Russafa, L'Eixample : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

El apartamento es perfecto para una estancia corta o larga en Valencia. Las habitaciones son amplias y hay espacio para 6 personas en 3 habitaciones privadas. En mi caso solo viaje con mi pareja por lo que solo utilizamos una habitacion y usamos las otras 2 para guardar equipaje. La sala y el balcon son perfectos para pasar una tarde descansando o viendo television. En cuanto a ubicacion esta cerca de la playa y de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. En cuanto a transporte publico hay estaciones de tranvia a menos de 5 minutos caminando y estacion de metro a menos de 10 min. Es una fantastica opcion en relacion precio/calidad. El anfitrion es muy amable, nos recibio y nos dio recomendaciones locales.

We really enjoyed our family vacation at Ambrosios place! The apartment is perfect for children as it has a crib, chair and baby bath and has space to run around. The bed was also big and comfortable and there is two bathrooms and all the amenities needed. If you come by car, it also has a garage. We really enjoyed the balcony and the neighborhood - there is play area in front great for children. We would recommend this and come again for sure!

Our family had a great time and Sergio was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and gave great recommendations for things to do and see in the city.

This was probably my favorite Airbnb stay of many! This is because of Maria Jose the extremely kind house who truly made Valencia and her flat feel like home. I’ve never met such a kind host who took good care of us. The flat itself is spacious especially as we had 5 of us and it’s very close to the beach and a short walk to some restaurants. The breakfast is a nice added touch and the overall price we paid was very good! I would strongly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Valencia and would gladly return myself!

It was nice to stay in Pascual's apartment. We enjoyed the surroundings and the rooms are spatial. We are surprised to see Pascual waiting for us in front of the building! Very nice person.

Great apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – close to the sea, with a supermarket nearby, and a nice area for evening walks. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. The host is very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft von Kelly mehr als positiv überrascht. Der besondere Mix der Eintrichtung aus Modern und Rustico war grandios. Man erreicht innerhalb der Strandregion praktisch alles sehr gut zu Fuss. Um in die Stadt zu gehen ist man jedoch auf Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel oder Taxis angewiesen.

Appartement très confortable dans une petite maison. L'appartement superbement aménagé dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et est tres bien équipé. Il est bien situé : quasiement face à la plage de la Marva-Rosa, à proximité des commerces et des transports pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Valence. José est un hôte très accueillant et bienveillant. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Der Garagenparkplatz ist sehr praktisch! Die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. Sobald wir Hilfe benötigten oder Fragen hatten, wurde uns schnell und zuvorkommend von Bernardo und Carolina geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es gibt einen direkten Bus 112 in die Stadt Valencia, welcher auch häufig fährt. Ein Consum ist in der Nähe 10-20 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto ab ca. 5-10 min besuchbar. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und hat alle wichtigsten Sachen vorhanden, welche man gänig braucht.

The property was perfect for a group city break. All rooms and furniture were clean, modern and spacious, the balcony space was a nice addition. The host Cristina was extremely helpful and provided a flexible check-in time, with a bottle of White Wine on arrival. We would recommend this stay to large groups looking to visit Valencia in a great location, just 2 minute walk from the tram stop.

Great location, beautiful property and extremely helpful and responsive hosts. Only way that the stay could have been improved would be if the pool was heated, but we were there in April.

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft verbracht! Die Lage ist super. Es gibt ein nettes Café um die Ecke, einen tollen Spielplatz und das Meer ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Unterkunft sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Besonders toll hat uns gefallen, dass es auch ein paar Spielsachen gab. Wir haben auch problemlos Kinderbetten und -stühle bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit Espe war sehr wertschätzend und nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Everything we needed for a family stay. i especially loved the wealth of towels, including beach towels which was so handy! there were also loads of toys, buckets for the beach, high chair baby bath, washing machine. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped with lots of essentials. José was friendly and helpful and it was super clean. we had a two year old and five year old and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Tolle Wohnung in TOP Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Meer, Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Markthalle ist nicht weit und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt. Alles war sauber und hervorragend eingerichtet. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Appartement liegt zwar ausserhalb von Valencia, ist aber sehr einfach zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Haustüre fährt ein Bus in dir Stadt. Habe es sehr genossen, nach langen Ausflügen in der Stadt an diesem gemütlichen und ruhigen Ort zu sein. Mein Highlight war es, dass man heizen konnte! Das wäre im März sonst sehr kalt gewesen.

Martinez’s place is amazing. Very well described and looked exactly like the photos. Loved that we had a supermarket directly opposite. Martinez was a great host, always answered messages quickly and gave us recommendations and very helpful and clear instructions on the public transport. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Die Bilder der Wohnung werden von der Realität noch übertroffen. Vor allem können sie nicht das Meeresrauschen wiedergeben. Bei Bezug war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Auch mit 6 Erwachsenen gab es genug Platz. Die Ausstattung war optimal. Ich habe das erste mal in einer Ferienwohnung Küchenmesser gehabt, mit denen man arbeiten konnte. Nicht ganz günstig aber für uns den Preis wert.

Desde el minuto uno Joaquin y Roberto estuvieron al 100% con nosotros. Nos ayudaron a transportar nuestros equipajes y cualquier duda que tuvimos nos la resolvieron. Estuvimos como en casa y seguramente volveremos a repetir pronto. El unico "inconveniente" que tuvimos fue que el wifi dejo de funcionar las ultimas 24h de la instancia, pero no fue un problema grave porque teniamos nuestros datos de internet en el telefono y se pudo solventar. Esta el piso muy bien equipado, no hace falta traer nada de casa. A lo mejor traerte la air fryer si la quieres usar pero el resto esta muy bien equipado. Lo recomiendo al 200% La zona en el mes de marzo esta muy tranquila pero seguro que en temporada de verano hay mucho mas ambiente. Este alojamiento no tiene parking pero justo a una calle hay un descampado con luces que está fenomenal para aparcar. Muchas gracias por todo.

Wat een mooie plek! Het is nog mooier dan op de fotos. Met heel veel zorg en liefde ingericht. Alles is schoon. De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk. Ik had langer willen blijven!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, gute Betten,sehr schöne Lage. Chris hat uns wunderbar betreut. Auf dem Balkon ist die Straße recht laut. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist aber alles okay.

Logement impeccable , super communication et super sympa. Réactivité au top! Gentillesse et politesse. Nous avions oublié que cela pouvait exister ! Cela vaut un 10 étoiles .

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.
