Janna ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin mit einem sehr schönen Haus. Vom oberen Geschoss kann man das Meer sehen und der Garten ist hübsch angelegt & gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kinder waren von dem beheizbaren Pool begeistert! Nur eine kurze Autofahrt von türkisblauen Buchten entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We were met by the brother Kris. A very kind man who can speak English well. He won't bother you at all but is always there when you need him. What stands out for me is the area and the swimming pool. The pool is very big and had a nice temperature. The airconditioning is very advanced not those old fashioned ones. Every room has his own ac. The beach is very close by. +-12mins. and you will find yourself at a beautiful beach. Benidorm is also close by and I strongly recommend going there. We did our groceries there at Lidl. It also has a nice mall. All with all a perfect location which is very quiet and peaceful and at the same time it has everything you need close by. I thank the host and her brother sincerly for a nice stay.

Wir haben in diesem anwesen mit einer grossen familie (14 personen) 10 nächte verbracht. Für unsere ansprüche war die anlage perfekt, 1 kleines haus für die jungen erwachsenen, das grosse haus für die elternpaare und die jüngeren kinder und ein superschöner grosser pool mit poolhaus. Das haus wurde anfang der 60er jahre sehr wertig und geschmackvoll erbaut, die ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, geschmackvoll und zum teil antik. Die stadt Javea liegt sozusagen zu „den füssen“, taxidienste funktionieren gut falls man etwas trinken gehen will. Gilles hat uns immer schnell geantwortet und uns sehr gut begleitet falls wir fragen hatten.

La casa és perfecta per a grups grans, família i amics. Hem passat uns dies fantàstics! Barry és molt atent, totalment recomanable.

Beautiful house, great setting provided you enjoy being a bit remote from more touristic cities and beaches, fully equipped the way a house is equipped when owners sometimes live in it. Five real bedrooms plus a couple of extra areas which can accommodate additional younger guests, perfect for a large family or a group of friends. The host Mathieu and his team are extremely nice, reactive, willing to find solutions quickly for any minor problem that may arise. I would rent this house again in a heart beat, and would easily recommend it to my friends.

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente perfecta. La casa tenía absolutamente de todo, no echamos en falta nada. La cocina super equipada, camas cómodas, espacios limpios y cuidados… La piscina fue una auténtica pasada, ideal para relajarse a cualquier hora del día, y la zona de barbacoa nos encantó, muy completa y de calidad superior. Recomendable a todos los niveles, tanto para descansar como para disfrutar en grupo. Sin duda, está arriba de nuestra lista para futuras vacaciones. ¡Gracias Robert, por una experiencia inmejorable!

Todo genial, la casa está muy aseada, ordenada y cumple con lo mostrado en las fotos. Los propietarios son muy amables y atentos a cualquier sugerencia de sus huéspedes. Toda una experiencia, tanto en la estancia en la casa, como en el entorno que hay alrededor. Super recomendable y viaje para repetir.

David’s house was the perfect house for us and visiting family. A great place set in a beautiful quiet area. We felt very much at home here. David was the perfect host, very responsive, friendly and helpful!. Thanks very much David!

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

Wir hatten einen absolut großartigen Aufenthalt in der Villa in Benidorm! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – die Villa war sehr sauber, top ausgestattet und ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Sorgfalt gearbeitet wird. Es war eine mega Erfahrung, die wir definitiv in bester Erinnerung behalten werden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Fazit: Ein super Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

La maison est parfaitement équipée, elle est située dans un endroit très calme avec une magnifique vue sur la mer sans vis à vis à cinq minutes à pied d’un supermarché et à dix minutes à pied d une marina et de ses restaurants. La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos Je la recommande sans hésitation.

Wij bleven met ons gezin van 5 in deze prachtige villa. Het huis heeft een zeer fijne buitenruimte waar je heerlijk kan zitten, ontbijten, dineren en relaxen. De communicatie met avanoa is erg gemakkelijk en fijn! De woonkamer in het huis is ruim met een ruime keuken waar je eigenlijk alles hebt wat je nodig hebt. De slaapkamers zijn wat kleiner. In de ‘master bedroom’ met eigen badkamer is het bed niet heel groot als je er met z’n tweeën wilt slapen. De rest van de slaapkamers in het huis hebben 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Dan heb je nog een aparte ruimte beneden het huis met eigen voordeur. Deze slaapkamer is erg ruim maar slaap je dus wel apart van de rest. Je hebt geen eigen parkeerplek. Je kan de auto parkeren in de straat ernaast, wel een smalle straat. Overall, erg mooie plek waar je verliefd wordt op het uitzicht. We hebben genoten.

Had a fantastic week long stay at Sarah’s place in Altea La Vella, cannot fault it! We were 2 families with children ranging from 20 months, up to 20 years old and the place was perfect for us all. Sarah was brilliant from booking right up until the day we left. She happily sorted out a cot and highchair for us which saved us a lot of hassle! The house itself is beautiful, the photos really didn’t do it enough justice! It was 35+ during our stay so it was incredibly hot and the AC was very welcome. In the downstairs apartment there was just one AC unit however this was clearly explained in the description and we very quickly learned that keeping the door closed and AC pumping was the way to manage it. The local restaurants were gorgeous too, we loved Meliton in its beautiful garden. We even braved the hill to walk there and back which was more than do-able, even with a buggy! Local area is beautiful, the kids loved Benidorm, but Altea & Xabia were well worth the drive. Highly recommend

We stayed here for my friend’s hen party and it was perfect! David was BRILLIANT we couldn’t have asked for anything better. He helped us every step of the way, he organised all our taxis into Benidorm and ended up booking our airport transfer also which was well priced. The villa was perfect with bathrooms to all bedrooms making it super adaptable for all guests staying. It was everything we needed with great views all around. Could fault the villa or David they were 100% great and would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Cinco estrellas es poco para valorar este alojamiento, lo primero, la puntualidad y amabilidad en el recibimiento, luego, la casa es increíble y las fotos no le hacen justicia, está en una localización inmejorable, estaba muy limpio todo y hemos disfrutado de una semana estupenda. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento a cualquiera que busque tranquilidad, amplitud y limpieza.

Pasamos los días de fin de año en familia. La casa es amplia, estaba limpia y con todo lo necesario de menaje de cocina. Lo único que destacaría como punto negativo serían los colchones y las almohadas, que eran un poco incómodos. La experiencia fue genial y la comunicación con la anfitriona muy rápida y eficiente. Gracias!

Perfect place and Karen is a wonderful host! She took care of all our requests immediately, with no issues for late check-in. Place itself is very well maintained, spacious and well isolated so you could feel being on your own. With two teenagers we definitely benefited from the big, nicely heated pool and table tennis. We had amazing holidays. Thanks, Karen!

A lovely little villa, as described with a new patio area that extends up to the pool. Very comfortable, private and peaceful, with everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach/town (downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back!) You would benefit from having a car to get around and visit other places as there's lots to do in the area. Moraira itself is very nice, with many restaurants and bars. We visited with two small children and Playa de l'Ampolla beach is great for kids with a stream, rockpools and shallow sea for swimming. Choice of shops for groceries just a short drive away. Shae was a great host. We'd love to come back!

la maison est vraiment très jolie, très bien équipée et très propre. proche des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage de Javea. walter a été très réactif, très sympathique et très efficace. je recommande vivement

la casa de Mairi es una excelente opción para visitar Jávea. Reune todas las características que debería tener una casa de vacaciones y por tanto ideal para disfrutar de cada momento de la estancia. La casa y la finca son mejores que lo que las fotos muestran...piscina y entorno maravilloso, las vistas, amplio espacio para aparcar en la finca 2-3 coches. la casa con mil detalles de estilo y buen gusto, el aire acondicionado perfecto, los espacios para comer diversos y bien pensádos la amplitud de los dormitorios y cocina... en fin una casa de vacaciones realmente muy buena. Casa Cádiz es una casita acogedora a buen precio, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de relax. Cerca tienes todos los servicios necesarios como supermercados, tiendas y gasolineras. Muy recomendable si buscas un lugar tranquilo para pasar días con la familia.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Nicle. The villa itself is interesting and full of character, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. It is set on different levels which made for an interesting stay. The gardens are well kept and the pool area is beautiful. As it is set near the top of Els Calistros you can relax in the pool while looking out across the Costa Blanca towards 'The Sleeping Elephant.' For the price, this villa is great value for money, and we would recommend it if you are looking to stay in this area. Top tip 1 - You will need a car! Top tip 2 - once you have located the villa, park at the top and take your bags through the front door. (Dont park on the drive and carry everything up the rear steps in 30 degree sun!) The villa could do with couple of loose plug sockets being sorted but nothing serious enough to stop us enjoying our time there. There was plenty of kitchenware, pool toys, and goody bags left for us. In short it was a great holiday. Would recommend.
