I booked based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. The cottage is lovely and has everything you could need for a perfect stay. I was able to park directly outside the cottage with no concerns. Rutland Water is gorgeous and I really enjoyed walking round the reservoir. I also drove to Seaton and found a great view of the very impressive viaduct. I didn’t meet Marie or Ben but Marie was in contact throughout my visit to make sure I had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property.

My goodness- what an ideal little cottage in the sweetest little village. We only stayed two nights in between a couple of longer term stays, but we felt so at ease at Honeypot. the decor was tasteful, and the home was stocked well, nothing excessive, nothing missing. Really gorgeous place with kind, communicative hosts. We would be pleased to visit again.

What a lovely cottage in a beautiful town! The interior design is gorgeous. It oozes charm and character and is a treat to return to after a day out and about. Matt and Kay provided a very detailed manual with everything you'd need to know - inside and out. So much so, we hardly needed to reach out to them for anything at all. I can't wait to stay again and I've been recommending the cottage to other family members who want to stay in Buntingford to visit relations. Great job Matt and Kay. Thanks for the lovely experience! Was a beautiful stay, lots of space and decorated so tastefully, host was amazing response time was so quick and clear instructions, so peaceful and relaxing would definitely recommend and stay again!

Loved every bit of staying with them. Place was clean and tidy and went out of there way to help me find extra accommodation when i was in need of somewhere to stay after staying with them. Definitely recommend to everyone

Mooie cottage, rustig gelegen in een mooie streek! Had alle voorzieningen om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen. Zeer vriendelijke host.

Had a great stay for 3 nights. The space was Spotless, well equipped and nicely finished. Was very comfortable and could have easily stayed longer. Suzanne was incredibly nice and responsive, nothing was too much trouble.
