Comfortable, full of character and style. A very comfortable base in a great location - easily walkable to old Hastings and its amenities as well as Hastings and the shopping centre/train station. Great local recommendations and very clear instructions. A perfect base.

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

the place was super nice and clean! Comfortable room and bathroom. The living room and the deck just in front of the beach are amazing! Recommended. Did not meer Bijou but instructions were clear and everything was as described!

Our Second visit to The Beach House this year & another wonderful stay! The House was spotless when we arrived. Had everything we needed. Lovely large enclosed back Garden for our Two Dogs. Quiet location & only a few minutes walk to the Beach with lovely Cafes & a Restaurant. We love staying here & will definitely return again next year.

Our stay at Amanda’s place was great! The house was beautifully set up for our Christmas stay, perfectly clean and lots of nice touches like our welcome hamper and clear instructions for all amenities. There was more than enough space for us all to gather together and create some great family moments. Despite Amanda being away at the time she ensured her friendly neighbour welcomed us into the property and gave us a guided tour. The view of the coast from the living room and front bedrooms was stunning and there was lots of space for storing our bags/clothes as well as in the fridge for food we wanted to cook in the beautifully designed kitchen. Overall I would definitely recommend and would visit again!

We had a lovely weekend at this property. It had everything we needed and our children had a fantastic time and enjoyed to toys there. Lots to do in the surrounding area and Margate easy to get to. Nick was a great host.

We had an incredible stay at Bobby’s house in Kent! It was a fantastic experience, especially for the children with special needs we brought along—they absolutely loved it. The house was perfect for our group, and Bobby was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay - very large & spacious! The game room was a hit for adults & kids! The two kitchens were very useful too. Can't wait to come back in the summer and make the most of the large lawn & pool!

We have just come back from a two night stay at Aaron’s place. Had a great time, the lodge is very well equipped, clean, modern and overall a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect for the family and very close to the beach. We found Aaron to be very friendly and a good communicator. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing property. Great location with amazing views. We loved relaxing on the decking watching the beautiful sunsets. Clean, tidy and well presented. Lorna was the perfect host. I would highly recommend.

Stayed for a friend's birthday weekend. Beautiful place, private but excellent access to the beach. Weather stopped us from making use of the garden but can imagine that during the warmer months - it would be amazing. Walking distance to the beach. can highly recommend The Owl for lunch/dinner - which was literally a 5 mins walk. Everything was fabulous 😍

We had the best time staying at Ben’s place. We’ve visited Margate many times and this place just topped off a great NYE visit. The place was even better than the photos and we felt at home immediately. The art and decor was stunning, beautiful design whilst also feeling cosy. Would love to visit again in the future. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub hier. Alles war wie beschrieben und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, nah am Meer und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen, so dass man sich bestens erholen kann. Alles was man braucht ( Bäcker, Supermarkt…) ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und sehr geschmackvoll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Insbesondere die Küchenausstattung ist hochwertig und sehr umfangreich, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Sehr begeistert waren wir von der netten Gastgeberin Blandine. Sie reagierte flexibel auf unsere Ankunftszeit, so dass wir nicht warten mussten, war immer erreichbar, sehr herzlich und liebenswürdig. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

The house was lovely and just as it looked in pictures. Close to beach and enclosed garden made it perfect for dogs. We had everything we needed in the house and Hannah was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house worked really well for our group of 8. It offered plenty of space and had lots to keep all ages entertained. The pool table was a big hit and being able to walk out of the back garden straight on to the beach was great. The instructions for access were easy to follow and the host responded to a couple of questions we asked during our stay.

Bright, clean and comfortable and only a short walk to the beach. One of the bedrooms has a great book collection. Something to note, the kitchen is a little sparse, with no hob or oven, only a microwave and air fryer. Carly very friendly and easy to deal with.
