Lovely secluded spot, within easy driving distance to everything Sag Harbor has to offer. Nicholas is a friendly host, and even helped carry up our luggage!

I had an amazing stay at Krae’s beach house in Montauk! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to Montauk town, making it easy to explore the area. The house itself is beautiful—tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed, which was great for cooking meals. Krae was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t recommend this place enough!

We loved our stay at Joan and Paul's place. Very new and clean, and it included all the things they listed, including beach towels for us to use at the beach. Super close to restaurants and shopping, and the beach. Very proactive and responsive hosts... felt like if we needed anything, we could ask. Thanks for a great stay!

Great spot! Very walkable. It's also a great layout if traveling with small children - there is a separate meditation room upstairs that was perfect for setting up our travel cribs. Would stay again!

Dies ist unsere erste AirBnB Erfahrung. Die Kommunikation mit KC im Vorfeld war super. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, so dass wir uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Unseren Kindern hat das Kinderzimmer sehr gut gefallen und mir die Veranda. Unsere Kinder sind sehr aufgeweckt und laut und das ist für Gastgeber sicherlich eine Herausforderung. Wir sind dementsprechend froh, dass es keine Beschwerden gab. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Travis and Carly are great hosts and super communicative and friendly. Strongly recommend staying with them and would stay with them again in the future!

Claire's place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It was very clean, cozy and nicely situated on a peaceful street in walking distance to the LIRR train station, the main street in Southold, and a lovely beach with stunning views of the Shelter Island Sound and its surroundings. I would definitely book again!

We had a great family weekend at Andreas’s home. The house has a great clean hotel like feel with all needed amenities. There is plenty of space for eating, hanging and working. All 4 bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. The hot tub and front porch are also great spots to relax. Sag Harbor town is about a mile away and you can walk on Hampton St which has a sidewalk. We walked another day to town by walking mostly on the bay beach (which is a few blocks away from the house) and gets you pretty close to Sag Harbor town. The bay beach there is very nice. Andreas was very accommodating. Can’t wait to return.

Our stay at Ron’s was exactly what we needed. An escape from the city in a beautiful cozy cabin on the beach. The house is expertly decorated and incredibly comfortable, from the beds to the chairs to the deck furniture, which we sat on to drink coffee in the morning even in the dead of winter. The kitchen was a major highlight- it had pretty much every pot/utensil you could think of and was so well appointed and fun to cook in. The location is tucked back enough off the main road that it’s very private and quiet, maybe with the small exception of the neighbor’s dog who liked to make himself known when he heard us coming in and out! We really enjoyed walking down to the beach for some chilly but beautiful beach walks. The studio couldn’t have been more charming. Unfortunately the pipes had frozen to the studio so it didn’t have running water while we were there but Ron let us know ahead of check in and it wasn’t a problem for us. Amazing spot, and lovely host!

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

My group of 4 loved this house in EH Springs. We were out east for a long weekend for a wedding, 4 adults. The pool is huge, the backyard had plenty of room to spread out, and there were plenty of supplies for outside (cushions, towels, etc). The bedrooms were comfortable and spotless, as were the bathrooms and kitchen. Dariusz and Patricia left us a really nice welcome gift (wine, snacks, a cake!) and a handwritten card. We felt very welcome - every detail was thought of - the house was fully stocked with coffee, condiments, lots to get us started when we arrived. We agree with other reviewers - while the pictures here are accurate, they don't do the house justice!! I really hope to come back :)

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Jenny's home was perfect for our family reunion in Quogue. Super clean and comfortable. If you like to cook, the kitchen has plenty of high quality pots and pans, dishes, sharp knives , wine glasses etc. Beautiful and private backyard was perfect for early morning coffee. I highly recommend and will definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay! We stayed off peak season, although alot was closed we felt right at home and were more than happy to spend family time at this condo! The views were stunning, and the condo was immaculate. We were close to everything and was still within very reasonable driving distance to the surrounding towns. Julie was a pleasure to work with and was always very responsive and accomadating throughout the process. Hoping to stay again next year!

Such a beautiful condo by the water! Too bad we stayed in November, we would have enjoyed the terrace way more! Mia was so responsive and helpful with my questions prior to the weekend at her place.

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

Our second time renting a condo at Rough Riders in Montauk. Contrary to the name, there is nothing rough about this picturesque location with unobstructed views of the ocean, pier and wonderful wildlife everywhere. The condo we rented Sept 30 -Oct 2, 2023 has a well appointed kitchen with new amenities, including a pot filler faucet over the stove! Pristine/clean condo and lovely deck for lounging w/ book and coffee. The couch is very comfortable and the master bedroom has plenty of closet and bureau space for longer stays. The 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds so not ideal for two couples but perfect for small families. The television was a little tricky (if you bring tv-loving kids). Not walkable to downtown but theres at least one restaurant/bar just outside the entry to this gated community. Short drive to shops/restaurants in downtown Montauk. Horse lovers call Deep Hollow Ranch in advance to book truly memorable trail rides. Enjoy!!
