Esther and Tamara’s place was beautiful! We also enjoyed our homemade Valentine’s Day dinner in the Trattoria. Such lovely ladies and such a beautiful place! Also worth mentioning: they were very forthcoming about their dogs being territorial so I was able to bring my dog inside safely and there was a private grassy area for him to potty throughout our stay.

This is the second time we stayed at Shawn’s place and it was great. It has just what we need and we really like the area, as it’s quiet and private. We felt right at home and checkout was straightforward.

We really enjoyed the house! Enough space to accommodate our whole family and not feel like you are on top of each other. Could have privacy if you wanted it. Well stocked kitchen, office for my son-in-laws to do a little work. Loved the amenities: ping pong table, corn hole, arcade and shuffleboard. Our entire family loved Kayaking and it was a highlight for us! The views and sunsets are spectacular.

What a fantastic property! I stayed at Robert's with my teenage son, his Boy Scout Troop, and other adult leaders during our trip to Mammoth Caves. There were 12 of us, and the house was PERFECT! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast & dinner for our group each day. We even found a pack of birthday candles! The entire house was spotless, and everything looked brand new. The "party house" (as it came it to be known) was AMAZING! The group especially enjoyed playing ping pong and PacMan, and soaking in the hot tub. We really appreciated the large amount of towels too. We didn't get to use the fire pit or outdoor furniture because it was winter and rained/snowed for the entire visit, but it looked like it would be a great place in warmer months. It actually rained so much during our trip that a state of emergency was declared statewide, but this property didn't flood at all, and we were still able to easily travel in and out of the area every day.

Roberto was a very gracious and communicative host. The house was perfect for our families to gather over the new year. Very removed from everything but that’s exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful. Nice views. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This space is just as described and looks just like the photos. I wasn’t expecting it to be attached to their home; I’m sure it was stated in the description, but we missed it. However, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The space is very private. Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off to this location. It’s about a 13 minute drive from Broadway.

Loved our stay at this home. The bed was so comfortable, big screen t.v. was nice for watching movies at night, the grill outside was the nicest grill at any rental we have ever stayed at. Kitchen was fully stocked, house was secluded and we saw deer every single day driving to the lake. The owner was very responsive and let us check in early since we got to town earlier than expected, also checked on us during our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area again. Thank you for sharing your home with us for the week!

This was the perfect place for a Nashville getaway! It is 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, but two separate houses. It ended up working out perfectly. Both houses were extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown. Will definitely stay again if we come back.
