San Juan : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to come and stay in this area. Hands down we felt like we were at home. Very quite and accessible to all.

Booked this at last minute when spots closer to San Juan beaches became unavailable. If you don’t drive host has family with a car service and also Uber is available. Plan ahead to minimize trips! Very residential area and there was no info as to local eateries. recommended to host to have info for next person she was very agreeable and responsive. Safe to walk around, everyone just says hello as you walk past, many English speakers as well. And we found a supermarket and some very good breakfast and lunch places a very short walk. Super responsive hostess always got back within minutes unless busy. Pots and pans available but you will need to figure out how to use the touch based stove top, didn’t take me long to figure it out. Fridge keeps everything very cold. Beds super comfortable and every room has independent a/c. If you want a quiet nabe to sleep well this is it. Would book again with this host.

Overall with a group of 6 people we had a great time, shower was hot, air conditioner was cold. Lots of places to go within just a couple minutes in car. Host was super friendly and responded very quickly. Would come back here again!

Julissa’s place is gorgeous! The pool area is bigger than depicted in her photos. The inside was impeccably clean, and nicely cooled as the AC’s were running when we got there. So close to the airport. The neighbors were so welcoming, even the neighborhood cats! Such a lovely spot. Thank you Julissa!!!

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

Clean and smelled nice. Easy to get into and close to the airport. Seemed like a safe neighborhood.

Great stay at the garden suite!! The place is extremely clean and is perfect for two people. It has everything you could need in the kitchen and the relaxation area when you first walk in is so nice and very useful at night when you want to have a chill night in. I will say that the neighborhood of the airbnb is a sketchy so you just need to be aware of your surroundings at times. The host is very accommodating and she gave us some really nice gifts and snacks. She also gives very clear instructions so we never had to reach out to ask questions.

Since this was my first time booking an Airbnb, my expectations had no baseline. Well, this place exceeded my expectations. The house was spacious for the nine of us in our group. The pool was a bonus, especially for the kids. Location was great. The house was clean and stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. The washing machine and dryer were an added bonus as well. The Island does have electricity power outages, and that did occur once on our visit.. The house does have a generator and battery operated lanterns as well as candles. Our host was friendly and very helpful, and responded in a very timely fashion. I cannot wait to visit PR again because I want to stay here again and again and again!!!! We felt like we were in the comforts of our own home!!!!

Great stay, definitely need a rental car to visit and explore Puerto Rico..but nice quiet safe house to chill and relax after exploring. Great beds, pillows..water could be lil stronger, warmer. but all our needs were met with one message. Thank you for your great service. Sure contributed to our very nice time in Puerto Rico.

House is big, especially to have a bunch of friends. Couch was soft feel asleep so many times on it lol 😂. Ac are small but cool up the rooms quick. I definitely would book again

Rafael's place was very clean and exactly as pictured. The air conditioning units were very easy to use. We were glad that we rented a car since most attractions were somewhat at a distance besides a party store and pizza restaurant up at the corner about a block's distance away. The back patio was really nice with a set of comfortable outside chairs and overhead ceiling fan. I would have liked a ceiling fan in the bedroom. I probably wouldn't have had to use the air conditioner if there had been a ceiling fan. Well equipped kitchen with some goodies maybe left over from previous occupants. There was a paper towel holder, but no paper towel, so we bought some and left it. The couch was comfortable in the living room with a giant television, as well as televisions in all the bedrooms. The internet went down the second day, so I called Rafael and he remedied the problem within a few minutes. All in all, a comfortable place for the stay! Much appreciated!

Really enjoyed staying at Casa Encanto! The space was perfect for our big family. The outside space was great for playing cards and relaxing. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again

Loved staying at Tania’s place in Isla Verde. The apartment is spacious, clean and in a great location. The building is secure and has a pool and direct access to the beach. Tania is a great host, attentive and responsive. Highly recommended and I will be definitely staying here again!

Absolutely wonderful stay. We had 3 children under the age of 4 and they had a blast! Super easy access to beach and pool. Amazing views from the apartment. Super comfy beds. Plenty of room for our group of 7! Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Loved the location. we did not have a car so it was nice to be in a happening neighborhood. I especially loved the very quick walk to the beach. We booked a tour for El Yunque and could walk to the pick up spot. Thanks for the coffee and decaf! Nice to have a cup before starting the days adventures. Nadia's home is absolutely beautiful. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Viejo San Juan, this is it. Hands down, the best home you can find in the area! The location couldn’t be better right in the center of everything, within walking distance to restaurants, historic sites, and the best nightlife. Despite being in the heart of the city, the home itself is peaceful, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The space is stunning, with high ceilings, tasteful decor, and all the modern amenities you could need. Everything was spotless But what really made our stay special was the host, Nadia. She was beyond helpful, always quick to respond, and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. She genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. This home is truly a hidden gem in Viejo San Juan. If you're visiting, do yourself a favor and book this place you won't regret it! Gracias Nadia

We booked almost 6 months ahead of time for our first time vacation to Puerto Rico. The place was absolutely exact to what was described and in the photos. I never give five star reviews. but I feel that this small place met all of our needs 100%

Ivelisse's place was a great stay for 2 people just trying to get away from the Chicago-cold and relax in sunny PR. The condo itself is nice and well described in the listing, good shower, and the towels for the beach were awesome. Location of the unit was amazing - beach was so close, and there is an amazing Lechonera so close (Lechonera Diego on the block, we went there 3 times in 4 days!). The pool was incredible - what a great feature of this airbnb - well maintained, lit cool at night, and just overall comfortable and beautiful. When we arrived the building did not have power - we contacted Ivelisse and they were extremely prompt in responding and reporting an outage to the powers that be of the building. While it wasn't the best thing to check into - it was out of Ivelisse's control and they were super super helpful in finding a resolution quickly and for our comfort. After arriving, there were no other issues with the power and it was back on about an hour later!

Milly was such a lovely host. It was our first time in PR and she was always checking in on us to make sure we were okay. She gave great recommendations of things to do in PR and even offered to change our towels. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and we felt safe. Thank you so much!🩷
