This was such a fantastic place! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially loved the peaceful location and the screened-in lanai for enjoying the evenings. We even played some cornhole! Renee was an amazing host! She left the lights on for our late arrival and went out of her way to stock the fridge with some breakfast provisions for us for the morning since we traveled so far. Next time we are in Brandon, we’ll be staying here again!

Cute little place and super clean! We had everything we needed, and the deck over the river was beautiful! We’ll stay here again when visiting with family in the area!

Great stay for a couple of days. Nothing fancy, but clean and pleasant. Marcia was a great communicator.

We had a wonderful stay with our 3 kids. We felt right at home and enjoyed swimming in the pool every day, watching the sun rises, and fishing by the water. We were close to many great beaches and restaurants and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including snacks on arrival, extra toiletries etc, games for the kids, fishing rods, coffee and tea, and even an extra curling iron and straightener, to name a few. The hosts were responsive and provided all the info we needed. When we couldn’t figure out the AC Cindie offered to come right away to help, but luckily she gave me a call and we got it sorted quickly. Thank you for your hospitality, we would love to come back again!

My wife and I spent the winter at Heather’s lake house. It was a great place. Heather was quick to reply. Didn’t have any problems with the neighbors . Close to restaurants and shopping and groceries. The screen in was great to sit in and watch the lake and the birds and ducks. My son and family visited and our granddaughters enjoyed playing the air hockey game. I would recommend Heather’s lake house.

The house was lovely, clean and comfortable. I could cook all day in the kitchen with that view. Brought our bikes and rode to town to shop and eat. Great location. Joey was very responsive and helpful and Incredibly accommodating. We enjoyed all the amenities. Thanks Joey for everything!

My family and I really enjoyed our peaceful stay here. We were in town to do Busch Gardens and some other touristy stuff. It was so nice to relax in this tranquil location that was close enough to everything, yet far enough away from the noise. The house was the perfect size for our family of four. We so enjoyed sitting on the pleasant back patio overlooking the lake. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive. We hope to stay again next time we’re in the area.

We had an Amazing trip. loved the backyard. The heated pool was amazing. Boys enjoyed fishing, and cooking out. Excellent hosts and very kind. We had an Amazing time. The house definitely has all you need for a wonderful vacation

They were great hosts. Amazing even. They were super responsive and left everything clean. The only non positive thing I can think of was sometimes there were roaches or bugs that made their way inside, it made sense since we were right on the lake. She left cleaning supplies and multiple types of bug spray and checked in on us often. We’re coming back to stay long term.

Thank you Hey Vacay! The space was beautiful, fit the needs for our wedding prep, and we all around had an AMAZING experience. The Hey Vacay team was also incredibly accommodating and communicative. Would highly recommend for anyone else looking for a beautiful spot in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that's very central and close to downtown. We had an absolutely PERFECT wedding week.

Our stay was great. The location and view was just what we had hoped for. Loved watching the birds and other wildlife in the canal. The dock was an excellent place to relax.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mark’s place. It’s a lovely setting by a small lake. Mark was very kind and accommodating. If we had any questions, he was quick to respond. The place suited our needs very well!

Like most reviews state, the location is perfect! Walking distance to the beach, bridge street with a lot of restaurants/shops. Mike was very responsive and helpful. Since the rental did not come with beach chairs or a beach umbrella, Mike was kind enough to set up a rental for us and have it delivered by the time we arrived.

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. Whether sitting on the front porch/patio or on the private dock, nature’s sights and sounds served up a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. If you got away in a car, access to beaches, other nature areas, restaurants and shopping areas too were all easily accessible.

We people think we know it all by reading half the instructions.1674 took me to the office. This was 12.00 am. After some time i gave up and decided to read everything on how to get in. We found it in a few minutes.🤣. Had a very rrlaxing time. Mark

Very cute small cabins on the boardwalk, cannot beat the view. I did not realize these are reserved thru the county so you have to check in at the Outpost desk where they are also taking food/drink orders and selling bait. There is live music on site every weekend. Check the outpost’s social media page for events.

This was our second stay at this cottage and we are already looking forward to booking again! My husband and I appreciate the attention to detail with every aspect of our stay. Kristen is a fantastic host. We didn’t have to bother her during our stay because the cottage is stocked with everything we needed. Another awesome stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the dogs loved the fenced yard and the friendly hoses. Very peaceful and relaxing setting. Host left us some fresh eggs and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

We can’t say enough about how great Krista’s listing is…the home was perfectly laid out, clean, modern, and so many small details that made our stay easy, fun, and relaxing. We didn’t bring our kids, but noticed how kid-friendly the home was with so many thoughtful additions like a high chair, pack n play, toys, and swings. I want to find an excuse to come back to stay again!

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)
