We had a fabulous stay in Condado and at Arlene’s place! The location could not have been more convenient - right along the beach and Ashford Ave. We felt perfectly safe and the A/C in the main room was amazing! Perfect fit for two people over a long weekend. We had a great time! Would definitely recommend.

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

The place in Barceloneta was so great. A quiet local town, walkable beach right out the door, and quaint casita full of character. John and his support hosts were friendly and welcoming, as well as super responsive when we needed anything. When I come back to the island I’ll come straight back here, we really loved it.

Was a wonderful stay! The beach is right in front of the airbnb - only a 1-2 min walk. Everything was very clean and the place was close to a great brunch place we went to everyday!

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! This was our second time staying at Rita's. The information we received from her from the moment of booking until check out was helpful and informative. The apartment is very comfortable and convenient for our family of 4. The beds are comfy, the balcony is perfect for getting fresh air while reading a book or enjoying a beverage, and the living/dining room is space is great for eating together and taking a break from the sun. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook simple meals which we did daily. Use of the washer/dryer was important to us since we were there for a week. The convenience of both pool and beach can't be beat. There are also many restaurants and stores within walking distance, so we did not rent and car and used Uber to get to places for our excursions.

We are a family with a 10 month old and almost 3 year old. Large kitchen and dining room for the kids to play. Outside deck was fully enclosed and allowed the kids to play outside. Large yard right next to the house if anyone wanted to kick a ball around. Basketball court across the street. We walked to the lighthouse everyday to swim there. One day it was super calm and we jumped right in, the other days the waves were rough and made beautiful pictures but made me nervous with the toddler, needed to be cautious of when he could go in. We hiked at the spot Wes recommended and had fun. He was easy to reach for suggestions, he had a pack and play and bought a new one for us to use, though we didn’t need it. Very kind of him. Many ACs in the house which were needed. We cooked every day and everything we needed was in the kitchen. You are in a neighborhood with locals, everyone that we encountered was kind.

We had the most amazing time and were very sad to leave. We loved the small town of Punta Santiago, the grocery store was very close and walkable and there were plenty of good restaurants near the house. The house had everything you would need on a vacation including two ice machines and lots of towels including beach towels. We had such a great time as a family of 5 and would love to come back some day!

Great place for a couple to stay. Right down the street from a beautiful beach. Access to a reserved parking spot was great to have. Walking distance from many restaurants. Like other reviews, the water pressure in the shower was low and often was slow draining. Would definitely stay again. AC worked really well.

We did a perfect family vacation here. Included six adults, and five teenagers! Every bedroom in this house has a bathroom in full shower. So there was no complaining about who’s in the bathroom.! Large area areas to hang out and chill with the family! If we weren’t at the beach, kids were definitely utilizing the pool.!.!.Super clean, very well-maintained! Nobody got on anyone’s nerves , because the place was that huge! Carlos was the best communicator, response back generally in under a couple of minutes! He gave us a great photographer and food recommendations! The beach was right there too, maybe 150ft. Could go on and on! If back with a large group, will stay here again!

This Airbnb is absolutely breathtaking. The view is amazing. Hearing The waves crash while you dine on the patio is a memorable experience. The host communicated thoroughly from booking through checkout. If you have an opportunity to stay here, you will not regret it.

The location was perfect very quiet and private and peaceful. It is very close to the beach. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. The driveway fits 2 cars perfectly. The house was spotless with water bottles in the fridge, plenty of pots and pans and all utensils you will need, plenty of toiletries, A/C in every room and very convenient. The home was spacious and fit 8 people perfectly. The host was responsive and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a great week long stay here. Quick taxi ride from the airport meant we were swimming shortly after landing. The private and direct access to Ocean Park beach was very convenient to come and go with kids. Soft sands, clear water, and fun waves. Even when we weren’t on the beach we felt like we were with ocean views from every room. The property was spacious and comfortable for the whole family. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance in both Ocean Park and Condado. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

I took a solo trip and decided on Mari’s place because of the location. Fabulous ocean views from the balcony. I enjoyed it to the max. Lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance. The place was nice and Mari was very responsive and went as far as checking in on me. I appreciate it! Hope to visit soon!

Great space, private with an easy check in. This area of the island is a Gem and only a quick 20min drive to San Juan. The host was very attentive and communication was easy and prompt. Definitely recommend 👍

My partner and I stayed at Jose's place for a week and absolutely loved it. You will not get a better deal for the price, and Jose provides tennis rackets, beach chairs, beach toys, towels etc. The private beach area is large and relaxing, and there are many great restaurants within a short walking distance. Also, the included parking spot was a lifesaver. If you're looking to save a little money and not stay at a resort/hotel in Condado, I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed for 4 days and although the surrounding area outside the Villa was questionable, you can’t beat being right on the beach! After speaking with ubers and what not, it is not in the safest area but you probably won’t do much in that spot anyway. It was such a cute apartment and we were all happy with our stay! Fredy and Suany kept me updated the entire time and were responsive when needed! 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander’s place. It was perfect for our family of four. We loved the location close to the rain forest and right on the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were perfect and we spent part of each day enjoying the beach and waves. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve seen. We would definitely stay again. THANKS!

Amazing place to stay, close to many restaurants and 1min walk to beach. Watching sunrise over the beach from the balcony was beautiful

We had a nice stay at the condo. It is a nice place with everything you need, good location and we were able to walk and see all of old town by foot, was more affordable and offered easy parking options compared to places in old town, and finally the views from the condo were excellent!
