We've been staying in this complex many times and in different units. Steven's condo is clean, modern and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Steven communicated his favourite restaurants and stores with us and even though we've been to Oceanside many times, we discovered some new spots (especially the churro's were delicious!).

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

Outstanding place in a terrific location and a great, communicative, and lovely host. It's right on the water, so you can hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing. The bed and home is extremely comfortable. There's tons of terrific things to do. The host is very responsive, clear, and kind.

Was perfect for our weekend soccer getaway. Very centrally located to beach, SoCal soccer fields, The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, Upick strawberries at Carlsbad and Windmill Food Hall were some of the attractions we enjoyed. Everything was clean. Could definitely hear the freeway traffic when door was opened but the construction of the home did block out most of the noise. We appreciated the white noise maker that was provided. Would definitely stay again.

Christie’s place was great! So cute, great area, great environment, easy parking, and overall such an amazing experience! 10/10 recommend! The views were beautiful and easy walk to the beach. We felt like we were at home! The best place to stay in Oceanside, would definitely stay here again!

I mean you can not beat the views here! Beautiful clean beach just down the stairs, stunning indoor space and decor, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, easy walking to anything you need, parking space included, fire pit, palm trees… did I mention the views? Seriously, we loved it all and the Oceanview area! So much so that we decided to stay an extra 4 days! Can’t recommend Lauren’s place enough. If you are considering this location, just book it! You will be so glad you did.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spot. My daughter, partner and I loved the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and the rest of the elegant yard with a stunning view of San Jacinto Mountains. At night, we enjoyed the fire pit while looking at the night sky. The kitchen was very well stocked with all manner of gadgets and we enjoyed cooking and grilling nearly all of our meals. Shane communicated very clearly and promptly addressed a small maintenance issue that came up. Highly recommend!

Worked great for our family of four, and we also had the inlaws for part of our stay. Location is great, very walkable to El Paseo for dining and shopping. House iteself was clean and comfortable. Pool and spa were great to have and easy to use, lots of seating options for outdoor enjoyment. Communication during our stay was fast, we did have an issue contacting the host prior to arrival, but during out stay very responsive. There was construction going on houses on either side, however it did not greatly detract from our trip. Location was very quiet at night. Kitchen could be better stocked (saucepans are needed), appliances were new and worked great. Very satisifed with this home.

This was our third stay here and it's great! Place is clean, clutter free, and in a very quiet neighborhood. This has been our go-to since we found it. Will book again.

Great place to stay. The home itself is awesome with a pool, spa, and mini golf. Inside is cool and modern but still comfy. Location is convenient for exploring the area. Very responsive host!

ive stayed in tons of airbnbs n this was genuinely my favorite one thus far as it was incredible in every aspect! it was clean, safe, exactly as described if not bigger than i imagined, and comfortable. Laura was also so wonderful to work with. She was so friendly and utterly helpful for my many questions — very accommodating to my needs as well! the price was great as well especially considering everything available to us. i would absolutely 100% return next time im in the area. 10/10 experience!

Rosie is such a forthcoming host and always prompt to respond. The house is wonderful, bright, clean, spacious, and looks better than in photos. If you’re looking for a cozy home in a safe neighborhood and not too far from downtown, look no further!

This was the perfect house for a family - super clean with a ton of games and activities! Elaine also included lovely details like tissues in the drawers of every nightstand and lots of places to charge electronics. I cannot recommend this property more! We had the best time!

They were amazing. I had a hiccup with the shower, and they came to fix it right away! (Amazing shower btw) Also, I got the flu while I was there and they made it so easy to tack on an extra night. Thank you guys! I’m so grateful for that space.

El alojamiento y el servicio de Victoria fueron increíbles, estuvo atenta a mis solicitudes desde un principio. El lugar muy ordenado, súper tranquilo, todo estaba en orden y muy limpio. Que permitieran alojar a nuestras mascotas fue un plus porque a ellas les gustó mucho el lugar. Un plus fue que nos permitiera salir un poco más tarde para que las mascotas no sufrieran con el calor. Definitivamente regresaríamos en la siguiente ocasión!

This was everything we thought it would be according to the pictures and write up. Great place for the grandkids to come and visit with us due to the proximity to the beach and the on-site pool and hot tubs. Host was responsive and everything went as expected. Would definitely stay there again.

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—actually, even better. The place was spotless, super comfy bed, and quality linens. The location couldn’t have been better—literally just a short walk to the beach, tons of great restaurants, and train station nearby. We did not need a car all weekend, which was such a bonus. The host was incredibly responsive, offering great recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We arrived for the Ironman race with lots of race gear. The host was very kind and accommodating to our needs Highly recommend staying here, whether you're in town for a quick getaway or a longer stay. I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in the area! Thank you!

We had the best time staying at Imran’s place in Oceanside. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and view as they were even better than we anticipated based on pictures and the description provided. Imran was super helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to return!

My family loved our stay at this property. My teenage daughters could hit the beach or shop nearby and we never worried about them. Also, the view is phenomenal from the 3rd floor. A few people said a drawback was the parking lot in front of the complex, but it didn't bother us a bit. You can hear any cars or noise whatsoever because the sound of the waves cancel any outside noise. It was extremely clean and the host is an awesome communicator. We absolutely loved it! We will stay here again for sure.

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

Sally was very responsive. She is a great communicator. We loved the place. It was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only negative, and this is I think an Airbnb negative, is why am I paying a cleaning fee of over $200 when every Airbnb place I rent has a number of chores I have to do at checkout? I had a grand 7-night experience at Mike’s Palm Springs, CA offering for my first ever Midwest Chicago winter getaway Superb location for going “car-less” with short walking access to everything PS downtown has to offer & easy Uber/Lyft access to Palm Desert, PS Tramway mountain lyft & airport access. Highly recommend & very affordable
