This was our 4th stay at Lindsay & Eral's place and as always we had a wonderful stay. We watched the bird life outside on the veranda after leaving seeds out. It's such a peaceful & private property, feels like home from home. Plenty of space for 4 with all you need for a really relaxing holiday. Best to have your own transport & plenty of off-road parking space. Excellent coffee shop nearby (The Corner Pantry), serving nice food & cakes. Lindsay & Eral leave lots of info for things to do & visit. It's our Aussie home from home. We will be back again for more visits in the future. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful place to stay. Barry and Sally have created a serene experience for those lucky enough to stay at their place. The lush gardens, the abundant bird life, the comfy beds, the large shower and of course the wide and expansive couch all make their home a delightful stay. Highly highly recommend

the place was exactly how it is described in the advert. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely book it again in the future. the little touches were so thoughtful. a sign to welcome into the place, snacks and refreshments in the unit.

Love our night stay after hot spring which was only 8 minutes away. Anne gave a very clear check in and check out instruction. Bonus point for checking out is at 11, unlike other places. The place is very clean and perfect space for two. Very peaceful and quiet area. Would definitely come back again!

beautiful accomodation with immaculate scenery. it was the perfect getaway for my anniversary. the house was fully stocked with amenities and Kristy was so kind to provide complementary wine (was so nice to sip on while chilling by the pool HAHA), chocolates, and snacks 🥹. we loved this place so much and will be back soon !

Very clean, generous supplies, home made biscuits were delicious. Comfortable bed and excellent, (real), coffee provided for our morning pick me up. Although we only stayed one night, this is the perfect base to explore beautiful Phillip Island for a few days. Close to great facilities and the water. Will recommend this property to our friends and family. Thanks to Caroline and Russell for their excellent communication prior to visit.

Fantastic space located in Mornington, not far to walk to the beach or the Main Street of Mornington. The space was quiet and clean and easy to access. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if revisiting the Mornington area.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dene Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how peaceful and relaxing the space was. Dene welcome us with open arms.The highlight of the property was definitely the pool – it was spacious, sparkling clean, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The kitchen was also very nice – it was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed to cook meals with ease. The open layout made it feel bright and welcoming, and I appreciated the attention to detail in making it so functional and stylish. As for the beds, they were incredibly comfortable! Overall, this place exceeded all my expectations. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with great amenities!

We had a wonderful stay at Annie and Julian place. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Great location and very kind and friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend this air bnb.

Beautifully designed and furnished modern apartment with plenty of space. The place is extremely clean throughout, with comfortable beds, stylish bathroom, and excellent heating/cooling options. Kitchen and dining area is expansive with plenty of storage space. Sizeable bedrooms in the loft with skylights and fantastic block out blinds. Pictures of the apartment are definitely as described. Apartment was easy to find, with off street parking and a simple check in process using a lockbox. Clear communication from Anna, who was quick to respond to any enquiries we had. Lovely welcome note provided as well as a very helpful guide to Mornington and the surrounds. Apartment is a 5 minute walk to Mills Beach and a 2 minute drive to the centre of Mornington, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars, plus a small shopping centre providing all of the required items (groceries, alcohol, pharmacy, etc). Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this self-contained unit in Phillip Island! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, yet peaceful and private. The unit was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Phillip Island!

The studio would be the best we’ve stayed in. Really well thought out and wanting for nothing. Situated in beautiful Flinders on the fabulous Mornington peninsula, we would recommend this studio to anyone. Absolute gem.

We had a fantastic 10-night stay at Mark’s Airbnb with family. The place is beautifully organized, comfortable, and filled with all the amenities we needed. Its convenient location made exploring easy while still offering a peaceful retreat. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. Mark was an excellent host—responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

My stay in Julia and John's little cottage was everything I expected it to be quiet, peaceful, beautiful gardens . Julia and John are great hosts.

Franks one bedroom apartment was excellent The decor was fabulous The kitchen well set up Excellent bathtub in the ensuite My plans changed just after arriving so this was the perfect sanctuary that I needed to rest, have peace and quiet and recover before a very long drive back home to Sydney. I would love to stay here again and hopefully will be. Thank you Frank 😊
