This is a great flat. Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean and it was very lovely to stay in for the week. I come to Leicester regularly and will always see if this flat is available from now on. It is true that the building could do with some love, but the residents are lovely and the flat is super! There is 24 hour NCP parking right next door too, which has been very helpful. A great place to stay, very close to bus stop and the university. The common space is very clean and has a lot of things to do like pool table, arcade, piano, gym, and sauna. The room is comfy and has a TV that you could lay in bed and watch. Felt more like a hotel than a student accommodation :)

We had a great stay in a great place. Everything is brand new and it’s only a short walk to the town centre.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Kora’s, we had a really lovely, enjoyable stay. She made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived and everything was extremely comfortable- making for a great nights sleep.

Marys place was a great stop over for us, we weren't there long as we had things planned in derby but popping in and out and getting cleaned up was easy, clean and a lovely experience

Tolu was professional and has excellent communication skills. She is very accommodating with us having lots of space. Kitchen is very modern and has washing machine, dishwasher, dryer and other items. Provided extra linens too. I would recommend her flat.

Diane is a very nice and helpful person while my stay with him. The location is very convenient and easy access to bus stop, only 50 yards away. I would suggest if the bedroom can be fixed up with lock, that will be perfect.

Such a lovely home and lovely people! Mary helped us check in and was flexible with check out too! The house is just like the pictures and hot tub and games room are great, would definitely recommend:)
