Great location only two streets away from the vibrant market street. I felt the long history and deep cultural connection through the decorations, objects, and layout of the house. Every room had a heater. Didn't see any A/C units, but there were multiple windows per room. Each bed was exceptionally comfortable. Neighbors were an older couple ready to assist with issues but respected the privacy of the guests. There is WiFi in the home. The main bathroom is modernized, but lacks a shower curtain to keep water from splashing. Drive way and street has plenty of parking for guests. Bus stop at the end of the street, taxi's two streets away. The main bus station three streets away. The train station is quite far, but the buses will take you there and back. Overall, great house full of history and culture that is close to all of the fun. Moving around Brasov was super easy by riding the bus.

Excellent location for a peaceful holiday. Five people and I spent 3 nights here and we all felt like home. The interior design matched the cosy vibes we all expected and the host was very nice and helpful with details about the place and the surroundings, answering quickly to our questions. Definitely returning in the future.

Mihail is very pleasant to talk to and hospitable. The villa was clean, great beds and pillows, everything you need for the bathroom and kitchen. Cozy backyard. Mikhail decorated the house for our arrival and put up a Christmas tree. We had a great time, thank you Mihail!

Am avut o experiență pozitivă la această vilă. Ne-am cazat într-un grup de 8 persoane și am avut toate utilitățile de care am avut nevoie. Bucătăria este dotată cu de toate, am găsit orice am avut nevoie, salonul este spațios și frumos amenajat. În plus, terasa din curte este un avantaj mai ales atunci când gătești ceva la grătar. Administrația a fost foarte receptivă și la orice întrebare ne-a răspuns și ajutat. Am stat două zile și am savurat la maxim. Suntem mulțumiți și aș reveni aici cu mare drag!

Absolutely amazing! Ana's home is perfect for a family reunion. All the rooms were spotless and Ana was a great host. I highly recommend her place

O cazare excelenta din toate punctele de vedere.Incepand cu locatia in care este pozitionata.Accesul in brasov este facilitat de autobuze si aplicatii de ride sharing,neavand probleme in a ajunge in oras,chiar si in seara de revelion.Privelistea este superba,locatia fiind situata in apropierea padurii,ofera o oaza de liniste.Recomand cu incredere si in mod sigur voi revenii pe viitor.

Frumos, linistit, proprietarul e aproape si raspunde foarte rapid la mesaje in caz ca aveti nevoie de ceva

Foarte liniștită zona, extrem de curat, pentru cine e pretențios, mai bine căutați altceva.. Per total, o experiență excelentă și foarte foarte spațioasă casa!

We absolutely loved Mihai’s apartment. It was a perfect location walkable to the mall, sports arena, park and restaurants that we wanted. It was so comfortable and clean. Perfect. When someone else caused a small issue for us with parking, Mihai quickly resolved it for us. Thank you!

I give 5 stars for the proactive attitude and how the problems were managed. The issue was with the cleaning firm, that didn't do their job properly before arrival, but it was solved afterwards and the money for cleaning refunded. Also, the entry key to the building block that was missing, was replaced the next day. The place is beautiful, the neighborhood nice, clean and modern. Location close to shops, bus station and 7 min by car to city center.

Apartament impecabil, zona liniștită iar proprietara foarte drăguță, oferă recomandări și este mereu gata sa te ajute. Recomand cu drag dacă îți dorești sa te simți ca acasă.

Needed a last-minute place to stay and we found Liviu's place. Everything was perfect, clear instructions, the parking space was right in front and the place was nice and cozy. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely, will check-up availability with him if I ever find my self needing accommodations in the area.

Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist gut, da dass neue und alte Zentrum schnell zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Die Gastgeber haben schnell auf Fragen reagiert.

Muhteşem kelimesi yetersiz kalır. Çok güzeldi. Eve gerçekten bayıldık. Diana çok ilgiliydi. Her türlü sorularımıza hızlı cevap verdi. Tam bir yerel rehber gibiydi. Evde Herşey düşünülmüştü. Tekrardan kalacağım bir ev. Dianaya çok teşekkür ederim.

Locuința este foarte frumos amenajata, curată, utilată cu tot ce trebuie, spațioasă și cel mai important pentru noi, locul de parcare asigurat, căldură și liniște. Gazda foarte preocupată de oaspeți ne face să revenim cu drag și altă dată. :)

O locatie foarte extraordinara care te face sa te simti ca acasa

I feel so lucky to have found this place at the very last minute! And Claudia was so kind to allow me an early checkin. And it's a gem! It's light and airy, has amazing views, is well stocked with an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and everything you might need to cook with (except Olive Oil, sadly). I absolutely loved my stay here and would chose this place again and again!

Bel appartement situé assez près du centre ville historique, lits confortables et jardin très appréciable pour prendre les repas. Hôte très réactif et serviable. Petite déception pour le manque de fenêtres de l'appartement mais compensée par le beau standing du lieu. Wifi impeccable et places pour se garer disponibles à tout moment. Un peu succint en termpe d'équipements de cuisine mais location à tout à fait recommander.

One of the cleanest places I stayed at and very comfortable and cosy. Felt just like home, but with a hotel vibe. Totally recommend.
