Lovely place. Felt right at home. Mark was very clear with the instructions and was responsive.

Stayed for a weekend. Apartment is in a great location, less than a 10 minute walk to New Street Station, Bullring, Mailbox with a 24hr garage just down the road. Easy self-check in instructions from a responsive host. The property was lovely as pictured, we had no issues with noise and had comfy beds so we slept well. Heaps of storage so I’m sure would be ideal for a longer stay.

The flat was very clean, comfy and beautiful, it had shops around where we could easily get what we needed. We had a good time and I’ll recommend this to anyone

My second time staying with Susan and just as good as last time. Susan is a helpful host, responsive and her annexe is a great place for a self contained private stay in the area. Will be coming back for future stays.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Had a great stay at Mun’s accommodation in Aston. Easy check-in process and parking spaces available both on drive and nearby. Clean and spacious accommodation with stocked kitchen and plenty of fridge space. Useful to have two full size bathrooms in property for number of guests. Easily walking access into Birmingham city centre for variety of activities. Great stay overall!

Beautiful, relaxing stay at Ryelands Lodge, absolutely stunning property with amazing surroundings, was perfect for a relaxed girly night away! The property had everything we needed and more! Will definitely visit again!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The neighborhood is lovely, with a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. My son absolutely loved the woodland area and nearby parks, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun and exploration. Lovely home , only item I was missing was a ironing board The property was brand new so I appreciate some household items are probably not going to be available Would definitely recommend Samuel as a host I’ve stayed in other properties of Samuel all of which are of high quality

Absolutely stunning apartment, superb craftsmanship and decor. The only downside was you had to hang around outside the large block for another resident in the building to gain access. At 2am in the morning this was hard as not many people were around and we got panicked. Great location

I stayed at this beautiful flat for 4 weeks. It was very comfortable, secure,warm and in an ideal location.The host Kate was lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Aubrey's place was perfect. walking distance to the station for work, really quiet and peaceful. We were able to sit out in the back garden over looking the canal watching the world go by. our son who is at the uni could walk up and visit. All in all we were very happy. Thank you 😊

Great place to stay, which for us was walkable to everywhere we were going. Clean property and nice extra touches with mini toiletries. Tawfieq was really helpful, provided brilliant instructions for check in and responded very quickly to any questions.

Really lovely stay, the place was immaculate and Dave/Debbie were really helpful. Really liked the little touches like milk in the fridge and some snacks as well. Was a really nice comfortable home away from home. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks guys!

It was clean, nicely decorated, and very bright with natural light. The location is great too, being very close to central Birmingham and lots of great restaurants! Ryan was a great host, providing me with a list of local recommendations and responded quickly if I ever needed anything. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again!
