Zoran put a lot of thought into the furnishings and art and provided extra toilet paper, coffee filters, paper towels, spices, pillows, towels and more. The Village is very quaint and friendly. We ate at Konoba Bajso down the road and hiked the local trails. We had a long stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Zoran was very communicative, helpful and friendly. Parking in the assigned space and walking down the short stone path to the stone house added to the charm and the view of the sea was amazing. We definitely recommend it.

Si vous souhaitez un dépaysement total, dans une maison de pêcheurs entièrement rénovée, au fond d’une petite crique, la maison de Romano est pour vous. Nous y avons passé la 3ème semaine d’octobre avec grand plaisir. Si la plupart des restaurants sont effectivement fermés, et que les journées s’arrêtent vers 18:30, l’absence de touristes, le beau temps et une température de l’eau autour de 20•C auront été des atouts décisifs.

We had a great time staying here which made our trip to Hvar even more enjoyable. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and only 15 min walk from the centre. There was also an amazing beach walking distance from the apartment which was great! Ante was a great host - very responsive and he offered to pick up our luggage from the port and bring it to the apartment as well as drive us from and to the port. Highly recommend!

Helena was a brilliant host, She went above and beyond! You can see why she’s been hosting for 10 years! We only stayed for one evening, but she was still kind enough to offer us a laundry service at short notice! Rooms were bigger than expected, Aircon was fantastic, Location was perfect, the beach and restaurants were easily a 2 minute walk, and you can reach The Golden Horn in 20 minutes! The value for money with this location is unbelievable in today’s climate! Will definitely be coming back, and if you’re looking at other locations in Bol, look no further and book now! You won’t be disappointed.

Tout était parfait ! Le logement de Maja coche toutes les cases : très propre, bien rangé, une belle décoration et surtout un emplacement plus qu’idéal ! Cet appartement était équipé à la perfection et Maja est toujours réactive et flexible ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons fortement ce logement sûrement l’un des meilleur de Bol ! Merci pour tout !

Had an amazing 3 night stay here! It’s a very nice place for 2 ppl looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Hvar. Hosts were amazing and responsive. Left a booklet of recommendations, and tons of info. It is a slightly uphill walk from the port but so is everything in Hvar so it’s ok. Everything was clean and I would stay again!

This apartment has the most amazing view of the port area. Bars, clubs and restaurants are all within a few minute walk. The apartment is super easy to find with a few flights of stairs to climb. Easy to get to and easy to get your bags up to the apartment and inside. If you’re looking for a great place with an incredible view for a great price this is it! Thank you Nina!! I will be back:)

We were pleasantly surprised as the place is even nicer than the pictures. Great location about 1km from the city center with nice beaches just a 2 minute walk away. Grocery store just around the corner as well. Very clean place and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive to messages. Only issue is the wifi was very weak in the bedroom, but for such a short stay it was the least of our issues. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay! So beautiful, unbelievably clean, everything you could need in the kitchen. The apartment is close to the beaches and near some nice restaurants - I never wanted to leave! The Elica was super helpful and responsive, she even sent over info about the ferries to and from Bol prior to our arrival! Thank you so much and would love to stay again

La casa es fantástica. Disfrutamos de la barbacoa y de paseos al atardecer paseando por la avenida marítima hasta el centro de Hvar, que se encuentra cerca. La casa estaba impecable, los muebles y la cocina en perfecto estado. Lo recomiendo totalmente y volvería a alojarme. Pjer es muy amable y contesta rápidamente si tienes alguna duda.

We had a fantastic stay for a couple of days! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It truly exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui est agréable, spacieux et pratique. L’accès à la plage est direct ce qui est un atout majeur. L’accès à Split se fait facilement à 10min de voiture / Uber ou 15-20min en Bus. L’hôte est a l’écoute et répond rapidement Je recommande fortement ce logement nous ayant permis de passer de merveilleuses vacances.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! Excellent host and location!!! I really don't have words to show my gratitude to Mr.Frane who went out of the way to pick me and my family from stari grad as my catamaran was cancelled from split to Hvar due to bad weather,Frane was so supportive he immediately convinced us not to worry and come over as he will pick us up..kudos Frane for being such a kind and humble person.. flat is awesome with all the amenities newly renovated and a very beautiful view from the balcony..short distance to all the main attraction and near the ferry port. don't think twice before booking just do it ,it's worth every penny 🤗🤗❤️

Bojan's flat was easy to find, clean, and had an amazing location! I would definitely rent again!

Tolle Lage direkt in der Autofreien kleinen Altstadt von Komiza und somit alles super leicht zu erreichen, schöne Hafenpromenade und dadurch, dass das alte Steinhaus in zweiter Reihe liegt auch ruhig. Das Haus selbst ist sehr hellhörig, heißt wenn die Nachbarn oben drüber laufen, hört man jeden Schritt. Sehr enger Treppenaufgang, somit nicht barrierefrei. Große Dachterrasse zum Norden hin.Nachteil der super Lage ist, dass man mit dem Auto und somit mit mehr Gepäck, Einkauf usw. nicht an die Wohnung kommt. Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, dass man den Mietern z.B. einen Bollerwagen oder ähnliches zur Verfügung stellt, damit man von dem öffentlichen Parkplatz (15 € pro Tag) sein Gepäck/Einkauf bis zur Wohnung ziehen kann. Für Touristen, die mit dem Flieger bis Split fliegen und dann mit der Fähre übersetzen ist ein Transferbus vorhanden von der Stadt Vis (gleichnamig mit der Insel) bis zur Stadt Komiza, was hervorragend ist. Vor Ort gibt es mehrere Rollerverleiher, was empfehlenswert ist.
