Nice vacation home - clean, spacious, well equiped kitchen. Host communicates clearly and was very helpful. We left a few items behind and they helped arrange the pickup.

Great house for skiing in Niseko / Hirafu House was beautiful, as pictured. Living room space and couches were large and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I come back. Steps away from the free shuttle to the mountain, which ran very often (every 15 /20 mins). Or, if you store your skis in the lockers at the Hirafu Mountain Sports Center Annex (one of the bus stops by Kings Gondola) then you can walk to the mountain in ~15-20 mins. The house is steps away from some of the great restaurants and bars of the areas, including Bar Gyu - so you are right in the heart of the action. Location was amazing. I was a bit worried at first that we were not closer to the mountain, but when we arrived I saw the location was really perfect for our needs. Only issues were minor - had an issue with check in but host responded immediately and cleared it up. Would have been nice to have a few extra towels, as only 1 was provided per person and they were small.

We had the most wonderful time! Denton was fabulous in communication and gave us so many suggestions of things we could do, places to eat at, best places to hire snow gear etc. The kitchen was fabulous with everything available to use so we could cook at home which was so nice to not have to go out every night after snowboarding all day. The house is close to the resort and very private. So much space for our family to really relax alone or come together on the huge sofa! If you have the chance to stay here absolutely do so! See you next year Denton!

Everywhere is walkable from this house, you could walk right up to the Grand Hirafu slopes in about 10 minutes and there’s plenty of restaurants/bars around.

It is a beautiful place to stay. We were with 7 adults and 1 baby and that went perfectly. The lodge was clean, open, light and a nice place to relax. We are a family of cooks, so the kitchen could have been a bit more equipped but that is just a minor comment. We ordered the Shabu Shabu for the first evening, and it was perfect! We were very happy to stay here and the staff of Elite Heavens is extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged bus tickets and were able to assist with practical arrangements! We hope to come back one day! Thanks a lot!

This was the absolute perfect place for our group of 9 in Niseko. You’re a short walk from all of the fun bars (a couple are literally next door) and can even walk to the mountain if you wish. The free private shuttle service was a great touch and the hosts were always responsive. There was more than enough room for 9 guests and nobody felt crammed. This was truly one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. If you have a group or family looking to ski in Niseko, I can’t recommend this spot enough!

Second time staying here for a powder hunting mission. This place is awesome. Great location to home base and has everything you need.

Very beautiful house and the view surrounding the house is also very beautiful. Great kitchen with reasonable amount of utensils. The kids really enjoy the ping pong table in the basement! Overall the house is really good and I highly recommend.

All of us are very impressed with the place the moment we walked in! It's very new, clean and minimal. The house has everything we need to cook for all the nights we were in Niseko. Plenty of space to eat and chill at the kitchen counter top. Will definitely come back again when we are back in Niseko!

Great stay! The place was exactly as described. Perfectly located near ski lifts and restaurants. I really enjoyed it there and I'll definitely return!

Wonderful stay in Niseko! My husband and I invited some friends to Niseko to snowboard and play in the snow. The house was beautiful and the Elite Havens staff made planning our trip so easy. They took care of everything—rentals, lift passes, shuttles,etc. Great communication leading up to our trip and while in Niseko. Will stay with Elite Havens again!
