Perfect apartment, central location and close to everything. We used the apartment as a base for a cycling weekend, apartment was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Rebecca was very responsive and really helpful. Can’t recommend the apartment enough.

I had a wonderful stay at Jo’s studio apartment! The place was clean, and everything was just as shown in the pictures. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Jo was an amazing host and very graciously allowed me to check in early, which made my trip so much easier. The neighborhood was also quiet yet. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Derby.

Very clean and nice place. I walk bare foot and there is simply not a slightest clue of dust. Place is perfect, near all high streets, shopping centre and has good view of city. Heater works rapid and warm, bed is comfortable. A very good experience.

This is a delightful place to stay. The room is spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is convenient. It has 2 large comfortable chairs, a large couch, and a nice double bed. Andrew took care to stock the kitchen with milk, fruit, bread, jam, and an array of spices, condiments, and other convenience items. There is a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, kettle, etc. I couldn't think of anything the kitchen needed. It is ideal for someone needing to be at the University of Nottingham for a period of time, since it is about a 15 minute walk to the entrance. Woolaton park is also only 10 minutes away, and getting on to a bus route to other locations is also close by. There is a "Dairy Box" convenience store next door to the location, which is excellent for getting breakfast foods, dinners, and most convenience items. The television and internet both work at a top-notch level. Overall, this is one of the nicest and most convenient Airbnb's I have ever stayed in.

Enjoyed our stay here very much. The space had everything we needed for our three week stay, it felt very comfortable and was easy to settle in. We had a few questions on the first day and Nicky and her team were helpful and responsive. The location is great and very walkable to local amenities.

This place was great! Very clean and modern, everything worked well and was as described. Rhys was a fantastic host and was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again! It felt very cosy and I loved the living room ! Beds were comfortable too.

We had a lovely stay. It was great that there were so many pubs within walking distance, although it is worth checking opening times. We particularly liked the beautifully sunny garden space. Thank you.

Lovely cottage in a perfect Nottinghamshire village.

We had a fantastic stay at Wood Farm. The property was clean and tidy and spacious for 3 couples and 2 dogs. The kitchen was well equipped and had every dish and utensil you could need! The welcome hamper too was such a lovely gesture! It was nice to see so many baby animals on the farm too. The walk into the local village was beautiful, just a shame the pub wasn’t open when we got there. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family! Thank you!

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

This is my second time staying for long-term stay with Priya. Lovely little apartment, has all the functional essentials. I didn't have any problems with the noise at night which was important to me. Good location, close to the train station, shopping centre and bus stops I needed. Priya has always replied fast to any questions I had as well as the team, I recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at the flat for a month, and was really comfortable throughout! The place was clean, had all the utilities a person could want, and the host was communicative, friendly and helpful! The city centre location was ideal as everything was within walking distance! I would absolutely stay here again!

I want to say Davids apartment is perfect , the flat is layed out perfectly , feels super homely with all nice bits left their like books and art on the walls , quite , very comfy bed in main bedroom with a really cool walk in wardrobe which I really liked. David very responsive and friendly. kitchen very spacious with everything nothing missed . thanks so much !

We loved staying in this apartment. The location of the flat was just so perfect! Across the road to the train station, opposite Tescos and a few minutes walk from the theatre and the town centre. Any issues were dealt with immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Steve was a fantastic host, extremely responsive to questions before the visit and so helpful. The apartment was in a great location, and perfect for our requirements. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve as a host!
