We stayed at Vic’s home for a month. He was an AMAZING host who was always easy to reach over the phone. We had everything we needed. The home is very spacious and great for a small family. The neighbourhood is also safe. You can tell that he takes pride in making guests feel at home.

The venue is great. Often when booking for a large group, you find that while there are enough beds to cater for 10+ people, amenities such as the kitchen are unable to handle that many. Idwala, on the other hand, has a massive kitchen plus many braai areas plus a lot of dining seating, which made our stay all the more comfortable.

My family and I really loved the home. The pictures on the app are basic as it is more beautiful in person. The home had everything we needed and our kids also had fun in the pool side. Thank you so much to our host for always checking up on us,what a warmhearted lady.

This has become one of our most cherished places to spend time for breaks away. So peaceful, so much birdlife, so quiet, the house itself is lovely and spacious and well equipped with comfy furniture and lots of different seating places, the views from the veranda and the bedroom are wonderful, and our dogs had THE BEST time here too. The house itself is surrounded by a massive garden that is fenced, so if you have doggos, it’s lovely to leave all the doors open so that the fresh air and breeze can flow into the space while they roam freely exploring the garden. The area itself feels super safe, and the house is secluded and private. On top of all of that, Shan is an absolutely wonderful and amazing person. We chatted to her about lots of different things and she was a perfect host as well. Will be regular visitors for certain.

Lourentia is the best host I’ve ever had for a bnb stay. And Suburbia is the best bnb overall I’ve stayed in in South Africa. I highly recommend the place. Tremendous service and communication. 20 out of 10

A group of friends and I stayed at Jackal Hill for a couple days and it was fantastic! We had the whole property to ourselves so it felt very private and we did not have to worry about bothering anyone. Stacey's communication was brilliant - she responded to my messages well in time and was always so friendly. Melody and Joseph were on the property and were ever so helpful. We had to call Melody a bunch of times and she always responded and helped where she could. There were definitively flies, but you just have to keep the place clean of food waste which is what attracts them. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with bats occupying one of the chalets which we subsequently couldn't really use, so don't forget to close your windows before dark. Wonderful place, serene, beautiful, calm long walks, and a fantastic host, agent, and owner!

Well appointed spacious chalet with everything you need. Beds are really comfortable. Location is amazing and totally unspoilt. Really great hikes in the mountain gorge area. (Needs permit beforehand from Mountain Club) Clean river with drinkable water Also large clean swimming pool in the resort. All in all a really peaceful place to stay where your soul gets plenty of time to recharge.

Comfortable self catering with everything one needs. Lots of space, nice dining area. For off grid the solar and battery was more than enough for our needs. Large gas fridge/freezer. A short walk to the crystal clear stream, lovely to sit on the rocks and enjoy the peace. The most comfortable accommodation we've enjoyed at Utopia so far.

I had a fantastic stay! The [property house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations. A satisfactory cozy home away from home, the kitchen is well equiped, the room is spacious and fully furnished and the hosts are welcoming. We loved staying at Letitia and Gary's home, its worth visiting again!

My partner and I spent a magical Valentine’s weekend at Dens View. The lush greenery along the Magalies river offered a peaceful and serene escape. Our cozy accommodation was thoughtfully arranged, and Ziggy was incredibly welcoming. We enjoyed leisurely walks by the river and evenings on the deck, making our stay unforgettable. Dens View is the perfect romantic and peaceful getaway. Highly recommended!🌿💕

This is a perfect place to come home to after a busy day at work. all that i needed was there. Natasha is a fantastic , friendly host who will go out of her way to help and assist.

Very beautiful cottage. I had a peaceful time just listening to the sounds of the birds. My dogs had the best time running around the enormous yard. Great value for money. At first I got lost into someone's private property. I'm lucky I did not get shot at. I had used the maps adress on the airbnb listing. Please make sure you use the maps link sent to you by the host as it is more accurate.
