Around the corner is the Kennebec River and Merrymeeting Bay, to the south you'll discover Phippsburg and historical Fort Popham.

Our cozy cottage is the perfect romantic getaway or quiet retreat in any season. Located on a private rd with scenic waterfront view. Guests can enjoy sitting on the dock (May- October) or the jetty, watch the eagles and Osprey, use our kayaks, do some fishing, walking or biking. Sit by the propane fueled fireplace on a chilly night. Brunswick, home of Bowdoin College and a # of great restaurants and unique shops is just 5 mi. Travel by bus or train to/from Boston. Portland is @ 30 min away.

Seal Ledge - water's edge cottage with kayaks

Beautiful cottage sitting literally on the water's edge makes you feel like you're staying on a boat (minus the rocking!). Soak up the sun and watch the sun set on the private deck or take a few steps down to the dock and use our kayaks to go visit the seals that hang out on the rocks just down the cove all summer long. The cathedral ceiling great room is all glass facing the water so you can enjoy if it's too cool to sit outside. Only 15 mins to Brunswick and central to everything Harpswell!

Perfect for families with many tidal pools in front of the property. Please note that our house did not suffer any damage during the 1/13/24 storm.

Shore House, Posey Unit - Ocean Front Property

On top of the world in this second level unit of a multi-unit house. Lovely views from the scenic deck over looking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. The unit has 2 bedrooms (additional accommodations to sleep up to 6), one bath, and a full kitchen and breath taking sunsets Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and well behaved pets. We want to be courteous of all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)

Dockside Cottage at Lookout Point

Our Ocean Side Cottage offers the best sunsets on the East Coast! This seasonal cottage is available Mid Apr thru Mid Oct. Due to customer requests, we are changing our 7 night stay from Sat to Sat to Sun to Sun during June, July and August with a 10% weekly or a 20% monthly discount available. We suggest a 7 night min stay as shorter rentals are not cost effective. Possible 4 night min pre and post season (Apr, May, Sep and Oct) rental. We accept reservations up to 12 months in advance.

Westport Island Stilt House

Once the island Trading Post (in the 1820's) now serves as a private retreat on Westport Island. The whole property has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1982. The building is nestled at the water's edge, half on land and half on stilts over the tidal waters of the Sheepscot River. The property has its own private deck, island, rocky beach, trails and hammock. This is an old structure - over 200 years old! A great piece of history and an absolute oasis.
