A perfect stay that exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. Angela was responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our Christmas was one to remember. I can’t recommend this house and its surroundings highly enough!

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful inside and the grounds were even better. I booked this for my mum 60th birthday and we all had an incredible time. All rooms were beautiful with a lovely kitchen too, even better the welcome pack they leave you. The wrap around veranda was the highlight for us, we spent most of the days on that with the hot tub, we were lucky enough to have good weather so we could really make the most of it. The fishing lake was lovely my partner fished and enjoyed it. The owner was always happy to answer any questions whenever I needed them. Thankyou so much.

We had a fabulous weekend. The cottage was exactly how it was described. Everything we needed. Lovely comfy beds. The bedrooms worked out great for our 2 daughters(18 & 11) they both had there own bedrooms & our oldest loved the en-suite & we were upstairs. The hot tub was a massive plus. We visited the pub across the road, the Green man for food & drinks on the Friday night recommended by Jess & ordered a Chinese on the Saturday, it was unreal, kitchen chop suey bar. Our reason for staying was to visit Harry Potter & its ideal 35 mins to get there. Thank you so much

Very clean, bedding and towels smelled great. Hot tub was very relaxing, nice farmland surroundings and would recommend shoes/boots that can withstand the mud!

We had a great stay at Sophie and Sam’s place. We were two families traveling together and the house was both cozy and clean and spacious enough for people to have some space. We took public transportation all across the city, with buses right across the street and two tube stops within a 15-20 minute walk. We loved the Brownswood pub on the corner and the park across the street. Sophie shared details on neighborhood recommendations and was very proactive with communication. London is a big city so not everything is right around the corner, but we enjoyed being in a residential neighborhood with access to all the city has to offer.

We had the most beautiful weekend here, the cottage annex was so cosy and Sally had thought of absolutely everything in terms of amenities. We really didn’t have to worry about a thing! Sally provided lots of recommendations with maps, leaflets and even takeaway menu’s! We enjoyed following the public footpath’s, trialling local pubs and visiting Shaw’s corner. The hot tub was a lovely addition and super easy to use and spotlessly clean, Sally took us through everything. We will be recommending this place to everybody, thanks for a ‘killer’ weekend Sally ;)

We stayed in the annex for three weeks, as our son was attending an intensive course of physical therapy at NAPA in Harlow. The property being only on the ground floor was perfect for our son in a wheelchair. There is a step at the front door but we found that this was not at all a problem. Our stay was an extremely comfortable one. It is a beautiful property that is comfortable and well thought out. The annex has both style and substance. It feels like a home. The surrounding farm is beautiful and was a joy to look at. Sally herself is a perfect host - informative, kind and good fun. The only negative from me is that the fridge was too small for our purposes. However, Sally let us kindly use another fridge and I know that she has plans to install a bigger one. All in all, we loved it and we have already booked for later in the year.

The surrounding area is populated with buildings that are centuries old. Staying at the Old Forge involved us closely with the charm and history of this area of Suffolk. The local shop the Boxford Stores is the oldest recorded shop in Britain. The beams in the bedroom are beautiful, my husband even noticed the traditional plasterwork had horsehair within it. It's certainly the most historically interesting individual home we've stayed in , fascinating. The bed was so comfortable, we loved the quality of the bedding.

Fantastic little hideaway; felt like a time warp back to simpler times. Perfect location, beautiful little place.

The house was exactly as the pictures showed. It was large, clean and had everything we needed. Jubed was a fantastic host, quick to respond to any questions we had. Next time we are in London we would certainly use the accommodation Jubed has. Would highly recommend!

Watt cottage is a beautiful little cottage which makes you feel at home. The cottage was well equipped with all the essentials needed. Samantha communicated with me when needed and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying at Watt cottage. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This Airbnb was perfect for a few days when had a few things to do around London. It had parking outside for one car. It was private, cozy and warm. I would stay again

spent a lovely few days here , thank you sharon and family for a friendly break away. we used the bus ( stop just outside and every half hour ) and train to visit Cambridge city centre and Ely. both days where really enjoyable . many thanks again

We stayed for 2 nights from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day 2024 and what a find this cabin was. As the listing states, there's no TV but that was fine with us and we spent a lovely couple of days enjoying countryside walks (our dog loved it!), conversation, board games and reading. It was wonderfully peaceful and we all felt refreshed from the break. The only very minor issue was that there is only a combi microwave and a 2-ring induction hob. I brought along an air fryer/oven so was able to knock out our Christmas dinner pretty well but be aware if you are planning to cook anything exciting. Additionally, despite having an induction hob at home, I couldn't work out how to get it working but that wasn't an issue for me. Great wifi, wonderful walks abound, we were greeted very nicely and then left to our (happy) devices throughout our stay. I can recommend The Willow Tree in Bourn for wonderful food but we didn't try anywhere else, given the times we were there. Many thanks, Jonathan.

The Writing Room was an excellent place for our long weekend get-away. We celebrated our anniversary and so the place had even been decorated with balloons and rose petals on the bed. Really nice touch, felt very personal and thoughtful! On top of that the room was super cosy, with quick and easy access to central Cambridge. Additionally there’s a pub and food shop nearby, which added to the ease, comfort and convenience of the stay. Heike and her Co-hosts provided great tips on where to go for food, scenery and experiences. All in all, we had an excellent stay!

Chisholm’s was absolutely gorgeous, filled with character and such a lovely place for a quiet getaway. The grounds are so beautiful and there is a very cute and friendly doggo around to spot too. The property itself is lovely, very well presented and cozy- a lot of thought has obviously gone into how to make things lovely for guests. Within short driving distance of places like Dedham, Manningtree and Mistley so we also visited some excellent restaurants. Polly herself is super friendly and nice, very responsive to messages and it was overall a lovely experience.

we rented both the rose and court barns, absolutely lovely buildings amd having the pool was great, we met Nigel on arrival he was friendly and polite,he walked us through the barns and showed us how everything worked, all in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back for a return visit.

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Wendy was so kind waiting for us on our approach,,welcoming , helpful and very informative, the annex was cosy, comfy, homely and just what we both needed, plus she popped over some fresh milk as I’d forgetten to being some , we will return thank you so much

We had a very comfortable stay at Guy's apartment. It is quiet, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, with view of a portion of the Hampstead Heath park, well located close to the overground, several buses, and to the south Hampstead shopping areas. We arrived way ahead of check-in time, but Guy let us leave our bags and gave us an advance tour of the place. And, for those that are swimmers, right next door to the great Lido swimming pool. There were 2 of us, but there is really enough space and bedding for 4 to 6, for a short stay (as advertised). Highly recommended.

Veronica and husband were great when i arrived for check in and then on hand if needed (which was hardly needed) gave me an excellent recommendation for a local walk which was brilliant. accomodation had so much character and was perfect for what we wanted it for.

This house was the highlight of our trip! Lucy was the best host and we loved the environment: the beautiful garden full of flowers, the welcoming swimming pool, and the comfy accommodation. All quiet and relaxing!

A comfortable barn to stay in with the added benefit of both a pool and tennis court to enjoy during your stay.
