Enjoyed our stay at Richard's place it was clean and comfortable and well situated across from sea front and close to restaurants.

Fantastic location just off the beach. The apartment is nicely laid out and spacious. Chris provided a lot of help and support throughout the stay - everything from parking to local businesses. A great value space.

We had a great stay with our 2 dogs. The apartment was clean and warm, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, and there was plenty of hot water. In the summer, the courtyard garden would be really nice. We appreciated the great location, and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Deb. 👍

This is a beautiful house and a lovely spacious apartment. The views of the sea, the lovely quiet position and the easy access to the beaches and centre of town make this place a great choice. It is glorious to see the sun rise from the sea early morning and watch it light up the beach. We had never visited Broadstairs before but were delighted with our decision to do so. We both felt we would be very happy to come here again to explore the area more. It was great to relax by the window and enjoy the view of the coastline from the comfort of our chairs.

This is our third year staying and it just feels like home from home for us now. It’s a beautiful flat in an amazing location. We had an issue (completely our own embarrassing fault) and Caroline was amazing responding super fast to help us get sorted. Looking forward to booking again!

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Mark's apartment. The views are just incredible, amazing spot to watch the sunset! Location perfect, would 100% stay again, hopefully next time it will be a bit warmer and we can take advantage of the fabulous terrace! Mark was a really great host, we spoke on arrival and he always responded quickly. Can't recommend this apartment enough! Its perfect 🫶

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Margate Beach Apartment. The weather was perfect the whole time, which made being so close to the sea even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was beautifully arranged—mid-century modern, bright, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We really appreciated having a designated parking space; it made getting around so much easier, especially when we arrived with all our luggage. Inside, the kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was great since we love cooking and didn’t want to eat out for every meal. The beds were also amazingly comfortable—honestly some of the best we’ve slept on while traveling. Overall, everything felt thoughtfully set up for guests, and we’d happily return for another visit.

Stayed for a friend's birthday weekend. Beautiful place, private but excellent access to the beach. Weather stopped us from making use of the garden but can imagine that during the warmer months - it would be amazing. Walking distance to the beach. can highly recommend The Owl for lunch/dinner - which was literally a 5 mins walk. Everything was fabulous 😍

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

The house is amazing, so beautiful. At this time of year it was very peaceful too. The space was perfect for us and our young children. Within walking distance to the beach and a well stocked shop.

We had a fabulous stay at Barefoot. The house was terrific - great set up inside, extremely clean and comfortable and with all we needed (and more) for a perfect few days at the beach. The location is amazing - literally right on the beach, nestled amongst beautiful dunes which the kids adored. And being able to step right onto the sand was glorious. Mark was extremely helpful with all we needed and also local recommendations - communication always v quick and easy. Thoroughly recommend staying at Barefoot! We are sure to be back!

We had a great weekend stay in Ramsgate. Easy check-in and accommodation exactly as described. Great socialising spaces and would be happy to stay here again. Very convenient location in walking distance to everything. We would recommend the Ramsgate Tunnels if looking for something to do for a couple of hours.

A fabulous space, right on the beach with parking for all of us. It’s a family home and our family felt right at home! Perfect for my mums 80th birthday and loads of room for us all. Well equipped kitchen etc Jane’s communication was great and it was so useful to have flexibility on the check in and out. Would highly recommend.

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

Lovely property & beautifully presented. A real pleasure to spend the weekend there. Everything ran smoothly with Nic from booking to checking out. Great location if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle but easy access to the more touristy places. Great walks directly from the property along the coast in each direction. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing, boutique-style stay 😊

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

Great place to stay for a short or long break. Everything what you need is there, clean and atmospheric apartment. Beautiful view from the window for a sea front. Good communication with the owner. I'd recommend this place.

We had a lovely Valentine’s weekend away. The property was spotless, cozy, and had everything and more that you could need. The attention to detail of what guests might need is on point. A beautiful bottle of fizz left chilling for us was a lovely gesture, even though we don’t drink 😘. We will definitely be recommending this to friends and family who want to escape the hustle and bustle of London. Even though it was cold, the walk along the beach was just what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

My partner and I had such a fabulous stay at this apartment. Having a view of the sea from the front room and a coffee in the morning was a major highlight for us. The location of the flat is also perfect for getting around Margate. The beds are comfy, flat was cosy and decorated really well. The hosts were super helpful and responsive so we had zero issues finding the flat. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour de cinq jours chez Simon. La maison est spacieuse, calme, confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a de nombreuses activités à faire à proximité, avec plein de recommandations dans un livret laissé à disposition au sein du logement. Simon est très sympathique et réactif. Il n’y avait pas de parking pour les visiteurs,m à proximité immédiate du logement, mais nous avons pu stationner dans une rue située à 15-20 minutes à pied.

Absolutely stunning apartment, the decor is spot on - it felt so homely. Beautiful views, and using the balcony at sunset with a cup of tea was perfect. Nice restaurant below, which was so handy and saved me cooking. Sea bass & a lamp shank you can’t go wrong ;) Joe and Abbey were brilliant - very communicative, kind and helpful. Which always makes such a difference! Adding this one to my favourites list, great find in the area!!

We loved Karen’s flat. It was spotlessly clean and larger than expected. We really appreciated the clear instructions for appliances. The flat was extremely well stocked. Location perfect - just a stone’s throw from the sea and lovely coastal walks. Ate at Minnis Bay Brasserie and Waves. Both were very good. We had a great weekend and would definitely like to book again.
