M-am simțit foarte bine în această cazare,curățenia de nota 10.Locuinta arată exact ca în poze.Multumim mult pentru ședere, vom revenii și altădată

Căldură și apă caldă în orice perioadă a zilei. Uscător de păr, fier de călcat și mașină de spălat prezente în locație. Frigider, aparat de făcut de cafea și plită pe inducție prezente în bucătărie.

Foarte buna alegere. Nu neaparat confortul locuintei este ceea ce gasesti aici cel mai atragator ci locatia, aproape de mall, de Kaufland, de Lidl, de autobuze. Ai magazin minimarket langa intrarea in bloc. Pat confortabil, caldura cat cuprinde, televizor cu Netflix, umerase in sifonier. Daca iti lipseste ceva gasesti de la cosmeticele necesare in baie pana la sare, zahar sau chiar ceai si cafea. Baia stramta si bucataria cam stramte insa functionale, curat si ingrijit. Imprejurimile, intrarea si scara blocului arata insa ceva mai putin atragator.

Apartament impecabil, zona liniștită iar proprietara foarte drăguță, oferă recomandări și este mereu gata sa te ajute. Recomand cu drag dacă îți dorești sa te simți ca acasă.

I spent 4 weeks at Daniel's and I enjoyed my entire stay. The place is quite nice and cozy and I felt quite at home. There's plenty of stores around, so you don't have go to far to buy groceries. It is also quite close to the city center, only a 10-15 minutes walk. Daniel was extremely helpful and responsive, especially when there were some issues with the cooking stove and when , on a late evening, the entire street was out of power and there was no away for me to get into the apartment building (he managed to contact one of the neighbours that came down the stairs and opened the building door for me). When I'll come back to Brasov, I'll definitely consider Daniel's place again.

Apartament spațios și foarte curat. Am găsit în el tot ce am avut nevoie. Ne-a plăcut check-in - ul independent mai ales că am venit la ora 2 noaptea. Am avut loc de parcare asigurat. Am mers pe jos la Coresi Mall. Recomandam cu încredere tuturor!

Our stay was overall great. + Communication with the host was very good. +The location was easy to find and the view is pretty good. + I appreciated the interior decoration and architecture. + Lots of facilities like mini footbal field, table tenis, barbeque. - Some minor dirt spots on the bed sheets. - The football field is way smaller than the pictures make you believe. It's good for some 2v2 fun though.

Mihail is very pleasant to talk to and hospitable. The villa was clean, great beds and pillows, everything you need for the bathroom and kitchen. Cozy backyard. Mikhail decorated the house for our arrival and put up a Christmas tree. We had a great time, thank you Mihail!

Am avut o experiență pozitivă la această vilă. Ne-am cazat într-un grup de 8 persoane și am avut toate utilitățile de care am avut nevoie. Bucătăria este dotată cu de toate, am găsit orice am avut nevoie, salonul este spațios și frumos amenajat. În plus, terasa din curte este un avantaj mai ales atunci când gătești ceva la grătar. Administrația a fost foarte receptivă și la orice întrebare ne-a răspuns și ajutat. Am stat două zile și am savurat la maxim. Suntem mulțumiți și aș reveni aici cu mare drag!

beautiful apartment in a private location with plenty of space including 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms. The location is awesome and easy to find parking if need be. The amenities were priceless to make our Brasov trip memorable.

Foarte curat, conditii bune, zona faina!

Fijn appartement om de stad en omgeving te ontdekken. Heel centraal gelegen, naast de oude binnenstad. Ook een fijne plek om tot rust te komen!

Foarte fain apartamentul, echipat cu tot ce ti-ar putea trebui. Foarte curat, patul este confortabil, apartamentul arata ca in poze. Gazda amabila si prompta. Zona frumoasa, multe restaurante si magazine, iar mall-ul Coresi la cateva minute de mers pe jos. N-am avut nimic de reprosat. Recomand!

Great host and property. Well worth the A* plus reviews. New building in a great neighbourhood with good shoping and restaurants options plus many other facilities or activities. Close to the train station. Really happy with the apartment keypad system, takes away the stress of remembering to get the house key. Thank you!

The location of the apartment is right in the city center so you can easily walk to anywhere you want to go. The host was very helpful and let us stay later after we decided we wanted to do a couple more days of snowboarding. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

I have stay for only 2 days. Ionuț was really responsive and the location it was really nice and super clean. Even if I didn’t need them, you can find everything: dishes, dish washing machines, coffee machine, hair dryer. Bed mattresses was so nice and comfortable. I really recommend this location

Dal vivo l'appartamento è anche più bello! È molto ampio con un'ottima separazione degli spazi. Di sicuro effetto WOW! Ottima la possibilità del parcheggio nel seminterrato dell'edificio. Facile e veloce la possibilità di raggiungere il centro a piedi. Consiglio!
