We really enjoyed our stay at Woolwich. There is a peaceful nature vibe to the house and a beautiful view and location. The Bald Eagles live in a tree right on the edge of the backyard and were visible numerous times during our stay. The location to various towns and locations in Maine is convenient.

Our trip to the treehouse was cut short due to a winter storm, but Marsha was extremely accommodating and helped us make the most of the time we had! The space and surroundings are beautiful and we loved using the wood fired hot tub to relax and warm up. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals and the beds were extremely comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next trip to the treehouse!

The pictures do not do this place justice. We were in shock upon arrival. Beautiful ocean views from both sides of the house. The most relaxing experience you will find on this island. Walking distance to many of the hikes/shops/restaurants in a very private location. Dominic was awesome to work with, he gave us super detailed instructions on anything we may have had questions about. The place is beautiful inside and out. Clean, true to it's original form, but remodeled to create something special. A great kitchen to cook all of your meals in- We will definitely be back again!

We had a fantastic stay at Luanne's! The house is in a good location, about 10 min to downtown Boothbay Harbor. The property is beautiful with a great view of the water. The bedroom and bathroom setup worked well for us, since most bedrooms had access to its own bathroom. Everything was clean, appliances and grill worked. Luanne was very responsive to any questions and issues. Renters should note that there is a guest cottage/converted garage on the property, just about 15 feet away from the main house, and this cottage is also rented out. The property is essentially shared between the two houses. It did not become an issue during our stay, but we were cognizant that there may be another car coming up the driveway when the dogs and kids were out in the yard and it did make the property feel less private. Overall, would recommend Luanne's for a great stay close to Boothbay.

If you're looking for a respite with a small town feel and a farmhouse charm, Brookings Bay Breeze is perfect. Three households of my family spent a week capping off the summer. We loved everything about the property and the proximity to Bath is ideal! We visited the Maritime Museum and had great ribs at Beale Street Barbeque. Sandra is a great host. The house was clean and well stocked. We needlessly purchased items that were already provided. It truly felt like a second home. We look forward to returning. Thank you Sandra!

We had a delightful stay in this unique, beautifully designed, well-equipped house. The views were incredible and we stayed "home" for the majority of our meals rather than go out to eat and the kitchen was very well-stocked with high quality everything. We really enjoyed sitting outside in the late afternoons, listening to the birds and watching the tide go in and out. Very peaceful and just what we needed after a stressful July. We didn't love Brunswick itself, however -- a bit too commercial and built up for our tastes and there was traffic getting everywhere. That was the only downside of our stay but the house was wonderful.

Loved the gas fireplace with the unexpected snow. Home was cozy and warm, great places to curl up or play games. Beautifully decorated, thoughtful touches throughout.

This was such a wonderful property for my family -- beautiful and peaceful with lovely views. We loved spending our days out in the spacious yard, playing lawn games, sitting around the fire pit, and fishing, and eating all our meals out on the patio. Everyone left feeling very relaxed and happy. Thank you Pam and David for sharing your home!

Kate saved us! Our Airbnb had leak the day we arrived and it needed to be remedied so we had to scramble for new place for 2 1/2 week stay! I sent a message to Kate and we were in her house within 3 hours. She is so kind and accommodated us with warmth. The house inside is open with plenty of space for a bunch of folks to work, play, eat … it met our needs in all ways. We loved the walk to Lookout point at sunset and Itty Bitty Coffee for caffeine fixes. We are excited to see how Kate moves through her planned renovation in this old beauty. A wonderful stay! Great place and a great location! Really easy to walk to downtown and some local restaurants and pubs. Would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in the area. So many good books to read if you have an extended stay.

I felt right at home here, and found this to be a heaven of refuge during a hectic wedding weekend. Jane accommodated my slightly early arrival with grace, which I appreciated. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. This is indeed a light filled, cozy, comfortable apartment in a beautiful location.

Just as advertised. Stayed here because I was taking a week long seminar about 10 mins away. Felt right at home. Nina and Ian were responsive and very detailed. Excellent house instructions

This is our second time staying here and it feels like home. the house has a lot of nice spaces to hang out in and is very cozy. Jesse was very helpful and responsive as usual. We also love being able to walk out the door to downtown Brunswick.

The apartment is great! We were visiting our daughter at Bowdoin. Nearby the school and also close to restaurants, etc. It was super quiet. The space is very clean, cozy and super cute. It has everything you need and more! I would definitely stay again!!

Very nice rustic cabin, convenient location to Brunswick. Our stay was in mid-October, and we knew there was no heat, only space heaters - unfortunately got into the low 30s at night and we were very cold. Grateful for the many blankets! The two beds are not full twins, more like 24” beds; it was ok for our small teenager. Well water. Nice location and would go back in warmer weather! Very responsive host.

What an amazing place. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some. Carolyn and Dave were great hosts, available but not intrusive. I even got a text to let me know it started raining and my sunroof was open. We loved the location and will definitely check to see if it is available next time we are visiting.

I love staying at Nina and Tony's Brunswick Beata when I visit Maine. Nina and Tony are pure gems and great to talk to. The barn is spaciaous and comfortable. The garden is always delightful even in the waning Fall. So cozy and relaxing! I will return again and again!

Great place to stay! Easy access to the central Maine Coast. I'd stay there again if given the chance. It had everything we needed!

Fran’s cottage is a wonderful retreat. The views are incredible, the house is peaceful, private and clean, and her tips and recommendations were very helpful. We will be back!
