If you are looking for a winter rental - look no further! This has everything you need to be comfortable. With little traffic in the winter, it is only 25 minutes to downtown Portland! Krystle was extremely kind and communicative and always made sure I had everything I needed! She was very flexible and I would most definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Sea Marsh condo! It was the perfect space for our little family. Very comfortable and clean. Havah and Joe were great to work with and very friendly! We look forward to staying there again in the future :)

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

This was the most beautiful, relaxing and clean Airbnb. Our stay was absolutely perfect and it had much to do with this space. Emma the host was kind and very helpful. Will definitely return and would recommend this stunning place to anyone!!

Donna and Jim were amazing Airbnb hosts! I rented their apartment for 6 months while working in the area. It was clean, safe, and had everything I needed. They were so supportive and provided great communication. They were also so considerate considering I work 12 hr night shifts. The area has all amenities, and this apartment is walking distance to the ocean! The apartment was well supplied and I wanted for nothing. Overall, I’d definitely stay with them again, and I’d highly recommend their rental for anyone needing one in the area.

We had a great stay!! Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room! The amenities were great, took full advantage of the indoor pool due to rain. The restaurants Eric recommended in his listing were great as well, we tried The Common Man, CJs Penalty Box, and Black Mt Burger Company, none disappointed!

We were ten women looking for a peaceful, yet fun place to gather. This property did NOT disappoint! It was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The bedrooms were very comfy, and, for ten women, the three bathrooms were perfect. There is a great game room with air hockey, shuffle board and a movie room, which doubled as a very comfy sleeping space! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need! There was always plenty of room for us to gather, whether it be downstairs in the game room, on the three season porch, (which has portable heaters), the dining table, one of the two fire pits outside, or one of the very comfortable couches or chairs in the living room with a lovely gas fireplace. Some of us went for a hike on the trail while others stayed at the house and just enjoyed being there with friends. Derek, the host was very responsive and helpful both prior to our arrival and while we were there. We will be back next year!! Thank you, Derek!!

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. The views were amazing and very close to Sunday River. The hot tub was just what we needed after a day of skiing and the kitchen was well stocked. Would highly recommend and would be amazing to come back in the fall.

Matthew and Paula's place was perfect for our large group ski weekend at Sunday River. The house is close to Bethel and less than 15 minutes to the mountain. The furniture and appliances were new and overall, the place was well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very beautiful and comfortable home. The little arcade space, the theater room, hot tub, and sauna were really nice additions! They responded to inquiries very quickly. Highly recommend.

Great house for a Sunday river ski weekend! Amenities were as listed, beautiful scenery and comfy bedrooms. Especially loved the fire pit and hot tub! Easy 15 minute drive to sunday river!

Our experience at Abbey's place was exceptional! Everything was perfect and the location was ideal. There's a great walking trail along the river that was convenient as well. Highly recommend+

Beautiful home just a short drive from Sunday River. Home is immaculately maintained with a large kitchen plenty of room to relax. There are several nice touches that go above and beyond including a massage chair that was unlike anything I've experienced. Host was proactive, responsive, and very friendly. The location is up a winding mountain road and the driveway is down a hill so I would just make sure that you have all wheel drive if you expect snowy conditions. It snowed multiple times while we were there and the snow removal company did an excellent job with both snow removal and sanding. Hope to stay here again!

Beautiful setting! We enjoyed coffee on the large covered porch sitting in the swings. We love to cook and the kitchen and open concept space was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We walked the trail along the lake and enjoyed the sunset. the bald eagles were great to see every day too. we also really enjoyed the kayaks. the name mirror lake was very appropriate!

I went with a big group of friends for a weekend and our stay was amazing! We had some plans prepared around the area but the house was so nice that none of us wanted to leave it! The amenities such as the grill, the hot tub, the pool table and the mini theatre kept us entertained the whole weekend, and the views were breathtaking. Hannah was an incredible host, and we can’t wait to go back.

Our family had a great time exploring the area and Joel’s home was a restful retreat.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Lisa’s place was perfect and homie, we used her condo while when my mil had a surgery at Dartmouth and it was very close. We were able to relax, while being close enough to not stress.

The view of the mountain from the living area was beautiful. The shuttle service to the mountain made it easy for our group of 11 to get on the slopes. The spacious area of the home kept us out of each other’s way!!! An added benefit was being close to stores and shops.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Off season made our stay exceptional an experience. Everyplace we went was not crowded, Riverwalk included. I believe we have stars in our eyes because we enjoyed having a hot tub to ourselves plus quite dinning at Riverwalk. Having a coffee carafe is so nice in the morning. Thank you! I really appreciated that. I’m not a single cup fan. The little kitchen nook has what you need to eat a quick bit. Honestly, we booked because there were Tesla chargers on site. However, even with our adapter they were not compatible. We learned one more lesson about car charging. No problem though , we charged at Loon mountain and did a fast charge later in the week at a Tesla charge in Conway. We loved staying at Riverwalk and tried to find time to fit in a wine tasting and sitting by the fire pit. There just wasn’t time.

Had a wonderful stay here with plenty of accommodations and everything was very straight forward and as listed. The maintenance man was very helpful and a pleaser to talk with. Looking forward to our next stay!

Beata was very responsive to all my needs and questions! Perfect place for large family: parents, grandkids and grandparents. Felt everyone had enough space to all hang out and also privacy when needed!!! Pool and hot-tub in building shared by others was a huge plus:: everyone enjoyed their time here. Thank you again Beata!! Hope to come and stay again in the summer.
