This cabin is super cozy and private! It was the perfect space for our family of 4. The driveway is steep, but we were fine in our suv. We enjoyed seeing elk walking down the street. The location is central in the middle of town but still feels like you’re in your own world in the woods. It’s an adorable cabin that was exactly as pictured and described!

The place made us feel right at home, very clean, and well described. We didn't have to contact host but once or twice and they responded very fast with our questions and concerns. I will highly recommend to anyone very close to many activities and town. The home was very well furnished I will definitely stay again in this place.

Spent the weekend with my kids at your house and we had the best time lovely home cozy and clean snow. The entire time we were there were able to use the fireplace. It was amazing. Will be back for sure.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Misty Mountain Retreat. The house was very clean when we arrived and was well stocked with towels and linens. We also used the kitchen to make meals at home, each day, and we were very pleased with all the pots, pans and cooking utensils that were available for use. My group were grateful for how close this property was to all of the action in Ruidoso! I would absolutely recommend staying at the Misty Mountain Retreat!

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was very clean, well-maintained, and had the perfect layout—everything felt comfortable and well thought out. The surrounding nature made for a peaceful and refreshing experience, and I loved being able to take walks outside. My only concern was that the amount of toilet paper provided wasn’t sufficient for a large group (15 guests), which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great, and we’d definitely consider staying again...hopefully very soon!

Great place, nice and calm location definitely worth the trip

Great place for the family and kids. Lots for the kids to do and plenty of games for everyone. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location being just a few turns from the downtown shopping center was convenient for the family to do a bit of snacking and shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was near the Albertsons, the town, the snow park and everything else. Home was very welcoming and had everything that we needed. Thank you Michele for making us feel at home.

Nice place, very clean. Check in and out went very smoothly. My only concern was the additional cleaning holiday fee. Other than that I would definitely consider staying there again

Great central location. Host is very responsive and allowed early check in and late check out. This place suited our needs for one night stay.

We decided on a last minute trip to Ruidoso, and this was one of the few remaining places left on airbnb. We probably would not have normally selected it, due to its age, and that it was a condo, but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, and though the furniture is old, it feels homey, and was comfortable. The location couldnt be better, right by downtowns main drag. Two things, we couldnt ever figure out how to get the heating and a/c to work, but it was mild so we just opened the windows and were comfortable. The second is the king bed. It was not comfortable, you can tell by the mattress and box spring it is very old, and needs replacing. But the twin beds were comfy! We had a great time, and would return!

This cabin was awesome! Beautiful surroundings. Nightly visits from the deer was so cool! The beds and pillows were the best of any place I’ve stayed, slept so good! The sunrise from the front balcony every morning was gorgeous. This place is very private and we felt right at home. Close to everything you need. Highly recommend this location! Will definitely stay here again when we come back 😊 Thank you!

A nice cabin very clean and comfortable.. a perfect stay

Beautiful place. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, peaceful atmosphere. We loved watching the wildlife roam freely..The rooms were spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of comfortable bedrooms for everyone. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we can’t wait to visit again!

Loved the way it was decorated. The cabin is very cozy. My dog loved the backyard so much he didnt want to leave. The first night we had to take him out of his kennel 5 times. He was pretending he had to potty just to go outside. The layout is very nice wish i could have stayed longer and enjoyed it. There for a work conference. Would rent again. Host was very quick to respond.

Very beautiful cabin! The stairs were definitely a work out lol! But, We loved every second of it! It was fully equipped with everything you needed! Would definitely book again in the future! Great customer service as well. 10/10 recommend.

The Cabin was amazing!! SO peaceful. My favorite part was our children exploring behind the house and discovering new adventures. Everything was well organized and clean. If you can't find it in their kitchen it doesn't exist. Cyndy was super friendly, extremely responsive. Really the perfect host. WE WILL BE BACK!

Such a great stay. Very clean the view is amazing love the windows in the living room. We had a great time felt like we were home. Will be back for sure.
