This is a very unusual, spacious, and well-appointed traditional guest house with modern amenities and plenty of comfortable bedrooms. We had 11 family members there for a week and everyone loved it. The air conditioning in most of the rooms is modern and helped us escape the heat when indoors, the linen and towels were new and clean and plentiful, the dining room table was big enough for all 11 of us, the kitchen was roomy with two refrigerators, a good stove, and dishwasher. The back deck was very pleasant in the morning, and the front porch had very comfortable chairs to sit in while watching all the pedestrians walk by on the sidewalk across the street. Everything we needed was within walking distance so we hardly used our cars. Wonderful town, great Marginal Way for walking along the cliffs above the ocean, and miles of ocean beach with great swimming. We had an even greater vacation than we expected. Many thanks to Lisa, who was a gracious and responsive host to us all week long.

Jenn’s place was incredible. We went with multiple families and young kids and everyone had an amazing time and the space was perfect. Easy walk to the beach, short trip to town but far enough away to be peaceful and perfect. Would highly recommend and would love to go back.

Loved staying at Dustin's place. Easy going check in was a plus. The house was great, clean, easy to navigate. super hot water and great water pressure is always appreciated! The beach was so close, the arcade was walkable and or a quick bike ride. Having beach chairs available that I didn't have to pack up was a great add as well. We will definitely be back!-

We needed a place to stay for the Eastern States 20 mile and half marathon event. Very pleased with the location. A quick walk to the beautiful beach and the finish line of the event we were in town for was at the Hampden Beach State Park right across the street. Sharon’s place was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. She greeted me upon arrival which was also a bonus. Would stay there again if we are ever in the area again.

The stay was a lovely combination between relaxing and adventurous. My son thoroughly enjoyed a successful hunt for sea glass, while my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the view in between adventures. Totally zen.

Weekend Getaway - We had a wonderful fall weekend at the house. Great location, great hosts and beautiful accommodations. House was clean and modern.

Location, location, location. A two minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the center of town. The house is a lovely blend of historic York and modern conveniences. The photos don’t do it justice. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen contains all that you need if you like to cook, and bathrooms have plenty of towels and hot water.

My family and I loved our stay. Lovely, clean home in the perfect location. Children (and the adults) loved being able to walk to the beach and back whenever they wanted. Would absolutely recommend this airbnb to all of our friends and family.

Heather’s place was by far the most well maintained and clean Airbnb our family has ever stayed in. She was responsive and kind with all our needs. The pool was conveniently located right across the road and a beautiful place to spend the warmer day. Walking to the OOB trolly, seafood restaurants and the best ice cream place we’ve visited yet. We look forward to making Heather’s place and a trip to the Maine coast an annual family vacation.

(Parking de plage$6/h $35 US sinon 😟). Nous avons passé une très belle semaine!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Lovely, modern house in great location. A short 10-15 minutes walk to downtown Ogunquit and to the beach. River and beach views. Everything is in excellent condition and spotless. Very comfortable beds. We were here for a long stay and felt right at home!

we stayed in this house years ago so we knew what to expect. again, it delivered! Coastline Vacation Rental was very well organized with reminders and easily reached by text. much more so than other rental companies. this was so appreciated. the kitchen well stocked for cooking and everything clean and ready to go. beds comfortable and we love the space for family to spread out or get together to play pingpong. highly recommend this property.

It was exactly as the pictures on the website. I reached out to Linda prior to leaving. She was very responsive answered all my questions. Great memories made with the family this week. Would definitely come back again. The ease of getting in and out of old Orchard Beach was great. Was only a 3-4 min drive to the beach. The pool there was a huge hit with the grandkids as the ocean in Maine is never really that warm.

The lazy lobster was easy to find, clean, and had everything we needed to have a great getaway. Andrew left great instructions and if we needed anything I’m sure would have been quick to respond. We just didn’t need anything as everything was great. A list of places to check out. Pool was easy to use and very inviting. Great experience, will be booking again.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

The place was super clean and an easy walk to the pier/downtown OOB. Across the street is quick beach access and a breakfast cafe that was fast; had good food and prices. Sarem responded quickly to any questions we had. Parking is narrow but we fit 3 compact cars nose to tail. If you don’t bring your own pillow, the beds already have 4 pillows with shams on them. If you have other needs reach out to Sarem and she’ll be happy to help! I definitely look forwards to booking again for a girls weekend!

We were only there for a couple of days, but it was a great place to stay. The views from inside were spectacular, a real advantage as it rained much of one day. We did have some rain free time and were able to walk on the path as well as on the sand. We arrived at high tide and were amazed at how much sandy beach appeared when the tide went out. Communication and instructions were excellent. We hope to get back there.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had stunning views. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. There is an abundance of outdoor space for relaxing or dining. Our kids played games outsides for hours on the porch and the near by beaches. I hope to return and highly recommend!

My family of 4, plus some in-laws had a fantastic stay at Glarih’s place. It was the perfect walk to short sands, the restaurants and the shops. Glarih was very responsive, and a great communicator. We have no complaints! For the value, you should be booking this house!

Jake’s place was absolutely perfect, it was so spacious for our big group of 10, adults and teenagers and preteens. The sunsets from Jake’s deck were absolutely breathtaking and the sunrises at the beach were absolutely gorgeous. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops and beach. We already can’t wait to come back next summer, we hope Jake will have us. Our friends can’t wait to book with him as well. Thank you so much Jake for allowing my family to make memories to last a lifetime.

Very peaceful and cozy! The house was extremely clean and all the essentials were provided. Close walk to the beach, would definitely stay again!
