Lorena’s place was outstanding! Exactly like the pictures and just as described. Gated community made us very comfortable. Lorena was extremely accommodating to our requests and always responded quickly. There was ample amounts of space in the living room and dining area for all 5 ladies. Not far from the activities we wanted to do. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Marlene was an amazing host! She responded quickly and helped with all of our requests almost immediately. The place was beautiful and located in the middle of everywhere you would want to be. Very easy to travel to beaches or Old San Juan and lots of yummy local restaurants and bakeries nearby. Would definitely recommend this stay if you want peace and quiet with easy access to local spots.

Good place to stay if you are working in the area for a short time.

Albin was flexible and communicative during our check in. He provided recommendations, clear instructions, and was friendly during our entire stay. The place looks just as it does in the photos - it was beautiful. The location makes a short trip to different areas/towns, and I enjoyed that we seemed to be in a local area. There were cafes within walking distance as well. We would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay and are so happy we chose this place! The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to a popular bakery (which we visited more than once!) and only about 30 minutes to known areas such as San Juan and La Placita, making it super easy to explore and enjoy the nightlife. The space itself was very clean, comfortable, and super cute; perfect for couples looking for a cozy getaway. The balcony area was definitely our favorite spot to unwind and relax after a day out. Our host was friendly and attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this spot if you are looking for the perfect stay in a convenient location with all the right touches. Would absolutely come back!

My husband and my mother rented this wonderful place while we were in town for a week for a wedding. It was great! I work remotely, and the wifi was awesome. It's also very walkable and a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Eileen was always super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The house had everything we needed and more. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed! We look forward to staying again! There were a few cold drinks provided, a safe, and even tooth brushes! They had everything and then some! It was perfect for the kiddos as well! Plenty of board games, instruments, and a couple arcade games! Very clean and responsive host! Thank you Eddie!

Jose Antonio’s place is a great place to spent few days in Santurce. Walkable to many places like theaters, restaurants, live music, churches, etc. The description was more than accurate and Jose was always very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfy. We will definitely stay again.

The place was as the pictures, had everything necessary to make the stay comfortable. Great location!

Home was just as listed. If you are a light sleeper you will hear everything from traffic to roosters and dogs. Pool area was our favorite spot when not out and about. Everything is 15 mins away depending on traffic. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The space was completely private, which made it feel like our own little retreat. Everything was spotless — super clean and clearly very well maintained. The design was modern and stylish, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. My husband and I couldn’t have been happier. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

Alfredo’s stay is even better than the pictures! The house is so comfortable and the pool and patio is dreamy. We stayed for a week with toddlers and a baby and it was perfect. There is a new washer/dryer and a kitchen stocked with cooking utensil needs. The pool is the perfect temperature and is salt water. The neighborhood is a secure community with a playground and basketball/tennis courts. The location worked great for us- we were able to go on and out of San Juan for some meals but enjoy the ease and comfort of the house. The Supermax grocery and Walgreens is 5 minutes away. The local walkable beach is small and accessible- we ended up taking some drives along the coast to bigger beaches that were beautiful. Would love to stay again!

The house was just as described. Located in peaceful quiet area of town but accessible to all the beach routes. Lots of restaurants along the beach roads with friendly people all around.

My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) had a great time. The place was clean and spacious and well equipped. There were so many thoughtful touches. The laundry room had plenty of detergent. There was sun screen, several thick beach towels, bug spray, a lantern, water shoes, fishing poles, beach chairs, pool toys, Bluetooth speaker, games like Uno cards, shampoo/conditioner etc. There is plenty of water stocked in the fridge. Plenty of spices are there so check before buying unlike we did! It looks like the photos. The back has such an amazing view and is peaceful. Only 1 of the 4 terrace lights was working, but it was enough light for us. The pool was a little cold, but was a good relief from the hot sun. We grilled on the gas grill that was available. The area felt safe and private. There is a public beach and restaurants nearby. You can pull your car into the gate so it is safe as well.

Beautiful home. Very clean. Loved the views. Didn’t need an AC because is cooler on the mountains. I recommend the stay, felt at home!! Thank you so much for the hospitality and the quick response.

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

First time in Puerto Rico - everything was made smoother based on Dakota's responsiveness, location to beach, restaurants, car rental, etc. Condo staff was very good when needed. Full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Supermarkets are a bit of a walk but manageable. Great experience and look forward to my next visit.

Yoly was just amazing! Very welcoming and responsive. Her and husband are around if you have questions about what to do or where to go. The location is absolutely breath taking and 100% worth the stay. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean, can’t get any better then that! Can’t wait to come back!

I was celebrating my anniversary weekend and the location was perfect for all the planes I made. The apartment was clean and we love the quality time that my girlfriend and I spend together. We will come back soon. If you’re looking to stay in San Juan, please book this place, most of the restaurants, shops, nightlife, and groceries are close by.

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

We had an amazing time at Rosemara's beach house. The place is beautiful, was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. My kids enjoyed every moment we spent there. The location is very safe. The pool area is beautiful and the beach as well. Rosemara was a great host! Thank you for sharing your home with us and for being part of a memorable vacation.

Rufo was a great host, very responsive. Location was amazing, plenty of pool/beach things for use (chairs, boogie board, noodles, and many towels at time of our visit), walkable to restaurants and a really nicely stocked market/liquor that would be worth checking out before longer jaunt to Walmart, etc. Apartment was not large but matched description well.
