I would definitely recommend John’s place for a visit to Hebden Bridge! Conveniently close to the train station, the house is in peaceful surroundings with beautiful views. The place is very spacious. Kitchen was spotless, beds were really comfortable, and John left a kind welcome pack of breakfast ingredients, fruit and snacks. There’s also lots of useful info about the area, including walks, restaurants and pubs.

Carol was very welcoming and provided very helpful information about the areas and commute options. She knew a lot about India and we had few interesting talks. She was kind to accommodate our early check-in request. The uber service is cheaper than local taxis and very convenient from Carol's house. It is an open parking on the street and we had no trouble finding space. Overall a good stay at Carol's.

I’ll start by saying, I was sad to leave! Philippa’s place was just beautiful, sparkling clean, so thoughtfully decorated and considered - it was really a treat to stay there. Philippa herself was so welcoming and kind from the moment I arrived, very easy to reach via text, and really has created an exceptional Airbnb setup in her home. I felt like I had my own private space, and she keeps her home so spotlessly clean I sometimes forgot anyone was even living there besides me! I truly felt at home here and that I was looked after as a solo traveler in a new place. Ilkley itself was precious and her location just 4 minutes walk from the train station, and about the same distance to any great restaurant or shop was great! Her breakfast spread was lovely and a treat to come downstairs to each morning. There was also tea, coffee and water in my room, which I loved. I can’t say enough nice things about the host, the home and the town! Thank you!!

Hi arrived and felt welcome straight away .Nice area od Scarborough rural-quiet.Which I'm used to wonderful .Accommodation was perfect ,especially the separate bathroom with shower&bath.Breakfast each morning was attentive & nicely presented. Definitely book again as Sarah makes you feel relaxed &at home instantly. Is near to Scarborough but a good walk if your not to fit lol .Taxi would be a plan B if not .Air B&B for me in summer was perfect thankyou ♡

I just want to reiterate what everyone else has already said about Belinda and Ian's place - it's a fantastic place to stay. Belinda is an amazing cook so you can expect good home cooked food. It's the perfect balance of being chatty and sociable but also getting your own space to relax. Highly recommend!

Linda was an amazing host that went above and beyond to make me feel welcome in her gorgeous home. Her house is just down the road from the park and ride into Whitby. She provided me with so much useful information about the local area which made my stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you ever so much Linda. I hope to stay with you again in the future.

Entering through a rather modest door right off the street we found Andrea's flat to be spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. As previous reviews the bedroom at the rear of the property is very quiet so you get a good night's sleep in the huge comfy bed. The kitchen is modern, well equipped with several nice touches left for us to get our stay started. The shower gives a good hot flow, much better than the puny electric ones in most properties. We are really pleased to have found Andrea's flat and as we visit York at least once a year we hope to stay again.

Smashing flat in the centre of Harrogate. Quiet street, easy from the station. Catriona was a communicative host and the flat had everything we needed. Will definitely book again if available - fingers crossed!

This was our second stay in Martin and Carmens lovely apartment and will definitely book again when we’re in Leeds. Wonderful friendly hosts and very comfortable and quiet place to stay with easy access to the centre of Leeds and surrounding areas.

What a wonderful place to escape for a few days. The flat was perfect - really comfortable, clean and spacious. A good hot shower and everything we needed in the kitchen to make life easy. Hebden Bridge is a fantastic place for a mooch and the markets were lovely. Great walks in the area- we didn't need to use the car all weekend.

My best friend and I of 21 years, hadn’t had a girls sleepover just us in the last decade! I booked this for us to have a well deserved break and girly time, it was just perfect. We felt so special, the lodge is beautiful, so quaint and cute. The surroundings are stunning, it was just perfect for us. Hot tub was amazing and all the little details around the lodge were too. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we’d love to come again one day.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Diana. Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön und super Eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend. In der Umgebung findet man alles was man braucht, von Pubs, Restaurants, Schnellrestaurants, Supermarkt und Tankstellen. Es ist auch zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Diana war super und der Check In sehr einfach. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Von dort kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto erkunden und erreichen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden es wieder buchen. Kann man empfehlen.

This was a perfect little studio with everything you could want and more. Breakfast and refreshments were available. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

What a lovely place & person to stay with. I travelled up from Kent to stay for 2nts. Andrew was so friendly, always responded to messages promptly and comprehensively. His home exceeded expectations and had everything I needed. Although the traffic was at times noisy, I always take earbuds so wasn't an issue for me. The foam mattress was comfy and the room was spacious. Really lovely stay, I'll def come again, thank you.

George and Christine made us feel extremely welcomed into their home from the first moment we arrived. Their home is imacculately presented and the bedrooms were spotless. The included breakfast was a lovely unexpected surprise and was delicious! We stayed for two nights with our Cockapoo and he even enjoyed playing with George and Christine's Cockapoos in the garden! Overall, we would definitely like to stay again and we couldn't recommend it more highly!

I stayed for 4 nights. Helen gave me a very warm welcome and went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. Daisy the dog was always excited to greet me.The room was comfortable, the bed comfort excellent and the shower excellent. The continental breakfasts were delicious and plentiful with fresh croissant and pastries, yoghurt, muesli, granola, fresh orange juice, and fresh coffee, and they were delivered to the room. I had access to a small fridge and coffee, tea and a kettle in the room. There is a Lidl across the road, very handy for provisions. I have stayed in many b&b's in Whitby, but Helen's is the best.

Richard and Neill were very kind and attentive, laid on a delicious breakfast and welcomed us to a very comfortable room. The place was easy to find and ideal as a base for visiting Yorkshire abbeys, minsters and churches. Thank you, Richard

Amanda and Kevin have a beautiful house! I stayed in a spacious, stunning bedroom (with a comfy, cosy bed) and had a gorgeous private bathroom (wonderful shower). Delicious continental breakfast with fresh coffee and juice. I was made to feel so welcome. Really hope to come back, with a bit more time to enjoy the house, Acomb, and York.

Beautiful, spacious room with a luxurious feel. Views from the windows are absolutely spectacular. Our toddler adored the common room with the toys too, what a bonus! We 100% recommend and will definitely be back! Sian is a warm and lovely host, thank you so much for everything!
