We had a great stay. The flat was spotlessly clean with lovely personal touches like fresh flowers and fruit too 😊 we had everything we needed, including tea and coffee, shampoo and shower gel, and freshly laundered towels. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Spent the night at the property with my family as we had an event to go to in Stockton. The property was exactly as advertised, very clean when we arrived and check in instructions were very simple and easy. Andy responded to me within a few minutes for every query I had and we all had a very pleasant time :) The river is very nearby for a nice stroll and there are many stores e.g. Asda, Starbucks, Subway, Mcdonalds close by

I only stayed for one night at Alison's place but it was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The downstairs bathroom and ensuite to the main bedroom are useful, particularly if 2 or 3 guests are staying. The off road parking is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Cleethorpes.

Amy and Oliver - I actually have no words for how amazing this place was! I first put it in my wishlist a long while back and somehow stumbled upon it again to stay for the first time this weekend. My family and I were completely amazed at absolutely everything - every detail and the handiwork you have both put into this place is just immaculate. I’m so grateful I was able to find this place - it was so homely, so clean, absolutely stunning, the most equipped place we’ve stayed in and so much more. My only complaint is that we wish we stayed LONGER! I hope you will continue to keep your home open as it’s an amazing place to stay - we hope to be back (and perhaps with others who haven’t been blessed to see it yet). Thank you for everything you supplied us with this weekend - we were fascinated by everything and we are still talking about the home now that we’re home! We had a lovely stay for 2 nights at this beautiful and cozy home. It was so well organised and felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We loved the charming decor and all the thoughtful details. Anthony was a wonderful host- approachable, kind, and very helpful. His clear instructions made everything smooth and stress free. The nearby forest walks were really nice, and the stream running through the woods made it so refreshing. The local people were friendly and helpful. The house itself was such a delight that we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was great and exactly what we needed, our host was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

Wow, we loved our stay at Michael’s place and he really is a super host. Couldn’t fault his service in any way. The house itself was perfect for our group, left clean and comfortable by his lovely cleaner (Mum!). Michael was also super responsive and receptive to our needs and really friendly guy. The location itself was perfect to our needs, tucked away but still local and central. Thanks Michael, we will definitely return!

Great Apartment in Central Leeds – Met My Expectations! I recently stayed at this apartment in central Leeds, and it fully met my expectations. The location was perfect right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host/management was efficient. Overall, it was a hassle-free and enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

5 Stars: Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in York! The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it super convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully clean, and incredibly cosy, making us feel right at home. Our host was amazing—very friendly, flexible, and even offered a late check-out which we really appreciated. A big bonus was the free parking included with the apartment, which made our trip even more hassle-free. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

From booking right through to check out communication was great. Incredibly detailed and clear instructions provided and regular checks were made to see that there were no issues. Exactly as listed! This apartment is very central and well appointed. It was clean, comfortable and warm and communication was great. We appreciated the flexibility with check in/out times and liked the laundry facilities. Great base for mooching around Hebbers!

Stayed at David's whilst visiting relatives in Hedon. Only a 10min drive door to door which was perfect. Open plan design was marvellous, lots of room for 4 adults. Had everything we needed for the time we spent in the property and pool table was a real bonus! All slept really well due to the wonderfully quiet location. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit! Thank you ☺️

Superb central location with great views across the harbour and HMS Endeavour. The apartment was spotless, easy to access and provided us with a quiet, comfortable and relaxing sanctuary after busy days of walking, sightseeing, shopping, eating and drinking. Would most definitely recommend Stephen’s place and we hope to return again in the near future.

absolutely loved this place, fantastic peaceful accommodation on the river and short walk into the beautiful town of knaresborough.

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.

The apartment is as described - cosy, compact and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thought has gone into details - such as nice toiletries in the bathroom and a ‘Struggling to sleep’ box by the bed. Andy, the host, was helpful and easy to contact. Another great stay here and I would love to come back again if I am in the area. Thank you Andy.
