We stayed in the Snoozy Owl for the Weekend and had the most relaxing time. The pod had everything you wanted and more! It was so nice and so cosy especially in the rainy weather. The complimentary breakfast items and biscuits were so sweet and thoughtful. I really recommend this place. Mechele was also the most amazing host, so helpful with everything and couldn’t do any more for us. We can’t wait to be back one day!

We were absolutely delighted to use Paul's cottage as the filming location for our student short film. The scenery was stunning, and the tranquil environment provided the perfect atmosphere for our creative work. The cottage itself was clean, beautiful, and full of warm, thoughtful details. Paul and Maggie were incredibly hospitable, ensuring we had hot water, coffee, tea, and snacks to keep us comfortable during the chilly evenings. Paul was also highly responsive, always addressing our needs promptly and helping us resolve any issues efficiently, making the entire filming process smooth and enjoyable. This was a truly wonderful experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend it! ✨

Beautiful surroundings, fantastic shed - even more impressive as it was built from scratch and is so well finished as well as comfortable. Philip and Esme were both very accommodating and friendly, good communication throughout, we had a really lovely stay. And the weather was glorious! Thank you so much for sharing your space with us, it's a hidden gem 😊

Lovely place to stay, I had a couple of nights with my 2 boys. Would definitely recommend visiting and I will be again in the future.

Mariners is a lovely beach house, fairly cosy size but plenty big enough for 2 adults, 2 teenage children and a golden retriever. Only a few minutes down to a lovely huge beach. Would certainly visit again.

This Shepherds hut was our first and we absolutely loved it. It was whimsical and peaceful, easy to find once you get to scotch corner using what three words & remote enough to feel off-grid. 10/10 and would love to come back. Thank you to Fiona to being such a helpful host and to the chickens for giving us some scrumptious eggs!

Colin was a fantastic host from the point of making the booking, until the moment I checked out. fantastic little place he has and as good as it looks on the pictures, it is even better in person! Colin sent over a handy local guidebook with a variety of places nearby to go to, and another guidebook with all the instructions needed to make your stay as hassle free as possible. he messaged me the day after checking in to ensure I was happy with everything and if I was to need anything at all he would be there to help me. I honestly can not think of a single fault regarding coins hosting skills, or the fantastic little place he has.

Lovely little place to stay, clean, warm and cosy. We did struggle at first to find the place from the road as the sign is quite small but we managed in the end. We had some issues getting the log burner going for the hot tub but Julia was helpful and responsive with this. The bed was very comfy and the upstairs space is cosy. The shower wasn’t warm the next morning but we were only there one night so this was okay. Overall it was a lovely little stay

Such a lovely place to stay. The accommodation had such a lot of care and thought put into it. Lots of thoughtful touches, a lovely breakfast and bottle of Prosecco. Would highly recommend.

Had a relaxing time staying here for a couple of nights. Lovely location and it was great to chill out in the hot tub too. Bed was cosy, if we could have snuck it into the car we'd have taken it home! We had regular morning and evening inspections from Blue the Labrador and even though we didn't have any spare food I think we passed muster! All in all a great place & location with attentive hosts.

Lovely little place to hide away to focus on work. Plenty of places to go for walks around with the Chevin and Ilkley Moor both near by. Plenty of options for eating places too. The welcome basket was much appreciated. Doggy hellos were super cute too. Thanks Alyson.

Just got back from a lovely stay at Hewn Yorkshire. The cabin was just as described and the wood fired hot tub was lovely to relax in. We booked a 1hr private slot in the sauna on the afternoon when we arrived, and this was stunning. The whole stay was cosy and very comfortable. Staff on site were lovely, and very informative. Thoroughly recommend Hewn Yorkshire.

We had a wonderful stay at the Moorside glamping hut. We were on the look out for a night away in a quirky place and that’s exactly what we found. The photos of the place were exactly as described! It was a wonderful location and we had a lovely evening sat outside watching the sunset with our gorgeous fire roaring. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay at Alison’s listing! Alison gave great instructions the day prior for getting to the property! The place its self was cosy and perfect for our Yorkshire dales weekend! Would definitely recommend!

Hopes and beams what an incredible place! Absolutely stunning scenery, the lodge itself is so beautiful, was amazing sitting out in the hot tub listening to the nature, i took my girlfriend for her birthday and she absolutely loved it, gemma was so helpful putting up birthday banners and balloons for me and also getting some gorgeous flowers from the florist sorted for me, i really cant get over how amazing the stay was! Had absolutely everything you needed in the kitchen, it was absolutely spotless! Will definitely be staying again for more than 2 nights this time! 11/10 from us what an incredible place and made some amazing memories, thankyou!

My girlfriend and I stayed in Cat and Andy’s Shepherd Hut for two nights, and it was absolutely lovely. From the moment I booked it, Cat and Andy were very responsive and friendly. I made them aware that this trip would be a surprise for my partner and straight away they made me aware of various add on experiences/ ways they could help to make the stay extra special. The hut is very cosy and compact, having everything one needs for a short stay. No need to worry about being cold as the log burner will keep you warm and is easy to use. We loved the enclosed space where the hut is situated, providing your own outdoor area 🍃🪵 If you’re an animal lover, it’s an extra bonus being so close to the animals who are always happy for you to say hi 🐮🐐🐏. We recommend doing the meet and greet experience with Wonky, Roo and Dave where you can get to know their different personalities! We will definitely consider returning and maybe trying out the Gypsy Wagon in the summer. Thanks cat & An

My 8 year old daughter and I really enjoyed our one night stay here. The hut is very cosy with the fire lit, the bed is comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Fiona kindly gave us a tour of the farm so we met some new born lambs and calves, and we enjoyed sitting outside with the campfire at night, and the sunrise and view over breakfast

Really pleased we found this place on a last minute search. The location is perfect and our hut was spotless. Suzie was very helpful and accommodating and you have everything you need, whilst still feeling like you’re ‘off grid.’ Thanks for a lovely weekend.
