Ahmad’s apartment is wonderful and located in one of the best neighborhoods in Amman. The apartment is clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Ahmad was very friendly and responsive to all of my needs. There are many great restaurants and cafes all around within walking distance. I could not recommend this apartment enough! It is in the heart of one of the most lively and safest neighborhoods in beautiful Amman! I highly recommend anybody visiting to stay in this warm and cozy flat!

My family and I stayed there for a week and it was one of the nicest places I have ever checked in! The flat is spacious and equipped with all appliances that we needed, and the ones that we even did not use. The flat owner is gentle and keen to make us feel as happy as possible. Mr. Khirfan helped us to find suitable places for many purposes also he arranged transportation to and from them. The location is a walking distances from the city center which is full of life all over the day/ night. We definitely recommend this accommodation for authentic experience in Amman.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos and very clean. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to get to the town center where the restaurants are. There is parking and a fence to secure it. The air conditioning and heating work perfectly. The neighborhood is not nice at all and there is trash everywhere. It is a quiet place. It is a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and the town center. The couch and bed are comfortable. There is hot water in the bathroom at all times if needed. The Wi-Fi is fast, but not consistent. The ad states "Kitchenette: Space where guests can heat or cool food." There is no stove or microwave in the accommodation to cook food. There is only an electric kettle. It is therefore very difficult to cook. This information should be changed in the description. In our opinion, the shower needs to be completely renovated. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

I had a great stay at Riad’s apartment. The place was exactly as shown—clean, cozy, and the view was amazing. I spent most of the night enjoying the rooftop and it was such a peaceful spot. Check-in was easy, and Riad was very helpful and responsive. I appreciated the clear instructions and smooth communication. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!
