This flat was in the perfect location. It is 10 minutes walking to Ebisu station which is only a few stops away from major attractions like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Tsukiji, and Akihabara. The apartment was cozy and clean. It had everything I needed during my stay. Numa was super friendly and very helpful when I visited. I will definitely book this flat again when visiting Tokyo next time!

I really enjoyed my stay at Shizuka's place. The location was perfect. It was very easy to access the train and busses. Also close to lots of shopping. Even taxi rides to Shibuya were reasonably priced on late nights out. Shizuka was an excellent host. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay here again and would reccomend this to others.

Excellent location n just 5-8 min walk to the sensoji temple and eateries. Place is ideal for 2 persons as its pretty small. 4 short flights of narrow steep stairs so be careful if you have large suitcases. Immaculately clean and excellent communication with Ken. Enjoy yr stay, we did.

Where do I begin about how wonderful our stay was at Chihoko’s unit. First the unit is spacious, incredibly clean, well organized and well equipped with anything you might need. There were so many little (big) touches like a bounty of towels, a delicious welcome snack basket, toiletries…just so many amenities that made for a wonderful stay. The location is also fantastic-there were lots of restaurants, cafes, places to walk and easily accessible transportation but it didn’t feel crowded. But most of all Chihoko and her husband’s hospitality was out of this world. They are very warm and welcoming, checked in often to make sure that our stay was comfortable, and also were easy going when we accidentally broke something. Their attention to detail is truly magnificent-they noticed that it was my husband’s birthday during our stay and gave him a sweet gift 🥺. And as we departed gave us lovely parting gifts; we were truly so touched. We loved our stay and highly highly recommend their unit!

We enjoyed the area where we stayed with lots of good retail shops and a handy 10 mins to the train station. The apartment was good for 4 adults. We used the washing machine and dried the clothes in the bathroom with the drier heat.

The apartment is lovely, very clean, new and spacious. It has all the top-notch amenities, if you decide to eat at home. It is in a convenient location with great restaurants nearby! Lots of nice cafes are at a walking distance. Pretty quiet, very relaxing to sleep over night. The rooftop with a view to have a romantic glass of wine is just a perfect spot. However, few suggestions for improvement: providing a translation for the equipment, label the switches to indicate which lights they control, and include instructions for using the remote control for the a/c would be a great to have, but those are fixable with Google translate by picture though. In a real live this apartment is a gem. Would stay there again no doubt. If you need a private space, nice neighbourhood and walk around the city don’t look any further. I normally do not leave comments, but this place is beyond expectations. Thank you a lot!

東京多摩地区で4人以上で泊まれる貴重な民泊だと思います。とても広さがあり、都心のホテルが狭いと言っていた旦那とイギリスから来た義両親はゆったりとできて大喜びでした。 場所はUber eatsの方は探すのに少し苦戦していましたが、宿泊者には事前にとてもわかりやすい説明を写真付きでいただけるので、全く問題なかったです😊 浴室乾燥機がついていたのが、個人的には急いで洗濯をしたかったのでとても助かりました。 また一時帰国をする際はぜひ利用させていただきたいです😊ありがとうございました。

Best airbnb we have ever stayed at. Spacious home, super clean and everything worked perfectly. The furniture, kitchenware and utilities of the house we’re in most top condition. Host is responsive and efficient. And the location is a very beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Supermarkets and train station are convenient as well. 5 stars

This place was perfect for us! We had 2 friends join us at the last minute and they responded immediately and came to set up two more beds right away! A beautiful home on top of a hill in a higher-class feeling neighborhood. Loved the shower room -- we filled the deep tub up with hot water both nights which was so amazing! They must have a great hot water tank, and great pressure. Also this was the biggest kitchen we've had in Japan! love this area and this place, would stay again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place to stay that is very close to a couple good restaurants and convience stores. A couple minutes additional walk to a Don Quijote. The train station is close but with luggage it is around a 15 minute walk unless you are walking at a brisk pace. Stairs in the house are fairly steep. No major complaints, though. Clean place and feels safe. Great host, very responsive and helpful even at early hours. Booked this place for our first and last leg in Japan and would do it again.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area which was great for my family and I. Very clean, comfortable, well appointed and easily accommodated 6 guests (it fits a maximum of 10). The host/co-hosts are very responsive and allowed an earlier check in and later check out/ leave our bags. The day we left it was raining heavily so the host kindly provided a lift to the station. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

I had such a great experience! The house was so clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. The living room is very bright and when you get onto the rooftop you can see the Sky Tree! It’s also located in an awesome area, you can walk to sky tree within 10 minutes and there’re soooo many good food and cute shops there! The only thing to note is that the steps are quite steep and narrow, so if you have big suitcases it might be a bit difficult to. Also might be difficult for older people who have problems climbing stairs. But overall it is truly a 12 out of 10 experience!

Great location, close to transport and restaurants. The apartment is compact but well organised, with a decent table. Communication with owner was prompt and efficient.

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.

This was my second Airbnb stay in Japan, and it didn’t disappoint. The property is brand new, stylish and offers everything you might need—from cooking utilities to hygiene products—free for use. I needed a quiet space to finish a work presentation, and this place was perfect. The building faces the Pacific Ocean, offering a stunning and unobstructed view. The clean, deserted beach was ideal for reading, strolling and morning yoga. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. The interior was unique, with a stunning red theme, a super comfortable bed and a strong shower. It even had a work desk and chair, perfect for remote work. There’s a small pool outside (likely summer-only) and outdoor showers for surfers. The owner recommended a French bistro nearby—it was AMAZING, with delicious food and a friendly French staff. A seafood restaurant is also within walking distance. Getting there is easy by JR Wakashio line to Wadaura Station (~2 hours). Free parking lot next to the building.

This place was perfect. Small, but seamed standard for Tokyo and well laid out so it worked well for our multigenerational family staying there. Everything was clean. The host left some food and beverages in the kitchen that was a nice touch and made it easy to settle in.
