Very peaceful area nice and quiet and walking distance to the river. Lisa was available and very helpful with local information. We will be returning !!

If you have this place on your wish list or are considering staying here, DO IT! It's one of the most amazing AirBNBs we've ever stayed at. The home is lovely, the location was spectacular and the pool just takes the cake. We were a group of two families (4 adults and 4 kids aged 2-8) Plenty of room for all of us. We visited during a time of bad weather which was fine because the house is so cozy and there was plenty for us to do at the property. The location is the perfect launch pad for lots of outdoor adventures. On the days we stayed in, the kids were easily able to busy themselves with all the activities and games in the house. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked well enough to support the meals we made! We stopped in Redding on the way in to get our groceries (as a heads up there isn't a grocery store nearby!) The neighbor was so helpful and even had some firewood available for us when we arrived. Can't wait to come back!

Our family had a wonderful time at Heidi and Steph's place to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Heidi and Steph really made us feel like at home. They're the most wonderful hosts we've ever met. The view from the front porch, facing the river, is beautiful. Great place for fishing and enjoying the beauty of nature. We caught 6 trouts in two days. Yay! Thank you for showing us the spots and for everything else that made our trip an amazing one.

This was everything I was hoping it to be! I was so excited when I stumbled upon this listing, and my expectations were absolutely exceeded. The grounds are beautiful and there are so many thoughtful touches all around. I can't recommend this experience enough! What a special place. Huge thank you to Mallory and Jeff, they're lovely :)

We are a large group of fishermen and wanted to be together. Bens place provided that. we fished all day and gathered for the evening meal and talk about the day Then leave at O dark 30 to go fishing in the morning. They have 4 BBQs and smokers large covered entertaining area. plenty of parking for boats and trucks. Plenty of room to find a place to sleep and a few guys brought cots and sleeping bags to sleep. overall it was a great experience.

Devon was an amazing and responsive host! They were very flexible with our last minute changes and made us feel at home. I came with friends to get away for a weekend over spring break and it was a perfect stay after hiking the redwoods all day!

What an amazing getaway spot among the redwoods! All of the amenities (beautiful shower, beautiful space, hot tub, etc) made it well worth it. I would definitely love to come back! Not to mention, my sweet senior pup was able to enjoy the luxury with me.

We had great stay at Jason's place. He was very prompt with his responses as we were trying to get more information before booking the place. I really appreciate him helping us reach safely. On the checkout day, we locked ourselves out with some items left behind. We were not able to find person in-charge at the location as we had checked-in late and were not sure how to get help as there was no phone signal and had very spotty internet. We also couldn't find the office front dorr as all lights were off and we were not sure if there was anyone available. Eventually after 30 mins and talking to couple maintenance folks, we got hold of lady who thankfully helped us get our personal items back. I wish they had more clear instructions provided in cabin/outside/at front on how to get help or reach property manager as it is very difficult to reach anyone online/on call. But apart from that, we really enjoyed out stay and would definitely recommend anyone who are looking for a cozy getaway.

There aren’t a lot of reasonably-priced places to stay in the area, and this facility met all my expectations and then some. This RV campground is great for kids - it has a pool, game room with a couple of arcade games (bring quarters), mini golf and I think a frisbee course. We didn’t stay long enough to use them, but my kids would have been thrilled to have a day just to play. The cabin itself was just as advertised, clean and fine for 3-4 people. The kitchen had a microwave and mini fridge, but no stove. That was fine, since I just used our camp stove outside on the picnic table. Downsides - 5$ a load for the washing machine, and it only took quarters. A change machine would be nice for when the office is closed. There were two massive generators on wheels running on the property, so I suspect something was wrong with the electrical service. I was appreciative of the electricity, but they were LOUD! Otherwise, I enjoyed our stay, and would come here again.

Stayed at a cabin for the long weekend around Valentine's day. Wonderful property and location, right on the river. Charles is a wonderful host and helped out with local recommendations. Great place for a weekend getaway, pretty close to Richardson's Grove State Park, Humboldt as well. Avenue of the Giants is like a 20 minute drive away and it is right on the US 101.

Great place in a beautiful area. Drew was a very responsive host and helped us out to get to the location. It wasn’t the easiest place to get to as google maps has you trying to take off roads but if you take the main road it’s a breeze.

Charles was a great host and was very responsive. The property is secluded and incredibly peaceful. Walkable pathway down to the riverside for some relaxation if you would like. Super cool spot we will definitely be back here again.

Another great stay at the ranch! I was there in October and the place was great then AND now. Thank you Lorrie, my friends and I had a great time!

Great little cabin with everything you need, right next to the Trinity River. Fantastic grounds and store and great campers!

We stayed here while visiting redwoods and we were so grateful we chose this Airbnb. It had every kitchen/bath/entertainment amenity we could think of and even toys for the kids. The mattresses and linens felt great and everything was very clean overall. I loved being able to do laundry during our trip. I would definitely recommend this property and host!

The house is beautiful - clean and welcoming - we felt right at home! The kitchen is well equipped - and part of the great room that looks out onto the river - The beds are big and comfortable - very luxurious - If you are not familiar with the area- Wi-Fi is spotty - but that is par for the course when you are out this far - There is Ping pong and games to keep everyone entertained- We will definitely book again!

Loved our stay at this beautifully decorated cottage, which included so many thoughtful touches! The cottage was serene and very comfortable, which allowed us to truly rest and recharge in this peaceful and quiet spot! Cassandra and her husband were kind and welcoming hosts and we would love to return the next time we are visiting the area.
