perfect location, great for a family stay.

Host was proactive in communicating, giving precise informations and instructions. We were met at the apartment as we arrived, went through all the registrations for seamless fingerprint access with us. Apartment was as described. We had everything we needed. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay.

found this place few hours before i arrive at Surabaya at night, so lucky that they have a fast response service. The room was ok, the apartment was clean. It's enough for 5 people. The staff also friendly, they'll wait for you even you're arrived at midnight.

I stayed at Athisa's place with my partner for 5 days and we loved it. It's a very convenient location adjoining the mall so we had easy acess to shops, supermarkets and restaurants, in addition to laundry service in the lobby. The apartment was clean and large enough for 2 people for multi-day stay, it is exactly what you see in the pictures. Athisa has very detailed written instructions on how to find the place, check in and out, so we managed to figure everything out just from that. You can order taxi/Grab directly in front of the lobby which is very convenient.

Tempat yg terjangkau akses langsung ke Mall pakuwon. Agak sedikit sulit untuk cara chekin karna disini apartemen. Harus mengambil kunci di boxmail terpisah, Minta bantuan orang untuk membuka pintu.

The host, fadi, is always a great help to guests who are not able to speak Indonesian with quick response and friendly guidance. If there is a problem, the host tries to solve it first. The location of the accommodation is the best place to walk around the pakuwon city mall, especially the swimming pool was really good. During my stay for 1 month, I received a lot of help from the host.

The property location is great. Its located right behind ciputra world mall. The facilities on the property is great they got pools, lounge and more.

What we liked the most is the warm and fast response everytime we need assistance before and during my trip, they even helped us to find the house location when we checked in at 12PM. The house itself is clean and located in the heart of the city. Thank you for accomodating us!
