I was thrilled to find this place for our spur of the moment spring break trip to LA from Seattle! My husband and two teens found it very comfortable. We walked to dinner each night and enjoyed the sunset on the beach! My 13 year old even felt safe enough to head to the beach in the morning by herself for tanning! The beach towels provided were a big plus! There was even a wagon and beach chairs in the garage if needed! Oh! And awesome to have a dedicated parking spot right on site. The home was clean and comfortable with super soft linens and I always appreciate when shampoo/conditioner/bodywash is provided! Hosts were very responsive and friendly! It was a lovely stay. Thank you!

This was an incredible Airbnb! It’s secluded and has an amazing view of the sea right from the bed. If you want to explore the beach, you can just head to the entrance just a few houses over. We even saw dolphins during our walks on the beach!Darryl was also a wonderful and gracious host. He had thoughtfully left out some snacks for us for our arrival, and checked in with us throughout the trip. The fridge was also stocked with condiments so we didn’t need to buy any of those ourselves.

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

Andrea's place is in a very desirable area, close to restaurants and waterways. Sadly when we went, it was rainy so we weren't able to see it's full beauty. I'm sure it's wonderful. The unit was very clean, modern and perfect for the two of us. Loved having a full washer/dryer in the unit, and the primary suite is lovely. The only thing I wish I knew was that there are different levels. When you enter, it's a step down. I tripped the first few times I entered. There's also a step down from the kitchen and from the primary ... again tripped a few times. So if you're one who needs one level floor plan, you may want to ask Andrea questions about the flooring. Otherwise, it's a beautifully clean and quiet place. And as other reviewers stated, you definitely will need a "thin" car to fit into the parking spot. It was fine for us, but if you have a full sized truck or SUV, it will be tight. Highly recommend this place!

The Cali Blue Bus was the perfect base setup for a weekend music festival I attended. The area was super quiet when I returned each evening. It was a very neat and unique experience for sure. You can hear and see the ocean out of the windows or close the curtains and have plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend it for people to stay.

Lilith is truly an amazing and caring host who is willing to help in any way she can. This was my second time booking this reservation because it is the perfect stay for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to booking again soon.

We loved everything about our stay! Ocean views were fantastic! After a beautiful day shopping, dining and going to the beach to watch the sunset, we settled in and had so many streaming options to watch movies. Truly, a wonderful experience!

Great location, amazing view. responsive host, comfy beds. Super comfy couches near great restaurants coffee shops and stores. Parking and entry were a breeze. simple instructions. little deck area behind the metal street gate helped with unloading and dogs. Stayed a week, end came too soon.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this exact Airbnb due to a maintenance issue. But Larry did everything he could do to make sure I had appropriate accommodation, was easy to communicate with, and even still gave me access to the sauna and rooftop pool. Thanks for helping me have a great trip Larry!

Melody's place at the Malibu Outrigger is a total gem - peaceful and private, with the sound of crashing waves. Access to the clean, private beach couldn't be easier (head down to the ground floor and it's steps from there), and the pool, jacuzzi and lounge area on the grounds are all well-maintained and comfortable. Great jumping-off point for exploring Malibu (a plaza about a mile down the road has a ton of great shops and restaurants, including Howdy's and Taverna Tony).

The apartment is in a nice community. Including a pool, barbecue places, parking slots, and a gym. We felt comfortable during the whole stay. We would take this apartment again the next time we visit Santa Monica. 🙃

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

We had a very nice day. The location is perfect. The host is very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in town.

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

Ivan’s place is a gem in Malibu! Ivan’s place is well appointed and well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, along with toiletries. The steam shower is a treat at the end of the day. The instructions were exceptionally clear and Ivan was communicative along with responsive. I would highly recommend staying here. The heaters on the ocean facing balcony were perfect for the cool evenings and mornings. There is gated, private parking provided. The pool along with the hot tub are a relaxing way to spend the day or end the day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. There are restaurants within walking distance to dine in or order take out and the County Mart is within a short drive of Ivan’s place. Pepperdine University is a short drive from Ivan’s place. If you are looking for a well appointed, relaxing experience in Malibu, Ivan’s place provides this and more. You are steps away from the beach and the ocean waves will lull you to sleep at night. We hope to return very soon!

Brian’s place was perfect for our Spring Break mini-vacation. Very spacious with plenty of room for our family of three, and a couple other family visitors. The house is in the perfect spot, very easy to access the beach and still feels very quiet and peaceful despite being on a somewhat busy street. Everything was spotless and comfortable. The check-in and access instructions were very clear, and we were glad to be able to park our car in the garage. We will absolutely be back!

Great host, very responsive and pro-active. Location is really great with sea view. Nice size of bedroom and living area. Nice shower. Bess provided all necessary toiletries, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gels, etc… Furniture are a bit old but it remains comfortable. Cutleries, plates and glasses could be improved. There was only one glass for wine. I was alone, do it was ok, but still… Very happy overall and I am strongly recommending Bess place. Will gladly come back.
