On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

We had a restful stay. Easy to find and park. Pamela’s communication was excellent and we felt welcome and at home. The facilities were everything we needed and more. The area is lovely and there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We very much hope to return next time we are in the area, and would recommend to anyone.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Linda. Das Haus liegt nicht weit entfernt von der U-Bahn und man gelangt problemlos in die Stadtmitte. Die Unterkunft war sauber und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir würden wieder kommen!

We had a very good time in Helen’s studio. Everything was very clean, and we were happy to have some coffee and things for breakfast waiting for us in the kitchen. One of the best surprise was the neighborhood, we really loved it with the pretty green area, the coffees, restaurants and pubs. There are also a lot of buses going to the city center, it was perfect for our visit. Thank you!

A great base for 3 adults and a child of four. Comfortable and clean, lots of books, games and equipment for children inside and plenty to use outside if the weather improves. We were visiting for an Interview and I,m glad to say we will be moving to the area soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Pumping House. We chose it for its proximity to Hertfordshire Zoo (for an animal and dinosaur-mad 4-year old) and it was perfect. The building is beautiful and the flat is clean with great design and everything you need for a short stay in the area. Matthew was very communicative and helpful throughout and gave lots of tips on places to stay. We also loved the homemade jam from his daughters too - thank you!

Robert's place is a spacious annex. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is pleasant and the shower is powerful. The kitchen is very well equipped. Access and parking are convenient. The smart TV is large and easy to use. Robert provides milk, cereal, juice, bread, butter and marmalade. Overall this is an excellent Airbnb - one of the best we've stayed in.

Stephen and Stefanie were great hosts. Very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. We have two young children and there was a wonderful playroom to keep them occupied. Amenities were easy to use and clean. Would definitely come back!

Gina was an amazing host. We stayed as I was having a procedure at the hospital round the corner. Gina was happy to help with everything and anything. Place was very clean and exactly as described. Could get a little loud being right next to the front door but didn’t bother us! We had an amazing stay and felt right at home!

A great place to stay to watch the rugby at Twickenham! Lovely and clean with a great kitchen and the breakfast supplies were much appreciated ☺️

We stayed at The Butler's Quarters in Elstead as part of the wedding party at the Mill. Absolutely loved it! Apartment was squeaky clean, bed super comfy, pillows & duvet super soft! The bath tub in the room just amazing, you watch TV & have a cuppa whilst soaking in the tub. The location is superb, only 5 min walk to the mill through the field, main reason we decided to book in the village rather than catching a taxi after the party. I'd imagine what a great break it would make staying there in the summer! Thank you Beth for such an amazing winter break!

We had an amazing time staying with Liz. Liz was very friendly and messaged before out visit to ensure our check in was smooth. The place itself was amazing and as described and Liz's dog was amazingly friendly! Would definitely come back to stay if in the area.

Liz was always quick to respond on the chat, and a warm welcome to the property. The bakery is justA gorgeous setting plus beautiful peaceful garden to relax in! A lovely and cosy retreat in beautiful Mole Valley surroundings. Lovely, friendly local pubs, too! Highly recommend

I just needed a break away after a stressful few months and this accomodation was perfect. A great location for hiking, lovely pub on the corner, and a really warm welcome. Comfortable, clean, and really dog friendly x

I enjoyed my stay at Rangi's annex. The accommodation was perfect for me - private - but I liked the idea of being attached to the main house, in case I needed anything . The kitchen was very well appointed. Thank you, Rangi, for your kindness and making me feel so welcome.

Fantastic re visit to this beautiful tiny house as I like to call it, fantastic garden that I have an early breakfast and coffee looking at the sunrise and listening to the birds. Beautiful way to start the day. The home has all you need to have a superb stay and is lovely and warm, kitchen has all you need to cook. Lovely setup for watching the tv if need be on a super soft coach. Bathroom is very spacious with a super electric powered shower. Superb stay, Lorna is always so so helpful and always at hand if need be.

We stayed for a month. Couldn't have been better. Location is wonderful - fantastic cafe, farm shop, garden centre and antique shop. Very peaceful and green. Near a waitrose and nice Chinese takeaway and chippy in twyford. Rob and Andrea couldn't have been more helpful. Recommendations of local places, super responsive. Did all they could to ensure we were happy and well taken care of without being at all intrusive. Property exactly like the photos. Kitted out with all you need and more. Lovely welcome treats. Amazing shower! Pressure fantastic. Wi fi speed was good for home working. Very clean and high end. Shared laundry but hosts very considerate. Honestly couldn't recommend it more.

Lovely place to stay in Surrey, quiet and serene. The apartment was spotless and everything we needed was there. Walking distance to restaurants and pubs and they didn’t disappoint, A very pleasant and comfortable weekend for which we have to thank Gillian, if the opportunity comes along again we would not hesitate to book The Haven again.

This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had! Denise & Jonathan made me feel extremely welcomed, and were gracious enough to let me check in early and check out late because of my flight times. The studio is beautiful and has lovely natural light. It was quiet, and had enough kitchenette tools for me to make easy meals. One thing which stood out was the fact that Denise & Jonathan stocked the studio with necessary little essentials upon arrival- like little energy bites, homemade jam & croissants, tea and coffee, and even my milk of choice. Plus, there were plenty of toiletries to use in case you forgot something. Super welcoming, responsive, and friendly! Would 100% stay again.

Staying here felt just like being at home—comfortable, welcoming, and full of warmth. The hosts were absolutely lovely and kind, making us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived. They generously offered us drinks and made sure we had everything we needed, including coffee, tea, and milk, which was such a thoughtful touch.
