Amazing gem of a place. Such a great! Kelly was super responsive about any questions and gave clear instructions ahead of time of check in. We will for sure be back here!!!

I was absolutely happy with our stay. Me and my mom traveled from out of town to come see the Mothman museum at Point Pleasant, across the river. We used google maps with the destination “River’s Edge Bed and Breakfast” and found it easily. The cabin sways ever so slightly because of the stilts, but I felt completely safe. It’s a bi-product of having something off the ground, but it made the view so much better. Each morning we were delivered what we requested at the time we asked, and the food was delicious. A wide variety of selection, and plenty of time to make a choice. The porch out to the water was by far my favorite feature of the stay. We even saw a beaver one morning while having breakfast, it was an amazing experience. Our host Rebecca was also so kind and responsive, I had asked about a lighter for the candles around 9:00pm expecting an answer the next morning, had one within 10minutes! Can’t recommend staying here enough. Felt safe and comfy, with a gorgeous view!

Theresa was great, and her home was perfect! We felt right at home! House was cozy, and comfortable, and had everything that we needed. I will be trying to stay again for sure if available! If you’re looking for a place in this area then this is the place you want to stay! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brad’s place was the perfect stop on our way to North Carolina. He called me ahead of time to check in on my arrival time. His pictures for check-in and where to park etc were super helpful. Beds were comfy. We really appreciated his kindness in letting us keep a car and picking it up on the way back for our second stay a few days later. His property is beautiful!

Brandon’s guest house was perfect and Brandon was a great host and always available….would definitely recommend to anyone staying in that area

Another great stay in Ashland thanks to host BJ and his accomodations! if you are looking for a great home to stay short or long in the area, this is a good option!

Pictures truly do not do this special place justice! We could have not been more relaxed by the surroundings. Everything was great as Halcyon was responsive and extremely helpful. Our time with the animals made this a dream come true. Thank you for everything! Couldn’t recommend this place more and we cannot wait to go back.
