Amazing place in Big Bear. Great view of the lake. The home comes as advertised. Our family made some great memories there and we greatly appreciate this home. Bryan was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when messaged. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay! The one thing I would like to note is the house is a duplex, not a single residence. The home was charming and my family had a great stay. We had an issue with the coffee maker not working day 1, but Woody took care of it by sending a working one. The tv screen also had an issue, but it wasn’t really a problem because we didn’t need to watch tv. We used the hot tub everyday and loved it. Overall we would recommend and definitely stay there again.

We had such a great experience the first time, that we had to come back again! Phoebe’s home has everything you need to feel right at home. She is always quick to respond and easy to work with. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here while in Big Bear! Location is great - it’s convenient to everything, including Snow Summit and Bear Mountain. It’s not a large space but has plenty of room to never feel too crowded. The fireplace kept us warm and cozy throughout our stay. Our dog also enjoyed the home and fenced in backyard.

Had a great stay! Everything was as advertised. Great location literally right down the street from the slopes. Hosts were very responsive and flexible with our eta… we ran into traffic and went past our check-in time but they were understanding and made everything easy. Would definitely stay again!

Shelby was so accommodating! Despite having an unforeseen issue, Shelby helped us out quickly by getting that fixed and was sweet enough to offer us accommodations. Best host and an amazing space! Would recommend to those visiting Big Bear

The home was absolutely beautiful and in a prime location close to the center of town. Driveway is steep as said in the description but there also is parking directly across the street from the house which is nice if you have someone who’s car won’t make it up the incline. Plenty of towels and blankets and kitchen amenities to make you feel right at home. Hot tub is a bit outdated and was kind of dirty might be because it’s right under the trees outside but we still used it ! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book with Lisa again. The town is very beautiful and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Thank you again and we will be back !

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful cabin! The home was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and filled with amazing furniture that made it both stylish and comfortable. The attention to detail was evident everywhere. From the stunning doors that frame breathtaking views of the lake to the cozy spaces perfect for relaxing. The dock was a peaceful spot to unwind and take in the natural beauty, and the home was perfectly suited for kids, making it a great choice for families. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning in the future.

My girlfriend and I loved this place as soon as we stepped in the door. Scott’s place was super clean and very spacious. The view is very beautiful and peaceful. You have a view of the lake and also ducks. My girlfriend and I were pretty cold but the heater and fireplace warmed us up really quick. We were 5 minutes without traffic from the village and 10 minutes with traffic. We would definitely come back!

The bnb was very spacious and provided all of the features me and my friends needed for our trip. The hosts were very responsive and communicated with me very well.

The unit was clean and spacious. It was very cozy and quaint and larger than expected. Two fireplaces and a sweet kitchen with all the utensils and cookware. The Staff is very courteous and helpful. We will most definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in big bear again. Thank you Scott for such a wonderful suite to enjoy.

Yhe condo was super clean, nice 3 bedroom condo as described, would love to stay there again if I get a chance. highly recommended.

We had a party of 10 that stayed here just this past weekend and we will absolutely be back! :-) This place was awesome, full of comforts and fun amenities, very easy to find and a very responsive host. Also, the beds are comfortable and house has a very private feel. The house fit all of us very well. We had a great time and this fit our needs wonderfully.

We had a family trip at Jin’s place and it did not disappoint. The place was clean and spacious and had a connecting garage that made it easy to load and unload into the unit. The kitchen made it very easy to cook breakfast and dinner for the family.

I had a beautiful weekend getaway at Ryan's Cabin felt right at home the photos matched the description perfectly very repsonive host one of the major things that stood out to me was the bed in the master bedroom seriously might have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in also the little heater pads in the mattress were such a nice apriciated touch... the kitchen was also incredible so adorable and had everything you could possibly need heat worked amazing as well was nice and toasty the whole stay also the entire cabin was spotless I would highly recommend staying here if your looking for a cozy little getaway spot in Big bear Thanks again Ryan for an amazing vacation ✨️

The only gripe I will say I had was the lighting - the house as a whole was very dim and not very bright, which made it hard for us to hang out in the living room. Other than that - this was an amazing house with a great location and plenty of sleeping space!

Hidden Gem in Sugarloaf! Would definitely stay here again. Quaint neighborhood, quiet, and great for morning walks with the dog. You even might encounter a wild Donkey here or there. 15 min to all Big Bear has to offer. Walking distance to the country market and a local bar.

This cabin was perfect! It had everything I needed and was incredibly cozy. The location was great, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings. The hosts were very responsive and even went out of their way to give me a heads-up on the best route to take up the mountain, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the jacuzzi was amazing, especially at night with the lights, it made the whole experience even more relaxing. The whole area had a great atmosphere, and I’d absolutely love to stay here again!

It was super nice and a close like 10 minute drive to restaurants, markets, and stores. The house is super cute and had a nice fenced in backyard which was nice for our pups.

I appreciated how clean the place was and how all the linen was fresh. The place had lots of games that the kids really enjoyed and everyone enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub also.

We can’t wait to go back! Cozy is the perfect word to describe this cabin! Location is great with a circle K walking distance (literally around the corner), the lake is very close, it’s also close to snow play areas and Boulder Bay park. Kelly is very good at communicating and was very understanding when my 4 year old accidentally broke a cup coaster. We are very excited to come back! Thank you Kelly.
