The house was perfect for a small group that needed to be close to town and also had plenty of room to spread out in.

This was our second stay at Kat's place. The location is perfect for all things in Abingdon. The house is well stocked with all kitchen amenities, and then some! The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed watching the ducks in the creek that runs through the backyard.

We had a great stay! Check-in was seamless, and parking was extremely easy, which made arriving stress-free. The town is quaint and charming, adding to the overall experience. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, cozy, and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to cook a meal, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided spices and olive oil. The bathroom was convenient, though it’s worth noting that you do have to walk through the bedroom to access it—not an issue for two people, but something to keep in mind. While the couch wasn’t the most comfortable for lounging and watching TV, the overall space was warm and inviting. There was some street noise, but nothing too disruptive. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend it. Five stars!

Exceptional space with a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Bed was very comfortable and linens were very soft. Plenty of space inside and the massive deck/patio is awesome. Right in the middle of everything and driving to local hikes was very short.

Hubby and I celebrated my 70th birthday in this beautifully decorated cabin. It has been very relaxing and we have enjoyed the week in the mountains of VA. The cabin was exactly what we wanted and the snow was an added bonus. We really enjoyed the location along with the cleanliness and amenities of the cabin. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Overall we just enjoyed our vacation and this cabin surely made it possible. Terri was a great host and communicated with us throughout the stay. Thanks so much Terri for sharing your special cozy cabin with us.

The Alley House is a charming place to stay. So much so that I spent two weeks there. I am from the area but haven’t lived there for many years. It’s great to have a charming comfortable place to accommodate us while in the area visiting family. This will be my go-to for future visits.

We enjoyed our stay at this location once again. We will definitely be back, thanks for everything!!

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We were at the house for 2 weeks and felt right at home. The house has many amenities and a lot of extras. It was stocked with everything one could need ! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. And extra bonus that it is dog friendly. The host is very responsive and we are very satisfied.

We needed somewhere to stay the night during a roadtrip and the r-pod was perfect for our needs! All of the basic essentials were provided, plus some thoughtful touches. As a plus size gal, the bathroom was a squeeze but still doable. Be warned, it was quite chilly inside the pod for an October night! There was a small space heater provided, which came in very handy, but bringing extra blankets might be a good idea (or dress warm for bed lol). Also, a heads up that there were some loose dogs hanging out around the pod when we arrived and left. They seemed friendly, but were not scared of the car, so be on the lookout when pulling in/out. Overall, a good choice!
