The setting is absolutely stunning, providing an ideal environment to relax and reconnect with nature. However, December experiences frequent rainfall and significantly cooler late-night temperatures, so it's advisable to inform the host beforehand to prepare the fireplace and arrange for dry wood during the rainy season. The on-site assistance was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always available whenever we needed help. Kudos to the bungalow manager for doing a fantastic job. We're definitely planning to return to this incredible place.

- We stayed with my whole family, total of 7 adults and a child. As soon as we arrived, the staff was very welcoming and kind. The place is beautiful, decor of the house is well thought through and so nice! 😍 - We also booked a cooking class for dinner time and breakfast! There was a little misunderstanding about breakfast, because you can choose between a few options but the staff again went above and beyond to make sure we were happy (which we were anyway 🙂). - Cooking class was interesting, they explained everything thoroughly and food so delicious! We also booked a private bartender who made cocktails while we enjoyed the cooking class, which was very good as well and between the group, great value for money! - swimming pool is nice and refreshing, and view from the top floor terrace is stunning! - overall I would highly recommend this place - it’s perfect for a group but it’s really the staff that makes it extra great!

Es hat alles einfach perfekt gepasst. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und der Ausblick unbezahlbar. Also sowas muss man echt mal erlebt haben. Ich war schon in vielen AirBnB‘s , aber hab noch nie einen so zuvorkommenden Gastgeber getroffen. Es wurde an jedes kleinste Detail in der Unterkunft gedacht und Dana war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sofort auf Nachrichten oder Fragen reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist echt weiterzuempfehlen. :)

Een echte hide out van de bewoonde wereld! Er zijn 4 hutten waarvan er 3 hetzelfde zijn en degene waarin wij zaten was one of a kind! Geboekt via Airbnb… Aanrader voor een speciaal verblijf in de wat koude stad (15 tot 22 graden) Nuwera Eliya!

We really enjoy their it’s more feel like home. We stayed there for two day but it’s very peaceful and beautiful house even we mention this villa on our YouTube channel as well you can check on privitravels my wife love to shoot that place… they are not ready to leave the villa because of that calmness and beauty… thanks to owner he is very nice person who gave his place to experience the beautiful villa in Kandy. I am English staying with young family.. 6 of us a laf minute booking. Much to appreciate from RUPUL as a Barrister at the Bar in Kandy/Colombo and country’s high Courts . I’m a forever returning visitor. The sitting room so stylish and crammed with not just law material! The breakfast was excellent and very accommodating for taking 2nd one with is to sight see early. We had an incredibly relaxed and satisfying stay at Rajiv’s place. It’s hard to believe this charming bungalow is 144 years old, thanks to Rajiv’s meticulous upkeep while preserving its colonial charm in every corner. Ideally located in Nuwara Eliya, it’s a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind. The hospitality was exceptional—caretakers Lasantha, Pradeep, and the team went above and beyond, from welcoming us with tea to preparing amazing dinners. They even let me join in and cook, which I thoroughly enjoyed! A special thanks to Rajiv for personally staying an extra hour to greet us and give us a tour of the property before leaving. Highly recommend this beautiful place for an unforgettable getaway!

Our stay at this bungalow was nothing short of amazing! The property is spacious, well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views, making it the perfect escape from the city. The presence of friendly dogs added a warm and homely touch to the experience. Sanjoy, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and ensured we had a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the bathtub, which made for a relaxing retreat after a long day. Given the amenities, space, and hospitality, this place is an absolute steal for the price.
