Rebecca’s place is stylish and full of character. We had such a wonderful stay and can’t ask for it to be any more perfect. The place is cosy, practical and the beds are so comfortable. It is couple of minutes walk into lovely Stamford. We loved every moment of our stay. Will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Julie’s place. It is a super cute, surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean cottage in a fantastic location with easy walking access into Stamford. Julie met us to check us in and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The cottage is gorgeous with huge attention paid to every detail. It is stylish, everything is excellent quality and homely - and even has an air-fryer :). Do not hesitate the book!

A truly wonderful gem in the heart of Stamford.The care put into making our stay exceptional and luxurious was in evidence in all the detail. Lesley really does want guests to love their time in Stamford. Always promptly communicating and going that little extra, which makes for ease to sit back, relax and indulge in the space and welcome she has created…bliss. Thankyou Lesley for creating this wonderful self contained private sanctuary .We will be back.

Firstly Stamford itself is wonderful - loads of history, great shops, good food etc. Really worth visiting. The house is V central - very well kitted out but also quiet. Less than 1 minute to the high street. The house is as on the pictures - beautiful - quirky - oozes charm, well equipped - we had a fire every night - simply lovely. The charm of the house is also the only drawback - beautiful bit of history - steep slightly uneven stairs that kind of thing. Great for adults. If you've young children or are a bit older with any mobility issues then there will be easier places to stay. Otherwise truly outstanding!!! Great hosts.

Katie’s house is perfect if you’re looking for a place in Stamford that is central, well-located, stylish and homely. We had an extended stay at the house which spanned over Christmas and it was such a beautiful place to stay in over the festive period. Katie had put some Christmas lights up for us which was a very lovely thought and we made the most of all the restaurants, coffee shops and pubs in the town. The beds were all very comfy which were very welcome after a long flight and the drinks and nibbles left by Katie was again, a lovely touch. If you are considering staying at this home, don’t hesitate- book it- you will love it.

We stayed at " The Granery" for three days. Michelle and her staff were always very responsive and friendly. The house was lovely in a great position , quiet but in a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful town. We would highly recommend!. Thank you Michelle.

We had a lovely stay. The house is comfortable and extremely well equipped. the kitchen and dining room are particularly nice and the tiny courtyard very private for sitting out in your pyjamas! We came by train and the station is close. it's a flat but rather busy 10 min walk. The street however is very quiet and there were parking spaces for those who drive. Co op just a minute's walk away. We had one problem setting up the WiFi but Tracey responded within a few minutes and the WiFi itself was very strong. Oakham has more to offer than we expected. Very clean and a good modern bathroom. Took a train to Stamford which is very pretty - lots of shops and lots of visitors. I'd recommend this house with one qualification- the second bedroom is very snug indeed.

This gorgeous town house is right by the river overlooking the town bridge and a short walk into town. We went with out two teenage boys and a small dog and they all loved the decor and space. Three spacious double bedrooms and a huge kitchen/dining area with an open plan lounge overlooking the river. This is the best place is Stamford we have stayed in. Thank you Emma!

Lovely house in a great location - easy stroll into Stamford. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and croissants provided - thank you! Wendy was a great host and very responsive - clear instructions for parking, entry etc. Thank you for a great stay - would love to visit again if in the area.
