We enjoyed our stay, the price was right, and very close to the airport and beach. The only problems we had was an odor from the bathroom, and the loud roosters outside making noise, but we got used to them. Otherwise everything was great 💯

Milagros' place was perfect for a quick stay after a late night flight in to San Juan. Super close to the airport - only about 7 min drive from the terminal. We appreciated the flexible check-in and easy instructions. Milagros had a ton of bottled waters in the fridge for us and the a/c going - both were a respite for us weary travelers! The unit was as described. The bed I slept in (queen bed) was uncomfortably hard but it was fine for one night. There were artificial air fresheners in the bedrooms and bathrooms, which I'm allergic to, but we hid them all in a room we weren't using and I took some medication. This is nothing against Milagros, because I didn't ask about this in advance or mention it during our stay. I mention here so that if you have the same sort of issue, you can ask Milagros in advance to remove them, and I am sure Milagros would be happy to help. Overall, we enjoyed our quick stay.

Great location and was very welcoming. The only disturbance was the dog barking but once everything settled down they did as well.

We loved staying here during our trip to Puerto Rico. The home was very clean and just the right size for our family of 5. The place was very clean and close to all the areas of PR we wanted to visit. Everything about this place was perfect and we felt like it was home alway from home. We would definitely stay at Irma’s again!!

After being stranded and having no place to go on our first day at Puerto Rico, Luis came to our rescue with his beautiful airbnb. We were right in the center of everything, food, Walgreens, the beach, and gas stations. I feel like we got the best view of all, with a very comfortable and welcoming balcony.

Manuel was really communicative with us and the house was fabulous. We loved hanging out on the deck and eating dinner while watching the sunset. We saw parrots from the deck too. The location is fabulous. Very close to the airport but tucked into a neighborhood. Great air conditioner. We would stay here again. Thanks Manuel!

Kathy’s place was a wonderful Labor Day weekend stay for my mother and I! The place was as pictured but even more of a comfortable home vibe when you arrive. The private pool was the best part of it for us! Kathy was a wonderful host as she was very responsive and flexible upon check out. I highly recommend this stay if staying in PR, as it is close to local restaurants and La Placita/Viejo San Juan were only 12-20 min Ubers. In addition, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, other than the animals. However, it was great to hear them, as it gave you the country side experience as well. We would return to Kathy’s place. Thank you, again!

Angel’s home is the perfect get away for a family. The lay out is ideal and the amenities are awesome. Extremely comfortable, clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Definitely a gem!

Our group of 5 girls felt right at home! Everything is as pictured. Beds are super comfortable and floors were very clean. Lots to do within 10-20 minutes of this location. Most of all, Tina was always responsive and there to help. We were able to leave our luggage while we explored PR a little more before heading to the airport. We met Tina right before leaving and it was such a pleasure! She is an angel and we cannot wait to return, thank you!!

This property was extremely cozy and well equipped with all the essentials. The space was clean and big; we felt right at home. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We were approximately 15 min from the SJU airport and about 20-30 from Old San Juan. The property was centrally located and in a solid neighborhood. We had a great stay!

Francesca was a great hostess. She responded almost immediately to all my questions. Provided great tips about the local cuisine. She was very easy to work with and very very patient. She made our whole stay very comfortable and stressless.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. It was a 5 minute walk to ocean park beach and is right off Calle Loiza with tons of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The close proximity to Walgreens was nice as well. The Airbnb was fully stocked with everything you could need and the host was very responsive and friendly. My only complaint is the level of noise from the street when i was trying to sleep some mornings.

Fabiola’s place was a great spot for us going to SanSe 2025, because was walking distance to Old San Juan, but far from the crowd and noisy party. Fabiola was very friendly and very attentive. We recommend Fabiola’s place for your next trip to San Juan.

The place very nice and cozy. The location was amazing. Easy to find and walkable to great restaurants and stores. Ray was always checking on us to make sure everything was going well. Very pleasant experience. Will come back again and recommend to friends and family!

Javier has hands down a great place in San Juan. Location is right next to La Placita Santurce in case you are looking for night life as well as near highway entrances and exits. Javier was very clear and well organized in his communication about his amazing apartment as well as the apartment felt very secure! You do have your own parking spot as well in a gated garage so if you do have a rental you can definitely rest assured it is safe and locked away from the street. The place was very clean and had a great view of San Juan sunset as well as the city skyline from the balcony. If you are looking for a place in San Juan to stay at I would highly recommend Javier place!

My stay was fantastic. Tony's places never disappoint. This place was very clean, spacious, near everything, plenty of towels and linen, kitchen had everything we needed . I mean what was there not to love. I will definitely love to book again in the near future.
