Nice spacious room, walkable distance from bus stop and 10-15 min walk to nearest team stop that connects to the city.

My second stay with Sam, as good as before. Sam is a very good host, the room is idealy placed, and perfect for exloring the city.

Lisa's place was well equipped with the necessary equipment for daily living, had Netflix, was clean, had a peaceful environment, was well decorated, and was filled with sanitary products. The instructions were self-explanatory, and we did enjoy our stay there. We will recommend it.

Owner is responsive and friendly. She was on hand at the flat, although I witness a slight bad exchange of hot words, I think she is ok. Apartment could be £10 less.

Very quirky property full of antiquities, paintings, reference books and nick-backs. Very homely and wonderful reception rooms and large open kitchen area. Flowers and shrubs galore in the beautifully kept oasis of a back garden. Perfect stay whilst attending our daughter’s graduation.

Lovely hosts! Were both very helpful and accommodating to anything I needed for the whole trip and both were just genuinely lovely, place was stunning too! Room was very quiet as well and only a short walk to town :)

Ubytovanie u Ricka bolo veľmi originálne a príjemné. Mali sme šťastie, že v čase nášho pobytu sme mali celé poschodie pre seba, keďže tam neboli iní hostia. Rickov dom je ako oáza v Nottinghame.

We had a fab short stay at Robyn's house. All the rooms were so impressive, luxurious, and had everything we needed and more. I wished we could have stayed longer!

We stayed in Joanna's BnB for a few days to meet friends and explore Loughborough a bit for a break. Lovely quiet neighborhood, easy to get into town and Joanna was a fab host. Helpful if you needed her and she was very kind. The house is great for a relaxed stay, everything you could possibly need and bags of room and character. Lovely little back garden, plenty of room to park and a supply of fresh eggs from Joanna from her own hens! Smashing place for a rest and to explore the University town of Loughborough or to use as a base for the local area.

Lara’s place was perfect for a city break with some friends. Nottingham city centre was in easy reach from the town house. The property was immaculate, and the kitchen was really well equipped and easy to use. The bedrooms were very warm and comfortable, the bed linen fresh, and the bathrooms were spotless. In all we had a lovely time. Lara made sure that all our needs were met. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable stay.

Claire was very communicating from when the booking was accepted. Her home was extremely well presented and was very homely. I got a great night's sleep. I would recommend Claires place and will definitely be booking again. After a long day the bed was comfy and I slept very well. The area was nice and quiet which was welcoming. Spent two nights here with friends while at an event, the house was perfect for the stay an within a short distance of the event, instructions were clear on finding the property and accessing it on check in, the property is very well maintained amd was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was perfect for what we needed

We had a fantastic stay at the accommodation. The house was very clean and had lots of space. Kitchen was very well equipped. The 3 bathrooms were fantastic, spacious, and clean. Living area was good. A great variety of bedrooms to choose from. The only problem would be that the street the house is on is not very well looked after, so make sure you are aware of this. Also beware of getting parking tickets in the resident permit parking bays. Also, the back gate in the garden doesn’t lock and other houses have access to this, so make sure you lock the kitchen door. Finally, a later check out time would be preferable, maybe up until 12pm. Besides that it was a great stay and excellent value for money. Great location just outside the city centre.
