We had a delightful stay in this unique, beautifully designed, well-equipped house. The views were incredible and we stayed "home" for the majority of our meals rather than go out to eat and the kitchen was very well-stocked with high quality everything. We really enjoyed sitting outside in the late afternoons, listening to the birds and watching the tide go in and out. Very peaceful and just what we needed after a stressful July. We didn't love Brunswick itself, however -- a bit too commercial and built up for our tastes and there was traffic getting everywhere. That was the only downside of our stay but the house was wonderful.

This was such a wonderful property for my family -- beautiful and peaceful with lovely views. We loved spending our days out in the spacious yard, playing lawn games, sitting around the fire pit, and fishing, and eating all our meals out on the patio. Everyone left feeling very relaxed and happy. Thank you Pam and David for sharing your home!

We can’t say enough good things about this stay. We came for our honeymoon, and were met with flowers and a few other treats from the host as a gift. How sweet! As far as the property, the cottage is perfectly sized for two or three, and is designed delightfully. It is on a shared lot with the family’s primary residence , but feels very comfortable and private. A close by walk to the water as well. Inside, you will find everything you could ever need from pots and pans, spices, towels, and the best recommendations for the area. We’d build our own version of this cottage to take home with us if we could. We hope to one day be back and will always remember our amazing time in Harpswell.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the cottage! The location is amazing with stunning views in a peaceful neighborhood with a fun little golf course. The house itself was spotless and comfortable with good wifi. It had every kitchen item we needed and Instacart delivered without issue even though it’s a little remote. Josh was an awesome host and was very communicative answering all of my detailed questions and gave us so many fun and useful tips about the area and house itself. We really could not have been happier.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was as described in the description, and more, the place had lots of little touches that brought joy, like stylish decorations and wallpaper, and super comfortable bed, and a toilet with a heated seat! The neighborhood was safe and quiet and I really enjoyed going for walks outside. Cleo gave some great recommendations for food as well. As described in the listing, many of the grocery stores and restaurants are about 15-20 minutes away, so it would be helpful to plan for this during the trip. Overall, I definitely recommend!

I can’t say enough about what a nicely appointed home in a beautiful setting this is. I came for peace and tranquility and it did not disappoint. I haven’t had such good sleep in over 2 years. Highly recommend and plan to return next year! Thank you all so much for sharing your lovely home.

Your house is so beautiful. Lots of space. Right on the water. Every window with breathe taking views. Had family from Boothbay came for Christmas. Spacious, games, walks and sunsets. It was perfect! Thank you for letting us use your house😃❤️

We returned for a second summer to this delightful rustic yet modern cottage located on the Sheepscot River because it has everything we need for a relaxing vacation. The three sets of sliding glass doors which lead to an expansive deck and screened porch showcase the picturesque view of the river. Just steps down a newly renovated path is an equally stunning view from the private dock. We spent many hours either drinking our morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine sitting in the rocking chairs watching a variety boats and wildlife including a pair of eagles nesting nearby. We found the location of the cottage provided us with easy access to Bath, Boothbay Harbor and of course, Reid State Park while also offering a sense of privacy and remoteness so vital for a rejuvenating vacation. The new, well stocked kitchen makes cooking easy. We also loved having dinner at Five Island Lobster, The Osprey and Blue, all a convient distance away.

Had a wonderful two night getaway in March. When we first walked in we could smell the fresh wood, and both saw and felt the place is new and clean. Peaceful with a beautiful view, only wish it were warmer outside to enjoy the deck and kayaks! Location is an easy drive from Boston, and perfect to Bath and Brunswick - everywhere we wanted to go was 5-10 minute drive. We enjoyed the local Audubon trails, Iron Cross-fit gym (2 minutes by car!), great pizza in Bath, the maritime museum, and Sea Dog brewery. The rental was relaxing to return to and had everything we needed.

Cathy is such a great host. Her space had so many kid-friendly details (toys, books, art supplies, reading lamps). She also lent us the an outdoor wagon and even a Tonka truck for my toddler - both big hits. The three-ring binder with information and recommendations was well organized and accessible. Cathy was more than happy to give recommendations for good places to hike. The area has so many beautiful and accessible trails, including a nature preserve right across the road from the Airbnb cottage. Popham beach is a good 45 minute drive, but Cedar Isle beach is just 5 minutes away and also has nice sand with far fewer seagulls. Great place to stay for young families and nature-lovers!

This is our third time staying here and it continues to be perfect: cozy, comfortable, quiet, and private. The well-appointed kitchen makes enjoying local fare easy to do, and Bill has thoughtfully included other amenities to make our stay a breeze: full size washer and dryer, kayaking equipment, a cooler for day trips, and gas grill. Looking forward to returning next year.

Katie and Chris’s place was in a great location for exploring the local area. Our family loved the peaceful setting and lovely view!

Cecilia and Isabella were phenomenal hosts and made the stay even more enjoyable than just the simply glorious cabin and property. This experience was absolutely everything that I was hoping for. The cabin was rustic and had perfect Maine Lakeside charm. I could have spent the rest of the summer on that dock 🥰

We enjoyed our stay at Jonathan’s and Ruth’s place. The cottage is very nice and cozy. We especially loved the garden and all the birds that visited us during the stay.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week on Card Cove in Harpswell. The house is so spacious- lots of space for everyone to have together time and privacy. The view of the boats and water is spectacular. Lots of kayaks, life jackets for fun on the water. Plenty of pots and pans for making meals at home. The laundry room is spacious, well stocked and the washer/dryer work beautifully. The beach front, rocks, dock, trees perfect for family photos. We made arrangements for a professional photographer and look forward to the scenic photos. John and Karen are very responsive and pleasant.

Waterledge is an exceptional airbnb!! Amazing home and a beautiful setting! Has everything guests could need for a cozy, welcoming vacation getaway. Lizzy and Curtis were quick to respond to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. This is our second visit and we found it just as magical as the first!!

Adorable and squeaky clean - a hard thing to find when traveling with a pet. Despite having houses on both sides and sharing a dock it still felt very private. The best part was seeing the sunrise over the water every morning. Wish we had more time to take advantage of the kayaks. Next time!

This was exactly what I wanted, quiet, gorgeous, with a screened in porch to watch the water. Everything was as described. Check to make sure you like the location, because it's not super close to anything, but as a person looking for a peaceful spot on the water, this was superb. I'll be staying again.

Simply wonderful and wonderfully simple. Katie and Chris’s place is cozy and comfortable, in a beautiful setting, and is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place to get away but close to Bath and other sights and services. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
