Julie was a great communicator and quickly took care of a situation that came up. The house was as described. Very cutely decorated with everything you need available to you. Very peaceful and quiet. Close to the two attraction and you don't have to travel far for food or groceries. It will definitely be worth your stay.

Huge house with great view of the lake. Very open and modern. Kitchen is pretty tiny, though. Especially if you are trying to feed a group. The large refrigerators in the garage are very helpful. And be careful on the tiny roads leading to the house!

Very peaceful, very clean, enjoyed the hot tub, will be staying again soon!

We were so grateful to have found the Peacock House; it is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The home itself is extremely spacious as it comfortably accommodated 4 families and a gaggle of kids on a trip to see the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Elizabeth was an amazing host and was quick to answer any questions we had. If there’s something you need, it is very likely that she has it… extra pack’n play and baby gates were clutch! You’re less than a 25 minute drive to the Ark from this home and roughly an hour to the Creation Museum (be aware that the first 20 minutes of both is very winding roads). But the little extra drive time is well worth the amazing accommodations you will find here! The farm land is beautiful and we felt safe enough for the kids to run around outside and play in the snow a bit. Be sure to look up at the stars at night as they are stunning with the lack of light pollution! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

This home was great for our group of six crafting friends. I feel fortunate that it was available at the last minute after weather forced a change from our original retreat plans. The beds are very comfortable, rooms were quiet, aesthetic was beautiful, and the driveway and walk to the door were ice- and snow-free. The hot tub was also pristine and a fun treat before bed. We all agreed we would stay in this home again.

We were looking for a peaceful and private place and this was it. Nobody around and plenty of land with wildlife. The cabin was in good shape and views from it superb. Randy was a friendly guest who greeted us and went over a few items. We wanted to get away from it all and we found it. Thank you, Randy.

Ashley made our stay in Kentucky amazing. The cabin was so warm and cozy with a beautiful setting looking at the river. If we needed something she responded very quickly. We felt right at home. We would stay again!

Lovely cottage. Had a wonderful stay. The hot tub was fabulous. Perfect weekend.
