We are avid vacationers & own vacation rental properties & this is THE BEST place we have ever stayed !!! The layout of this lake house is incredibly thoughtful for an extended family like ours (6 adults & 2 children) ;; the Kitchen is the centerpiece of this property & when not down at the lake in the Adirondacks, we spent most of our time at the table & island - we cooked half of the time & found the cookware to be accommodating for us. The views are magazine worthy - especially from the comfortable living room with its sweet fireplace. The views continue through to every bedroom in the house as well - and every single bed was incredibly comfortable & linens were spot on - the owners provided plenty of water toys for all of us as well life jackets for our littles !! You won’t be disappointed by choosing this property as your next lake retreat !!

She was a great host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will hopefully get the chance to stay again one day. It was peaceful and private, with lots of things for the kids to do! It was super clean and spacious! Beautiful home!

Life is always better on the lakeside. Step back in to a time when neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Clutter free and extremely comfortable home tucked into a cove on Lake Houser. Mike is an excellent host and we look forward to returning.

We loved this house! The lake setting was beautiful and the house was so cozy! They even had everything you could need to “move right in”… shampoo/body wash, every kitchen item you need, stocked fridge, serving bowls, games, blankets, so many EXTRAS!

What a great place. Brought the family for Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for everyone. Saw 4 bucks the day we arrived. We had fires, fished, played games and relaxed. Kitchen is very well stocked. Love the “second” kitchen. It sure helped with Thanksgiving. The whole house is. Thomas is a great host. Don’t hesitate to book. I bet it’s great in the summer.

Wonderful getaway for the family! The kids had the adventure we wanted away from the city. We had zero allergy issues, a few of us have allergy and asthma challenges and this home was clean and allergen free for us! We spent most mornings with coffee and either board games or exploring, the days on the lake with the kayaks and canoes, then nights around the fire with burgers and s’mores. Wonderful place for our family of 5. Thank you!

Place was beautiful inside and out. My only complaint was that there was no laundry detergent, paper towels, or trash bags. Otherwise the host was responsive and the house was clean.

The perfect place to spend a couple weeks nearby my family that live in the area. I even hosted them all here for Christmas.

My daughter and grandson loved the place, the host was so friendly and easy to communicate with. Very responsive. The place was really cute and charming, and they loved that the host had even put up a little Christmas tree to welcome them. Wonderful stay!! Thank you so much

This rental is a hidden gym beautiful at night quiet and relaxing. My husband and I took the whole family and we enjoyed every moment. They thought of everything! Alberto was very responsive proactive, and friendly. This is a very secure location with gated entry. Our drive from Maryland was worth the 8 hours. We will definitely be back. Thanks Alberto for giving our family the escape we needed.

Outstanding. Kathleen was wonderful. Very responsive and checked-in if we needed anything. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Everything looks brand new. The back decks have a ton of space and different areas to hang out. The kids spent the whole weekend in the hot tub or at the pool. The little things really set it apart. They have everything already at the property for kids so we didn’t have to haul it all. You could tell a lot of thought and hard work was put into this place. Can’t recommend enough.

This was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our Anniversary…a peaceful and relaxing retreat. During the day we explored the trails and tubed the lazy river. During the evenings we enjoyed soaks in the outdoor tubs. There were lots of places to sit and enjoy nature. We felt like we had the whole property to ourselves. The home was meticulously clean and very comfy cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one needs. The trails were well marked and the map was a nice touch to get the lay of the land. This would be a great property for two couples as they have two houses to rent that are close enough to have fun exploring the property together but far enough for each to have privacy.
